The rotating portion 23 and the pressing portion 22 of the first valve 2 extend out of the spool accommodating chamber 111 and then penetrate through the second hole 132 of the pressing cap 13 and the inner hole of the second annular wall 133. Then, the decoration cover 14 is sleeved outside the second annular wall 133 of the pressing cap 13, the bottom wall of the decoration cover 14 is abutted against the end surface of the top end of the first housing 11, and the pressing portion 22 and the rotating portion 23 of the first valve 2 extend out of the opening of the top end of the decoration cover 14.
Then, the insertion hole 321 of the hand wheel 3 is inserted into the rotation portion 23, and the second limiting surface 323 is abutted against the first limiting surface 232 of the rotation portion 23. The internal splines of the insertion hole 321 are engaged with the external splines 231 of the rotating portion 23. Part of the pressing portion 22 and part of the rotating portion 23 extend into the first cavity 34 of the hand wheel 3. Then, the limiting member 6 and the portion of the rotating portion 23 extending into the first cavity 34 are screwed and pressed against the mounting portion 32 of the hand wheel 3.
Then, the insertion groove of the base body of the pressing component 5 is inserted into the pressing portion 22 of the first valve 2, and the insertion block 5116 in the insertion groove is inserted into the first groove 221 of the pressing portion 22. Next, the holder body 511 is fastened to the pressing portion 22 by the fastener 4. Then, the positioning protrusion 522 of the upper cover 52 is aligned with the positioning slot of the seat body 511, the cover body is pressed to make the positioning protrusion 522 inserted into the positioning slot, and the fastening portion 512 of the seat body 51 is fastened and matched with the fastening slot 524 of the upper cover 52. And (5) finishing the installation.
In the present embodiment, when the pressing assembly 5 is installed, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the positioning and rotation stopping of the upper cover 52 and the base body are realized by the cooperation of the positioning projection 522 of the upper cover 52 and the positioning groove on the seat body 51. When the clamping device is installed, the clamping portion 512 and the clamping groove 524 can be clamped only by directly pressing the upper cover 52 after the alignment, and the upper cover 52 can be installed without the clamping groove 524 and the clamping portion 512 being matched, so that the clamping device is more convenient and faster. The clamping groove 524 is arranged in a ring shape, so that the clamping part 512 is more convenient to mount; the upper cover 52 is prevented from being inclined to cause the card slot 524 and the card connecting part 512 to be misaligned.
Due to the insertion fit of the first groove 221 of the pressing portion 22 and the insert 5116 of the seat body 51, a rotation-stop fit is formed between the seat body 51 and the pressing portion 22. Because the upper cover 52 and the base body 51 are in snap fit, the upper cover 52, the base body 51 and the pressing part 22 cannot relatively rotate when in use, and the correctness of the icon direction can be ensured when the icon is printed on the upper surface of the upper cover 52.
The faucet 100 of this embodiment, when disassembled:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, since the upper cover 52 is provided with the dismounting hole 523, the dismounting hole 523 of the upper cover 52 is picked up by a tool, so that the upper cover 52 is separated from the clamping fit with the seat body 51, which is convenient and fast. Next, the fastener 4 is removed, and the seat body 51 is removed. Thereafter, the stopper 6 is detached from the rotating portion 23. Then, the hand wheel 3 is removed from the rotating portion 23. Thereafter, the trim cover 14 and the press cap 13 are removed, and the first valve 2 is taken out.
The faucet 100 of this embodiment, in use:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the hand wheel 3 is rotated to rotate the rotating portion 23 of the first valve 2, thereby realizing the rotation adjustment of the first valve 2. The pressing component 5 is operated to drive the pressing part 22 of the first valve 2 to slide, so that the pressing adjustment of the first valve 2 is realized. Due to the clearance fit between the pressing assembly 5 and the side cavity wall of the first cavity 34, when water is on the hand and the pressing assembly 5 is operated, the water on the hand flows to a gap between the pressing assembly 5 and the side cavity wall of the first cavity 34 from the first opening and then enters the first cavity 34, and the water entering the first cavity 34 can be discharged from the first interval 1001, so that no water is accumulated in the first cavity 34 of the hand wheel 3. This scheme need not set up the sealing washer between pressing down subassembly 5 and hand wheel 3, and pressing down subassembly 5 resistance is less when pressing down.
The second embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a faucet 100. The faucet 100 of the present embodiment differs from the faucet 100 of the first embodiment in that: the present embodiment does not include the hand wheel 3 and the stop 6. The faucet body 1 does not comprise the decorative cover 14, and the first shell 11 of the faucet body 1 is also provided with a first hole 112 communicated with the outside and the valve core accommodating cavity 111; the opening at the top end of the spool accommodating chamber 111 forms a second opening. The first valve 2 is a valve body that can be adjusted only by pressing, and is not provided with the turning portion 23. The first valve 2 includes a valve body 21 and a pressing portion 22 that slides with respect to the valve body 21. The pressing component 5 is arranged in the valve core accommodating cavity 111 and is in limit fit with the pressing part 22 along the pressing direction, and the outer wall of the pressing component 5 is in clearance fit with the side cavity wall of the valve core accommodating cavity 111. The pressure cap 13 is disposed in the valve element accommodating chamber 111, and is used for limiting the valve body 21 in the vertical direction. The rest is the same as the first embodiment.
In the installation process of the present embodiment, the hand wheel 3 and the limiting member 6 do not need to be installed, and only the pressing component 5 needs to be directly installed on the pressing portion 22, and the installation manner of the pressing component 5 is the same as that of the first embodiment. The corresponding disassembly process of this embodiment eliminates the step of disassembling the hand wheel 3 and the limiting portion.
According to the faucet 100 of the present embodiment, when the pressing component 5 is operated, since the outer wall of the pressing component 5 is in clearance fit with the side cavity wall of the valve core accommodating cavity 111, the pressing component 5 is operated from the second opening, if water on hand flows through the gap between the pressing component 5 and the side cavity wall of the valve core accommodating cavity 111 from the second opening, and enters the valve core accommodating cavity 111, the water entering the valve core accommodating cavity 111 can be discharged through the first hole 112, and no water accumulation is generated in the valve core accommodating cavity 111. The pressing component 5 does not need to be provided with a sealing ring, and the resistance is smaller when the pressing component is pressed. The description of the above specification and examples is intended to illustrate the scope of the invention, but should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Modifications, equivalents and other improvements which may be made to the embodiments of the invention or to some of the technical features thereof by a person of ordinary skill in the art through logical analysis, reasoning or limited experimentation in light of the above teachings of the invention or the above embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
