The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step are within the scope of the present invention.
The embodiment is as follows: a magnetic magic cube with adjustable magnetic force and wheelbase.
Referring to fig. 1 to 30, a magnetic magic cube with adjustable magnetic force and wheelbase includes:
a central shaft 4 (see fig. 29 and fig. 30 in particular), wherein the central shaft 4 includes a shaft seat 41, a stepped shaft body 42 extending in six directions, i.e., forward, backward, left, right, up and down, is integrally formed on the shaft seat 41, the stepped shaft body 42 is composed of a first stepped cylinder 421, a second stepped cylinder 422 and a third stepped cylinder 423, which have diameters from large to small, a fastening protrusion 424 is arranged at the top of the third stepped cylinder 423, and the fastening protrusion 424 is used for realizing fastening with the central block 3; the shaft body 42 is arranged to be in a step shape, the whole weight of the shaft center can be reduced on the premise of ensuring the strength, the light weight of the magic cube is achieved, eight magnet installation seats 43 are integrally arranged on the shaft seat 41, each magnet installation seat 43 is located at the center of the intersection of the three step shaft bodies 42, magnets 17 are installed in each magnet installation seat 43, each magnet installation seat 43 comprises a cylindrical seat body 431 which is integrally formed and fixed on the shaft seat 41, an installation hole 432 is formed in each cylindrical seat body 431, a plurality of clamping blocks 433 which are distributed in a circumferential array mode by taking the center of the installation hole 432 as the center of a circle are arranged on the inner wall of each installation hole 432, the magnets 17 are pressed into the installation holes 432 and clamped through the clamping blocks 433, the magnets 17 are conveniently and quickly assembled, the strength of the magnets 17 is improved, reinforcing ribs 45 are arranged between the first step cylinder 421 of each step shaft body 42 and the outer wall of the corresponding magnet installation seat 43, and the strength of the step shaft bodies 42 is improved. Six center blocks 3 (see fig. 20 to 28 in particular) mounted on a stepped shaft body 42 of the center shaft 4, wherein each center block 3 includes a center block seat 31, a center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32, an axle distance adjusting dial 34, an axle distance adjusting display disc 35 and a housing sheet top cover 36, wherein magnetic gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 314 are provided in the center block seat 31, magnetic gear adjusting stepped top teeth 325 are provided at the bottom of the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32, the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 is mounted in the center block seat 31, and the magnetic gear adjusting stepped top teeth 325 at the bottom of the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 abut against the magnetic gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 314 provided in the center block seat 31, during actual adjustment, the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 can make the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 rotate relative to the magnetic gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 314 in the center block seat 31, and different support heights between the magnetic gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 314 provided in the center block seat 31 can be shifted by using the magnetic force gear adjusting dial 325 at the bottom of the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 to form different heights; the wheel base adjusting dial 34 is installed in the center block seat 31 and located above the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32, wheel base gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 344 are arranged in the wheel base adjusting dial 34, wheel base gear adjusting stepped top teeth 354 are arranged at the bottom of the wheel base adjusting display disc 35, the wheel base adjusting display disc 35 is installed in the wheel base adjusting dial 34, wheel base gear adjusting stepped top teeth 354 arranged at the bottom of the wheel base adjusting display disc 35 abut against the wheel base gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 344 arranged in the wheel base adjusting dial 34, during actual adjustment, the wheel base adjusting dial 34 is adjusted through adjusting a tool, and the wheel base between the wheel base gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 344 arranged in the wheel base adjusting dial 34 and the wheel base gear adjusting stepped top teeth 354 arranged at the bottom of the wheel base adjusting display disc 35 are matched, so that the wheel base between the center shaft 4 and the center block 3 can be adjusted. The housing piece top cover 36 is fitted on top of the center block holder 31 and shields the center block magnetic force adjustment dial 32, the wheel base adjustment dial 34, and the wheel base adjustment display dial 35 in the center block holder 31, and the housing piece top cover 36 can be opened or fitted with respect to the center block holder 31.
Referring to fig. 26 and 27, the center block seat 31 includes a center block seat body 311, a hollow center column 312 is disposed in the center of the center block seat body 311, magnetic gear adjustment stepped bottom teeth 314 are annularly disposed on the periphery of the center column 312, and magnetic gear display numbers 313 are disposed on the periphery of the magnetic gear adjustment stepped bottom teeth 314. During actual assembly, the top end of the central shaft 4 penetrates through the central column 312, and the magnetic gear display number 313 is matched with the height of the magnetic gear adjusting step bottom teeth 314 and used for indicating the size of the magnetic gear.
