As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the puller 23 includes a coil spring seat 231, a coil spring plate and a sliding block 232, the coil spring seat 231 is fixed at one end of the sliding slot 101 close to the hanging arm 12, the coil spring plate is disposed in the coil spring seat 231, one end of the coil spring plate extending out of the coil spring seat 231 is connected to the sliding block 232, the sliding block 232 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 101, the sliding block 232 is located at one side of the coil spring seat 231 facing away from the hanging arm 12, and the sliding frame 21 is connected to the sliding block 232. In this embodiment, the slider 232 applies a pulling force to the coil spring piece, and the longer the coil spring piece is pulled by the force, the greater the restoring force of the coil spring piece, so as to provide a larger lifting force, so that the sliding of the sliding frame 21 upwards is more labor-saving.
In order to facilitate the connection between the sliding block 232 and the sliding frame 21, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, a connecting rod 233 extending toward the sliding frame 21 is connected to the sliding block 232, a connecting seat 212 is provided at a side of the sliding frame 21, and the connecting rod 233 is connected to the connecting seat 212 by a fastener 24.
In the present embodiment, the connecting rod 233 is connected to the connecting seat 212 by a fastener 24, wherein the fastener 24 includes, but is not limited to, a screw, a pin, etc. In order to further ensure the assembling reliability of the connecting rod 233 and the connecting seat 212, the connecting rod 233 is inserted into the connecting seat 212. For example, one end of the connecting rod 233 is connected to the sliding block 232, the other end extends toward the sliding frame 21, the connecting seat 212 is disposed on the side of the sliding frame 21, the connecting seat 212 has a slot for inserting the connecting rod 233, and the connecting seat 212 and the connecting rod 233 are correspondingly provided with connecting holes for the fasteners 24 to pass through. During assembly, the connecting rod 233 is inserted into the slot of the connecting seat 212, and the fastener 24 is inserted into the connecting hole to lock and fix the connecting rod 233 and the connecting seat 212, so that the connection between the sliding block 232 and the sliding frame 21 is realized, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the connection stability is high. In order to further improve the connection reliability, a plurality of connection holes are correspondingly formed on the connection base 212 and the connection rod 233, and correspondingly, a plurality of fasteners 24 are also provided. The fasteners 24 include, but are not limited to, screws, bolts, or pins. The connecting base 212 and the sliding frame 21 may be integrally formed, or may be integrally assembled by welding or screwing. For example, the connecting seat 212 may be welded to the side of the sliding frame 21 by using a sheet metal part having a "U" shaped cross section.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, in one embodiment, the shelf 22 includes a bottom bracket 221 and a side bracket 222 connected to the bottom bracket 221 in a bent manner, the bottom bracket 221 is connected to the sliding frame 21, the bottom bracket 221 and the side bracket 222 enclose a receiving basket for receiving the outdoor unit 400, and the receiving basket is open on a side facing the window 300.
In this embodiment, the bottom bracket 221 and the side bracket 222 may be integrally formed by bending a sheet metal member. The side bracket 222 is disposed at a side of the bottom bracket 221 away from the window 300, the bottom bracket 221 and the side bracket 222 enclose to form a receiving basket, and a side of the receiving basket facing the window 300 is open, so that a user can place the air conditioner outdoor unit 400 in the receiving basket through the window 300. After the air conditioner outdoor unit 400 is placed, the bottom of the air conditioner outdoor unit 400 may be supported by the bottom bracket 221, and the side of the air conditioner outdoor unit 400 away from the window 300 may be limited by the side bracket 222, so that the installation stability of the air conditioner outdoor unit 400 may be ensured.
