3. The multi-piece safety cutting blade of claim 1, wherein the cutting edge of the cutting portion of the first body protrudes above a top surface of each safety bump.
4. A multi-piece safety cutting blade according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a perpendicular distance between a cutting edge of the cutting portion of the first body and a top surface of each safety bump is 0.5 mm or less.
5. The multi-piece safety cutting blade of claim 4, wherein the distance between two adjacent safety projections is equal to or less than 3 mm.
6. The multi-piece safety cutting blade of claim 5, wherein the distance between two adjacent safety projections is greater than or equal to 0.2 mm.
7. The multi-piece safety cutting blade of claim 4, wherein the second body is a piece bonded to a side of the first body.
8. The multi-piece safety cutting blade of claim 7, wherein the blade edge is located on a side of the first body adjacent to the second body.

The safety cutting blade as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second body has two side plates and a top plate, the two side plates are respectively combined with two opposite sides of the first body, the top plate covers the top of the first body, a plurality of the grooves are formed on the top plate of the second body in a spaced-apart arrangement and penetrate through the top plate, and a plurality of the safety protrusions are formed on the top plate in a spaced-apart arrangement.
10. The multi-piece safety cutting blade of claim 9, wherein a perpendicular distance between a cutting edge of the cutting portion of the first body and a top surface of each safety bump is 0.5 mm or less.
