Description

Handle with safety switch and indicator light
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a be applied to the handle of door plant to have pilot lamp and safety switch.
Background
In the field of handle manufacture, in particular handles specially made for industrial machines and plants and the like, there are in some cases equipped with signal lights.
In particular, some handles have light emitting elements to facilitate the user in identifying their location from a distance. They are generally constituted by a conventional handle body, inside which is embedded a housing of a luminous element, such as an LED lamp, connected to a battery or to a power supply cord coming from outside the handle. In some cases, a light-on/off button is additionally provided, and a light color may be selected from time to time.
The above solution certainly shows a useful function that can be identified from a remote place, but in the using process, we find that the external button of the handle can only control the on and off of the light, but cannot play any role in safety.
Furthermore, these solutions also have no protection against dust or external contamination, which may result in an unexpected accumulation of excessive dust and moisture, thereby significantly affecting the proper operation of the light emitting element circuit.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the present invention is therefore to make a handle with a light-emitting element which, on the one hand, has a safety device and, on the other hand, can protect the components from external factors, thus avoiding shortening their expected service life.
To achieve this, we have devised a pull handle for industrial machinery and equipment, the pull handle comprising a body structure and lighting means disposed on an outer surface thereof; it is characterized by that it possesses safety switch device, and all the joints are equipped with protection elements.
Drawings
The pull handle of the utility model is described as follows, and is one embodiment, which is illustrated in the following configuration:
figure 1 is a top view of the present invention,
fig. 2 is a bottom view of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a side view of the present invention;
fig. 4 is a front view of the present invention;
fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The utility model relates to a handle comprises following part: a long arched body structure 1, which is formed by two longitudinal supports 2 and a transverse joint plane; on the lateral connection surface is a transparent housing 3 for protecting the light emitting element 3a. One of the two longitudinal supports 2 is provided with a push button 4.
The handle is electrically and mechanically connected to the door panel by means of a connector 5 at the contact surface at the bottom of the handle, which is at a height above a plastic sheet 6, which together with a screw 7 secures the electrical device inside the handle. The screw hole 8 is used for accommodating a screw, and the handle and the door panel can be stably fixed by meshing the screw hole and the screw. In a preferred embodiment, to facilitate installation, the connector 5 is threaded on its outer surface to securely engage the energized nut member. For simplicity, we can use the transparent shell 3 to refer to the light emitting element 3a, which is mounted on the rail 9 of the handle body structure 1. The connector 5 may be a circuit connector or may be a common wire.
In the cross-sectional view of fig. 5 we can see that: the light emitting element 3a is connected with the cross bar 9, and a micro safety switch 10 is connected below the button 4. Inside and around the button 4, and in the contact area of the plastic sheet 6 and the switch 10, there are four O- rings 11a, 11b, 11c and 12, respectively, for sealing. Finally, in order to guarantee a stable coupling of the transparent shell 3 to the body of the handle, in particular to the cross-bar 9, a specific screw 13 is fixed. In addition, in order to provide the transparent casing with sufficient sealing performance, the periphery thereof is subjected to a gluing process.
To improve safety, the inner wall of the cavity 14 in which the wire connector and the switch are disposed is also treated by a resin coating process.
The structure formed in this way comprises a button with safety protection characteristics, the button can control the micro switch, and the handle can replace a traditional external light-emitting element and a safety switch thereof due to the sealing elements and the LED lamp strip.
By means of the structure, the B10d coefficient can be calculated according to the EN ISO 13849-1 standard, and the MTTFD (mean time to failure) can be calculated by the B10d coefficient, so that the safety degree of the related protection device can be known.
This solution also can bear the high pressure and wash, and the handle has dustproof and waterproof performance that reaches IP66 or 66K protection level.
It is clear that the main object of the invention has been achieved by making a handle with a light-emitting element which, on the one hand, has safety protection properties and, on the other hand, protects its internal components from external elements.
In addition, the scheme has a compact structural design, and three traditional products which are separated from each other theoretically are integrated in the same handle: the handle itself, the light and the control buttons.
It is understood that the above described solutions are only some of the possible embodiments of the invention, and that, beyond this, many other variants are possible, without departing from the scope of protection defined in the appended claims.
In an alternative embodiment, the connector 5 is replaced by a normal wire, without any substantial modification, and the wire is still connected to the power supply interface.
