The case 1 has an opening for placing the plaster in the case 1 or taking it out of the case 1. And under the action of external force, the blade 6 overcomes the elastic force of the torsion spring and rotates towards the direction close to the pre-positioned plaster relative to the box cover 2 to cut the plaster into an incision, so that a user can tear the plaster along the incision conveniently.
