Illustratively, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the circuit board 2 is provided with a power supply wiring board 21 and a communication wiring board 22 for connecting to external power lines (not shown) and communication wirings (not shown), respectively. The external power supply lines and the communication connections are not cables inside the electrical apparatus, but cables outside the electrical apparatus, which are usually connected to the circuit board 2 at an after-market stage, and therefore such cables are also referred to as external cables.
Various cables connected to the circuit board 2, whether internal cables or external cables, need to be restrained so as to prevent the cable bodies from being messy and loose and affecting normal work.
In the related art, various wire ties, wire clamps and brackets are usually used to fix the cables connected to the circuit board 2, and particularly, for the electrical heating wire 311, the water pump wire 312 and the external cables, the bracket is usually arranged outside the electrical box 1, and the wire ties, or the pad and the wire clamps are arranged on the bracket to fix the cables, for example, in some electrical equipment, the bracket is arranged outside the electrical box 1, and the electrical heating wire 311 and the water pump wire 312 are fixed on the bracket by the wire ties, and further, for example, in some electrical equipment, the bracket is arranged outside the electrical box 1, and the pad is arranged on the bracket, and the wire fixing clamp 73 (see fig. 4) is fixed on the pad to fix the external cables, in this case, the number of components is large, the structure is complicated, the assembly is complicated, the wire routing path is long, the wire fixing stability is poor, and the performance of the electrical equipment 100 is affected.

As can be seen from fig. 5 and 6, in this embodiment, a plurality of supporting columns 65 and a plurality of supporting ribs 64 are disposed on the bottom plate 61, and two side walls of the enclosing plate 62 are disposed with limiting hooks 66. The support posts 65 are disposed at non-edge locations on the base plate 61, and the support ribs 64 are disposed at edge locations on the base plate 61 and are connected to the enclosure plate 62. The support columns 65 and the support ribs 64 support the circuit board 2 together, and are more stable. The limiting hook 66 is clamped on the circuit board 2, and together with the supporting column 65 and the supporting rib 64, the limiting hook restricts the movement of the circuit board 2 in all directions. In this embodiment, the limit hooks 66 are configured as elastic hooks that can be broken off to facilitate the removal and installation of the circuit board 2.
Meanwhile, the bottom plate 61 is provided with fixing holes 68 and bolt holes 69. A connector such as a screw 91 is inserted through the fixing hole 68 to connect the circuit board fixing member 5 and the electric appliance case 1. The bolts 92 pass through the nuts 93 and the bolt holes 69 to connect the circuit board 2 and the circuit board fixing member 5.
So, circuit board mounting 5 can firmly be connected with circuit board 2 and electrical apparatus box 1, realizes circuit board 2 on circuit board mounting 5 to and circuit board mounting 5 and the firm installation of circuit board 2 on electrical apparatus box 1.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in this embodiment, the circuit board fixing member 5 is provided with a first wire fixing member 71, a second wire fixing member 72, a mounting box 81, and a threading portion 67.
Wherein the first wire fixing member 71 is used for fixing the power cable 31. As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in this embodiment, the first wire fixing member 71 includes a wire fixing portion 711 and a wire passing portion 713. The wire fixing part 711 is disposed on the extension part 63 and includes a wire fixing groove 712. The wire passing portion 713 is disposed on the back surface of the bottom plate 61 (i.e., the surface facing away from the circuit board 2) and includes a boss 717 and two wire passing hooks 714. The boss 717 protrudes from the back surface of the base plate 61 in a direction away from the circuit board 2. The two wire-passing hooks 714 are oppositely arranged on the boss 717, the first wire-clamping parts 715 of the two wire-passing hooks extend in the direction away from the circuit board 2, and the second wire-clamping parts 716 of the two wire-passing hooks are respectively connected with the end parts of the corresponding first wire-clamping parts 715 and bent in the direction close to the circuit board 2 relative to the first wire-clamping parts 715 to form a hook shape so as to clamp the strong electric wire 31. Furthermore, along the direction close to the circuit board 2 (i.e. the direction in which the strong electric wire 31 is snapped in), the distance between each second wire clipping portion 716 and the first wire clipping portion 715 increases, so that along the direction in which the strong electric wire 31 is snapped in, the distance between the two second wire clipping portions 716 decreases, the two wire passing hooks 714 are generally M-shaped as a whole, so as to guide the strong electric wire 31 to be snapped into the wire passing hooks 714 through the gap between the ends of the two second wire clipping portions 716, and the strong electric wire 31 can be effectively prevented from being pulled out, so that the strong electric wire 31 is easily snapped in and is difficult to be pulled out.
As can be seen from fig. 1, 4 and 6, in this embodiment, an opening 13 is disposed on the case body 11 of the electrical box 1 at a position corresponding to the wire passing portion 713, and the boss 717 of the wire passing portion 713 extends out of the opening 13, so that both the wire passing hooks 714 extend to the outside of the electrical box 1, and thus, the two wire passing hooks 714 are closer to the starting end of the strong electric wire 31, and are more convenient to be combined with the strong electric wire 31, and the strong electric wire 31 clamped in the wire passing hooks 714 is not in contact with a sharp edge, and is not easy to be worn or cut.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in this embodiment, a wire inlet 15 is further provided on the case body 11 of the electrical box 1. The strong electric wire 31 passing through the wire-passing hook 714 enters the interior of the electrical box 1 through the wire inlet hole 15 and is clamped into the wire fixing groove 712 to realize fixation. When the strong electric wire 31 includes both the electric heating wire 311 and the water pumping wire 312, the electric heating wire 311 and the water pumping wire 312 pass through the wire passing hook 714 and the wire inlet 15 together, and are clamped into the wire fixing groove 712 together.