To further facilitate the installation of the outdoor unit 400, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 11, in one embodiment, the side of the shelf 22 near the hanging arm 12 is rotatably connected to the sliding frame 21, so that the shelf 22 can be turned upside down relative to the sliding frame 21. Since the hanging arm 12 is hung at the window edge 310 of the window 300, the side of the rest 22 close to the hanging arm 12 (i.e. the side of the rest 22 close to the window 300 or the window edge 310) is rotatably connected with the sliding rack 21. Thus, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 400 needs to be installed, the placing rack 22 is turned upwards relative to the sliding rack 21, so that the side of the placing rack 22 away from the hanging arm 12 is closer to the window 300, and the air conditioner outdoor unit 400 can be conveniently placed on the placing rack 22; then, the shelf 22 is turned downward by the gravity of the outdoor unit 400 until it is laid on the sliding frame 21.
Since the pitched roof 200 of the attic has a certain height from the bottom surface of the room, the outdoor unit 400 of the air conditioner cannot be directly and accurately placed on the shelf 22 because of insufficient height for some users to stand indoors. In order to further improve the installation convenience of the outdoor unit 400, as shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the installation bracket 100 further includes an auxiliary turning structure disposed between the shelf 22 and the sliding frame 21, and the auxiliary turning structure is used for providing a turning force for turning the shelf 22 upwards to a predetermined position. Thus, in the initial state, the outdoor unit 400 is not placed on the shelf 22, but the shelf 22 can be turned upwards to a predetermined position relative to the sliding frame 21 under the action of the auxiliary turning structure, so that the user can see the shelf 22 indoors, and the outdoor unit 400 can be accurately placed on the shelf 22. After the outdoor unit 400 is placed, the user can turn the rest stand 22 downward until the rest stand is laid on the sliding stand 21 under the action of the gravity of the outdoor unit 400. Wherein, the auxiliary overturning structure can adopt an elastic piece or some telescopic mechanical components to provide the auxiliary overturning force.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in one embodiment, the rest frame 22 is rotatably connected to the sliding frame 21 through a connecting shaft 25, the auxiliary turning structure is a torsion spring 26 sleeved on the connecting shaft 25, one torsion arm of the torsion spring 26 abuts against the rest frame 22, and the other torsion arm of the torsion spring 26 abuts against the sliding frame 21.
In the embodiment, the torsion spring 26 is used as the auxiliary turning structure to provide the auxiliary turning force for turning the rest 22, and the structure is simple, the occupied space is small, and the cost is low. Specifically, the sliding frame 21 may include a cross beam, and two longitudinal beams connected to the same side of the cross beam, wherein one end of each longitudinal beam far away from the cross beam is connected with a connecting shaft 25 in a penetrating manner, two mounting seats 223 are arranged at the bottom of the placement frame 22 at intervals, each mounting seat 223 is rotatably sleeved on the corresponding connecting shaft 25, and the mounting seats 223 may be specifically set to be of a "U" shaped structure. Each connecting shaft 25 is sleeved with a torsion spring 26, one end of the torsion spring 26 abuts against the mounting seat 223, and the other end abuts against the longitudinal beam.
The following describes the installation of the mounting bracket 100 and the outdoor unit 400 of the air conditioner according to an embodiment with reference to fig. 9 to 13.
When the outdoor unit 400 of the air conditioner needs to be installed in an attic having the pitched roof 200, the installation bracket 100 is firstly hung on the window edge 310 having a certain inclination angle through the hanging arm 12, and the support base 13 is abutted against the outer side surface of the pitched roof 200, so that the main frame body 11 of the bearing frame 10 is substantially parallel to the outer side surface of the pitched roof 200, and the installation of the installation bracket 100 and the pitched roof 200 can be completed. When the outdoor unit 400 is installed, the shelf assembly 20 may be lifted toward a side close to the window 300, so that the carriage 21 drives the shelf 22 to slide toward a side close to the window 300 relative to the main frame 11, and meanwhile, a turning force may be applied to the shelf 22 to turn the shelf 22 upward by a certain angle relative to the carriage 21, so that a user can place the outdoor unit 400 in the shelf 22; after the outdoor unit 400 is placed, the placing rack 22 is turned downward to be laid on the sliding rack 21 under the action of gravity of the outdoor unit 400, and the sliding rack 21 drives the placing rack 22 and the outdoor unit 400 to slide downward to a preset position relative to the main frame body 11, so that the outdoor unit 400 can be installed on the pitched roof 200 of the attic. The process of disassembling the outdoor unit 400 is the reverse, and will not be described in detail. By adopting the technical scheme, the mounting bracket 100 can realize the quick mounting and dismounting of the air conditioner outdoor unit 400, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Claims (14)

1. A mounting bracket for mounting on a pitched roof, the pitched roof being provided with a window, wherein the mounting bracket comprises:
the bearing frame comprises a main frame body, a hanging arm and a supporting seat, wherein the hanging arm and the supporting seat are both connected with the main frame body, the hanging arm and the supporting seat are both bent towards the same side relative to the main frame body, the hanging arm is used for being hung on the window edge of the window, and the supporting seat is used for being abutted against the outer side face of the pitched roof; and
and the shelf component is connected with the main frame body and used for placing the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
2. The mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the mounting bracket further comprises a support rubber mat sleeved on the periphery of the support base.
