It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the same reference numerals are used to refer to the same components or parts, and for the same parts in the embodiments of the present application, only one of the components or parts may be used as an example to refer to the reference numeral, and it should be understood that, for other similar components or parts, the reference numerals are also used.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a mop plate 20 that includes a plurality of mounting structures at the edge of the mop plate 20, the mounting structures including retaining grooves extending through the top and bottom surfaces of the mop plate 20 and an end adjacent the edge of the mop plate 20, thereby allowing a mop to be inserted into the retaining grooves from a side without requiring fingers to insert the mop into the mounting structures from the top. The mop plate 20 can be used in a disposable flat mop of the mop described above. Furthermore, the mop plate can also be used in a flat mop with a detachable mop cloth, and even in other cleaning structures requiring mop cloth, such as a glass wiper, which is not particularly limited in this application.
As shown in fig. 1, the edge of the mop plate 20 is provided with a plurality of mounting structures 10, wherein the number of the mounting structures 10 can be two, three or more, and can be limited according to the shape and size of the mop cloth 200.
The edge of the mop plate 20 refers to the sum of the mop plate 20 excluding the other side edges at the upper and lower sides, for example, the sum of the left side edge, the right side edge, the front side edge and the rear side edge of the mop plate 20 in fig. 1, and it should be noted that, taking the front view of the drawing as an example, the left side in fig. 1 is the left side, the right side in fig. 1 is the right side, the upper side in fig. 1 is the rear side, and the lower side in fig. 1 is the front side. That is, an unlimited number of mounting structures 10 are mounted to the left, right, front, and rear side edges of the mop plate 20, respectively, as desired. In addition, the mounting structure 10 may extend beyond the edges of the mop plate 20 or may be completely embedded in the mop plate 20. For example, in the present application, each mounting structure 10 is completely embedded in the mop plate 20, which not only allows the mounting structure 10 to be securely mounted, but also allows the entire mop plate surface to be flush.
For example, in the present embodiment, the mop plate 20 is substantially elongated, and at least two mounting structures 10 are disposed on two opposite sides of the mop plate 20. For example, at least two mounting structures 10 are respectively disposed on the front and rear long sides which are oppositely disposed, wherein the number of the mounting structures 10 on each long side can be set according to the actual length of the mop plate 20, for example, in the present embodiment, two mounting structures 10 are mounted on each long side of the mop plate 20. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the number of mounting structures 10 on each long side of the mop plate 20 may be three, or even more than three, as the length of the mop plate 20 increases. In addition, the mop plate 20 may be shaped in other ways, such as triangular, and the mounting structure 10 may be one or more than one on each side.
More specifically, the number and location of the mounting structures 10 on opposite sides of the mop plate 20 are the same. For example, two mounting structures 10 are arranged on each of the front and rear long sides, and two mounting structures 10 on each long side are arranged close to the left and right short sides of the mop plate 20, so that the mop cloth 200 is flat and uniformly stressed after being mounted. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments of the present application, the number and location of the mounting structures 10 on the opposite sides of the mop plate 20 may be different, such as the same number and different locations, and are not limited herein.
In this embodiment, neither short side of the mop plate 20 is provided with a mounting structure 10. Of course, in other embodiments, the mounting structures 10 can be disposed on both short sides of the mop plate 20, and are not particularly limited herein.
A plurality of mounting structures 10 are used to secure the mop swab 200 to the mop plate 20 with the secured mop swab 200 covering the bottom surface of the mop plate 20.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing groove 111 is formed on the mounting structure 10, the fixing groove 111 penetrates the top surface and the bottom surface of the mop plate 20, an opening end 112 is formed at one end of the fixing groove 111 close to the edge of the mop plate 20, a closing end 113 is formed at one end of the fixing groove 111 far from the edge of the mop plate 20, and a fixing portion 1112 is disposed between the opening end 112 and the closing end 113. The holding groove 111 is used to hold the mop swab 200 when the mop swab 200 is inserted from the open end 112 and moved to the holding part 1112.
Because different mounting structures 10 are mounted on different side edges of the mop plate 20, the opening ends 112 of the mounting structures 10 at different positions face different directions, for example, in fig. 1, the mounting structure 10 mounted on the front side of the mop plate 20 has the opening end 112 facing the front side, that is, the fixing groove 111 of the mounting structure 10 penetrates through the top surface, the bottom surface and the front side of the mop plate 20, and when the mop cloth 200 is mounted, the mop cloth 200 can be inserted into the opening end 112 from the front side of the mop plate 20 and pulled into the fixing part 1112 for mounting and fixing. In the whole installation process, a user only needs to pull the mop cloth 200 above the mop plate 20, the operation is convenient, and hands are not injured.