Referring to fig. 26, 27 and 28, the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 includes a magnetic dial body 321, four large magnet installation grooves 322 distributed in a circumferential array with the center of the magnetic dial body 321 as a circle center are installed on the magnetic dial body 321, small magnet installation grooves 323 are installed between the adjacent large magnet installation grooves 322, a large magnet 331 is installed in each large magnet installation groove 322, a small magnet 332 is installed in each small magnet installation groove 323, a magnetic force gear adjusting step top tooth 325 is arranged at the bottom of the center of the magnetic dial body 321, and a magnetic force gear indicating arrow 324 is further arranged at the end edge of the magnetic dial body 321. In actual work, the large magnet 331 and the small magnet 332 with different areas are respectively arranged in the middle-large magnet installation groove 322 and the small magnet installation groove 323 of the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32, and are matched with the magnets arranged in the subsequent wheelbase adjusting dial 34, and the repulsive force of homopolar repulsion of the magnets replaces the elastic force of the springs, so that the center block 3 and the center shaft 4 are completely free of contact in the longitudinal direction, and the rotation resistance is greatly reduced. Because the number and the size of the magnets in the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 are different from those of the magnets arranged in the wheel base adjusting dial 34, the rotating resistance of the magic cube can be changed according to the change of the rotating angle, and the restoring speed of the magic cube is greatly improved. The magnetic gear indication arrow 324 is used to indicate a magnetic gear in cooperation with the magnetic gear display number 313 in the center block seat 31.
Referring to fig. 23, 24 and 25, the wheel base adjusting dial 34 includes a wheel base dial body 341, four center block magnet mounting seats 342 that are opened downward are disposed on an end edge of the wheel base dial body 341, a large magnet 331 is mounted in each center block magnet mounting seat 342, a center hole 345 is disposed in the center of the wheel base dial body 341, a wheel base gear adjusting step bottom gear 344 is disposed on a top surface of the wheel base dial body 341 and located on a periphery of the center hole 345, and a wheel base gear shifting groove 343 is disposed on an end edge of the top surface of the wheel base dial body 341. In actual operation, the adjusting tool can be used to dial the wheel base dial body 341 through the wheel base gear dial groove 343 for rotation, and the distance between the wheel base adjusting dial 34 and the wheel base adjusting display panel 35 can be adjusted by the cooperation between the wheel base gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 344 of the wheel base dial body 341 and the wheel base gear adjusting stepped top teeth 354 on the wheel base adjusting display panel 35, so that the wheel base between the center block 3 and the center shaft 4 can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 22, 23, 24 and 25, the wheel base adjusting display disc 35 includes a display disc body 351, a wheel base gear position display number 353 is arranged on the top surface of the display disc body 351, a center shaft clamping groove 352 is arranged at the center of the display disc body 351, the top of the center shaft 4 longitudinally penetrates through the center block seat 31, the center block magnetic force adjusting dial 32 and the wheel base adjusting dial 34 from bottom to top in sequence and then is embedded into the center shaft clamping groove 352 of the wheel base adjusting display disc 35, and the wheel base gear position adjusting stepped top teeth 354 are arranged at the center of the bottom of the display disc body 351. During actual adjustment, the adjusting tool is used for shifting the wheel base adjusting dial 34 to rotate, the distance between the wheel base adjusting dial 34 and the wheel base adjusting display panel 35 is adjusted by matching the wheel base gear adjusting stepped bottom teeth 344 of the wheel base adjusting dial 34 with the wheel base gear adjusting stepped top teeth 354 on the wheel base adjusting display panel 35, and the top of the central shaft 4 is embedded into the central shaft clamping groove 352 of the wheel base adjusting display panel 35, so that the distance between the wheel base adjusting dial 34 and the wheel base adjusting display panel 35 is changed, the central distance between the central shaft 4 and the central block 3 is also changed, and the purpose of adjusting the wheel base between the central block 3 and the central shaft 4 is achieved. The wheel base gear display numbers 353 are matched with the wheel base gear shifting grooves 343, and specific wheel base gears can be visually displayed.
The center block is ingenious in design and reasonable in structure, and the magnetic force and the wheelbase in the center block 3 can be accurately adjusted through the structural design of the center block 3, so that the requirements of different players can be met.