3. The mounting bracket of claim 1 wherein the hanger arm and the support base are disposed on opposite sides of the main frame in a first direction, and the shelf assembly is movably coupled to the main frame and is capable of reciprocating relative to the main frame in the first direction.
4. The mounting bracket of claim 3 wherein the shelf assembly comprises a sliding frame and a rest, the sliding frame being slidably connected to the main frame body, the rest being connected to the sliding frame.
5. The mounting bracket of claim 4, wherein the main frame body is provided with sliding grooves extending in the first direction on opposite sides in a second direction, and sliding portions slidably engaged with the sliding grooves in a one-to-one correspondence, the second direction intersecting the first direction, on opposite sides of the sliding frame.
6. The mounting bracket of claim 5 wherein the shelf assembly further comprises a puller mounted to the main frame, the sliding frame being connected to the puller, the puller being configured to provide a pulling force to the sliding frame toward the side of the hanger arm.
7. The mounting bracket of claim 6 wherein said pull-up members are disposed in said slide slots, respectively, and opposite sides of said slide frame are connected to said pull-up members, respectively.
8. The mounting bracket of claim 7, wherein the puller comprises a coil spring seat, a coil spring plate and a sliding block, the coil spring seat is fixed in the sliding groove near one end of the hanging arm, the coil spring plate is arranged in the coil spring seat, one end of the coil spring plate extending out of the coil spring seat is connected with the sliding block, the sliding block is slidably arranged in the sliding groove, the sliding block is arranged on one side of the coil spring seat, which is far away from the hanging arm, and the sliding frame is connected with the sliding block.
9. The mounting bracket of claim 8, wherein the slider is connected to a connecting rod extending toward the sliding frame, and the sliding frame is provided at a side thereof with a connecting seat, and the connecting rod is connected to the connecting seat by a fastening member.
10. The mounting bracket of claim 4, wherein the shelf comprises a bottom bracket and side brackets connected to the bottom bracket in a bent manner, the bottom bracket is connected to the sliding bracket, the bottom bracket and the side brackets enclose a receiving basket for receiving the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and a side of the receiving basket facing the window is open.
11. The mounting bracket of any one of claims 4 to 10 wherein the side of the rest adjacent the hanging arm is pivotally connected to the carriage.
12. The mounting bracket of claim 11, further comprising an auxiliary flipping structure disposed between the rest stand and the sliding stand, the auxiliary flipping structure for providing a flipping force for the rest stand to flip up to a preset position.
13. The mounting bracket as claimed in claim 12, wherein the rest stand is rotatably connected to the sliding stand via a connecting shaft, the auxiliary turning structure is a torsion spring sleeved on the connecting shaft, one torsion arm of the torsion spring abuts against the rest stand, and the other torsion arm of the torsion spring abuts against the sliding stand.
14. An air conditioner comprising an indoor unit, an outdoor unit and the mounting bracket of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the indoor unit is connected to the outdoor unit, and the mounting bracket is used for mounting the outdoor unit.
