SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Detailed Description

Inside and around the button 4, and in the contact area of the plastic sheet 6 and the switch 10, there are four O- rings 11a, 11b, 11c and 12, respectively, for sealing. Finally, in order to guarantee a stable coupling of the transparent shell 3 to the body of the handle, in particular to the cross-bar 9, a specific screw 13 is fixed. In addition, in order to provide the transparent casing with sufficient sealing performance, the periphery thereof is subjected to a gluing process.
To improve safety, the inner wall of the cavity 14 in which the wire connector and the switch are disposed is also treated by a resin coating process.
The structure formed in this way comprises a button with safety protection characteristics, the button can control the micro switch, and the handle can replace a traditional external light-emitting element and a safety switch thereof due to the sealing elements and the LED lamp strip.
By means of the structure, the B10d coefficient can be calculated according to the EN ISO 13849-1 standard, and the MTTFD (mean time to failure) can be calculated by the B10d coefficient, so that the safety degree of the related protection device can be known.
This solution also can bear the high pressure and wash, and the handle has dustproof and waterproof performance that reaches IP66 or 66K protection level.
It is clear that the main object of the invention has been achieved by making a handle with a light-emitting element which, on the one hand, has safety protection properties and, on the other hand, protects its internal components from external elements.
In addition, the scheme has a compact structural design, and three traditional products which are separated from each other theoretically are integrated in the same handle: the handle itself, the light and the control buttons.
It is understood that the above described solutions are only some of the possible embodiments of the invention, and that, beyond this, many other variants are possible, without departing from the scope of protection defined in the appended claims.
In an alternative embodiment, the connector 5 is replaced by a normal wire, without any substantial modification, and the wire is still connected to the power supply interface.
Claims (10)
1. Handle with safety switch and indicator light, characterized by that, have long arched body structure (1), there is a light-emitting component (3 a) on the horizontal junction surface between two longitudinal supports (2), protected by transparent outer cover (3), in two longitudinal supports (2), one of them has button (4) on it.

4. Handle with safety switch and indicator light according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the light emitting element (3 a) is arranged on the outer surface of the crossbar (9) of the body structure (1).
5. Handle with safety switch and indicator light according to claim 2, characterized in that a micro safety switch (10) is attached under the button (4).
6. Handle with safety switch and indicator light according to claim 5, characterized in that inside and around the button (4) and in the contact area of the plastic sheet (6) and the micro safety switch (10) there are four O-rings (11 a, 11b, 11c and 12) for sealing respectively.
7. Handle with safety switch and indicator light according to claim 4, characterized by that, the transparent shell (3) and the cross bar (9) are fixed by screws (13) and their periphery is glued.
8. Handle fitted with safety switch and indicator light according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the inner wall of the cavity (14) where the wire connector and the microswitch are placed is treated with a resin coating process.
9. A handle with safety switch and indicator light as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized by dust and water resistance up to the IP66 and 66K protection level.
10. A handle fitted with a safety switch and an indicator light as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the connector (5) is a circuit connector or a common wire.
