The first jaw 3 is adjusted to a position which needs to be installed actually, meanwhile, the lock pin 51 is aligned to another limiting through hole 7 in the square connecting pipe 2, then the adjusting switch 52 is rotated to drive the rotating pin 56 to be close to the limiting through hole 7, so that the elastic force generated by the first spring 55 can push the mounting shaft sleeve 54 to be close to the limiting through hole 7, the lock pin can extend into the limiting through hole 7 when the mounting shaft sleeve 54 is close to the limiting through hole 7, the adjusting assembly 5 is in a locking state at the moment, and the first jaw 3 and the square connecting pipe 2 cannot move relatively due to limitation of the lock pin 51.
Then, the distance between the first jaw 3 and the second jaw 4 is accurately adjusted through the screw rod assembly 8, and the adjusting process is as follows: the handle 82 is rotated, the first screw rod 81 moves relative to the thread sleeve 11 in the square connecting tube 2, the first screw rod 81 moves while driving the square telescopic tube 16 to move relative to the square connecting tube 2, the first jaw 3 is installed on the square connecting tube 2, and the second jaw 4 is installed on the square telescopic tube 16, so that the relative position relationship between the first jaw 3 and the second jaw 4 can be conveniently adjusted by rotating the handle 82, and the opening size of a bench vice for clamping a product can be conveniently adjusted. The product to be clamped is placed between the first jaw 3 and the second jaw 4, and the second jaw 4 is close to the first jaw 3 when the handle 82 is rotated, so that the product is clamped.