In order to reinforce the strength of the wire passing part 713, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, two sides of the two wire passing hooks 714 are supported by one reinforcing rib 718 respectively. The reinforcing rib 718 connects the boss 717 and the first wire-clamping portion 715 of the wire-passing hook 714 to reinforce the strength of the wire-passing hook 714.
Based on the first wire fixing piece 71, the strong electric wire 31 can be fixed only by clamping the strong electric wire 31 into the wire passing part 713 and then into the wire fixing groove 712, so that the method is simple and convenient and has high assembly efficiency. Meanwhile, the first wire fixing member 71 is disposed on the circuit board fixing member 5 and closer to the circuit board 2, so that the routing path is shorter and the wire fixing effect is better. In particular, since the restraint of the strong electric wire 31 by the wire passing portion 713 is increased outside the wire fixing groove 712, the strong electric wire 31 can be fixed more stably and firmly. Further, since the fixing of the electric wire 31 can be realized without providing a bracket, a wire harness, or the like, the structure is simple.
The second wire fixing member 72 is used to fix an external cable. The two clamp portions 721 correspond one-to-one to the two wire fixing clamps 73. The two sets of clamping portions 721 and wire fixing clamps 73 are used for clamping an external power line and a communication wire, respectively. Each of the two wire clamping portions 721 includes a plurality of wire clamping ribs 722 fixed on the extending portion 63. Both the wire fixing clips 73 are connected to the extension 63 by a screw connection. When the wires are fixed, the external power supply wires or the communication connection wires are clamped between the wire fixing clamp 73 and the corresponding wire clamping ribs 722, and then the wire fixing clamp 73 is fixed on the extension part 63, so that the fixation of the external power supply wires or the communication connection wires can be completed, and the wire fixing device is simple and convenient and has high efficiency. Moreover, since the wire clamping part 721 and the wire fixing clip 73 are both disposed on the circuit board fixing part 5 and closer to the circuit board 2, the routing path is shorter and the wire fixing effect is better. Meanwhile, a bracket and a backing plate are not needed to be arranged to be matched with the wire fixing clamp 73 for clamping the wire, so that the structure is simple.
The mounting box 81 serves as a mounting member 8 for mounting the bulb 33. As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the mounting box 81 is disposed on the back surface of the bottom plate 61 near one side edge of the bottom plate 61. The mounting box 81 is substantially rectangular, and an end thereof remote from the bottom plate 61 is open to form a mounting opening 84 for accommodating the thermal bulb 33, and a side wall thereof near an edge of the bottom plate 61 is provided with an outlet 82, the outlet 82 is communicated with a space enclosed by the enclosing plate 62 and the bottom plate 61, so as to facilitate connection of a thermal wire of the thermal bulb 33 with the circuit board 2 after the thermal wire passes through the outlet 82.
Because the mounting box 81 is closer to the circuit board 2, the routing path of the temperature sensing wire is shorter, the wire fixing is convenient, and the cost is saved.
Meanwhile, since the mounting box 81 is integrated on the circuit board fixing member 5, the thermal bulb 33 can be pre-installed on the circuit board fixing member 5 when the electrical box assembly 10 is assembled, and does not need to wait for the whole assembly to be installed.
Moreover, since the thermal bulb 33 is located in the mounting box 81 and constrained by the peripheral side walls of the mounting box 81, the thermal bulb 33 and the thermal wires thereof are more stably mounted, and the thermal bulb 33 and the thermal wires thereof can be well protected.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 85 are disposed on the inner wall of the mounting box 81, and the protrusions 85 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the thermal bulb 33 can be effectively prevented from coming off, and therefore, the mounting stability of the thermal bulb 33 and the thermal wire thereof can be further improved.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, the side wall of the mounting box 81 is provided with the ventilation holes 83, so that ventilation and heat dissipation of the thermal bulb 33 can be facilitated, the working reliability of the thermal bulb 33 can be improved, and the service life of the thermal bulb 33 can be prolonged.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in this embodiment, the edge of the box body 11 of the electrical box 1 corresponding to the mounting box 81 is provided with a notch 14 so that the mounting box 81 is exposed outside the box body 11.
The threading portion 67 is used for the motor wire 32 to pass through. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the threading portion 67 is provided on the outer surface of the enclosing plate 62 and protrudes outward relative to the enclosing plate 62, and a cavity is provided inside for the motor wire 32 to pass through. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1, the electrical box 1 is correspondingly provided with a through hole 16, so that the motor wire 32 sequentially passes through the through hole 16 and the cavity of the threading part 67, enters the interior of the electrical box 1, and is connected with the circuit board 2.
In summary, in this embodiment, the circuit board fixing member 5 integrates the mounting and fixing structures of the electric heating wire 311, the water pump wire 312, the external cable and the thermal bulb 33, so that the cables can be reliably fixed without the conventional small parts such as wire ties and wire clamps, and thus, the structure can be effectively simplified, the assembly efficiency can be improved, the wire fixing effect can be improved, the routing path can be optimized, the material cost can be saved, and the performance of the electrical apparatus 100 can be effectively improved.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that are made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
