背景技术
太阳能光伏支架,是太阳能光伏发电系统中为了摆放、安装、固定太阳能面板设计的特殊的支架;为了使得建筑与光伏支架构筑一体化,通常在构筑时需要兼顾排水和支撑光伏组件两种功能;目前还没有一种专门用于光伏建筑一体上使用的专门防水部件,从而导致现有的光伏建筑经常出现渗水、漏水现象的发生。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种设计合理,结构非常简单且安装方便的防水导轨结构体。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种防水导轨结构体,是由防水导轨本体组成,其特征在于,所述防水导轨本体呈倒梯形结构,防水导轨本体内形成倒梯形空腔。
所述防水导轨本体的顶面向外设置有平顶式端面,侧壁设置有倾斜式侧面,底部设置有加宽平底面。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在于:与现有技术相比,本实用新型防水导轨是两个进行叠合使用,互叠式连接共同安装在光伏建筑一体的建筑物的屋顶檩条上,对光伏建筑进行有效地排水,防止漏水现象的发生,同时又对光伏组件起到更好的支撑和固定作用。

所述防水导轨本体1的顶面向外设置有平顶式端面101,方便上方其它夹具的支撑和固定,侧壁设置有倾斜式侧面102,非常方便两根倒梯形防水导轨进行互叠式的连接,避免连接处漏水,底部设置有加宽平底面103,增加最大的排水量,同时使得防水导轨可以在建筑屋顶檩条上得到更好的支撑与固定。
本实用新型防水导轨本体1安装使用方式为:先将两根防水导轨本体1进行互叠式连接后,再将其安装在光伏建筑的屋顶檩条上进行固定。
