The odor gas is filtered by the four-layer activated carbon adsorption frame 42 in the deodorizing device 4 to become clean air, and is discharged from the exhaust port 44. During the process of the odorous gas being drawn into the ventilation duct 5, a negative pressure is created inside the waste repository 1 forcing the one-way air inlet valve 32 to open and clean air enters the chamber 11 of the waste repository 1 through the one-way air inlet valve 32.
When the concentration of the odorous gas is lower than the set threshold value, the central control device 21 controls the fan 31 to be closed, and when the air pressure inside and outside the waste storage warehouse 1 is kept balanced, the one-way air inlet valve 32 is closed.