Correspondingly, since the mounting structure 10 in the present application does not hurt hands, the mounting structure 10 can be made of a material with high hardness or friction, so that the mounting structure 10 can mount the mop cloth 200 more firmly.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fixing groove 111 includes a guiding portion 1111, the guiding portion 1111 is located between the opening end 112 and the fixing portion 1112, and a distance between two sidewalls of the fixing groove 111 in the guiding portion 1111 decreases gradually from the opening end 112 to the closing end 113, and the guiding portion 1111 is used for guiding the mop cloth 200 to be inserted into the fixing portion 1112 from the opening end 112. By the arrangement of the guide portion 1111, the mop 200 can be inserted into the fixing portion 1112 with less resistance, saving labor and facilitating the operation of the user.
When installing, the user introduces the mop 200 from the guide 1111 into the holding part 1112, and fixes the mop 200 by the holding part 1112, thereby preventing the mop 200 from falling off.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, at least one sidewall of the fixing groove 111 of the fixing portion 1112 is extended with a damping arm 1113, one end of the damping arm 1113 is fixed with the sidewall, the other end of the damping arm 1113 is suspended, and the damping arm 1113 is used for elastically abutting against the mop 200 to fix the mop 200 when the mop 200 is inserted into and moved to the fixing portion 1112 from the opening end 112. As shown in fig. 3, since the damping arm 1113 is provided in the fixing part 1112, the mop 200 passes through the resistance of the damping arm 1113 when being caught in the fixing part 1112, and the mop 200 can smoothly pass through the damping arm 1113 due to the external force of the user, but the mop 200 is hardly released from the fixing part 1112 due to the resistance of the damping arm 1113 during the use, thereby performing the fixing function of the mop 200.
In the present embodiment, both sidewalls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 are provided with at least one damping arm 1113. By providing the damping arms 1113 on both side walls of the fixing portion 1112, the fixing effect of the damping arms 1113 on the mop 200 is improved, so that the installation structure 10 can be more firmly installed on the mop 200.
Specifically, the damping arms 1113 are provided in the fixing portion 1112 at the both side walls of the fixing groove 111 in the same number, so that the resistance of both sides to the mop 200 is the same, and the whole installation structure 10 is simply molded.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the number of the damping arms 1113 may be two, and the two damping arms 1113 are respectively disposed on two sidewalls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112. The width of damping arm 1113 gradually decreases from the fixed end to the suspended end and forms a tip, i.e., damping arm 1113 has a triangular shape. The tip of damping arm 1113 that sets up on one lateral wall of fixed slot 111 in fixed part 1112 is the indent setting of the tip of damping arm 1113 that is located the right side for example, and the tip of damping arm 1113 that sets up on another lateral wall of fixed slot 111 in fixed part 1112 stretches into indent department at least partially, forms first kink passageway 1114 between the tip of two damping arms 1113, through buckling formation resistance, first kink passageway 1114 is used for supplying mop 200 to pass through. The removal of the mop cloth 200 after the installation is hindered by the first bending passage 1114, and the dropping of the mop cloth 200 can be prevented by the elastic force of the damping arm 1113.
In other embodiments of the present application, the number of the damping arms 1113 disposed on each sidewall of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 may be plural, for example, please refer to fig. 5 and 6, the number of the damping arms 1113 is six, and three damping arms are disposed on each sidewall respectively.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the damping arms 1113 disposed on two side walls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 may be symmetrically disposed, and each side of the fixing portion is disposed with three damping arms 1113, respectively.
Specifically, the damping arms 1113 are long, the lengths of the damping arms 1113 located on the same side wall of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 gradually increase from the opening end 112 to the closing end 113, and the widths of the damping arms 1113 located on the same side wall of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 gradually increase from the opening end 112 to the closing end 113, and the larger the length and the width of the damping arms 1113 are, the larger the damping force of the damping arms 1113 is, that is, the larger the damping force of each damping arm 1113 on the mop 200 in the fixing portion 1112 is in the direction from the opening end 112 to the closing end 113, so that the mop 200 can be smoothly inserted into the fixing portion 1112, but the damping force of each damping arm 1113 is hardly overcome to exit from the fixing portion 1112.
In still other embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 6, three damping arms 1113 are respectively disposed on each sidewall of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112, and the damping arms 1113 disposed on two sidewalls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 can be disposed in a staggered manner, and a second bending channel 1115 is formed between hanging ends of the damping arms 1113, and the second bending channel 1115 is used for allowing the mop cloth 200 to pass through and resisting the shape of the mop cloth 200 by bending. The removal of the mop cloth 200 after the installation is hindered by the second bending channel 1115, and the dropping of the mop cloth 200 can be prevented by the elastic force of the damping arm 1113.
Specifically, the damping arms 1113 disposed on the two side walls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 are disposed in a staggered manner in a direction perpendicular to either side wall, and the damping arms 1113 disposed on the two side walls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 are disposed in a staggered manner in a direction from the opening end 112 to the closing end 113, so as to form the second bending channel 1115. Of course, in other embodiments, the damping arms 1113 disposed on the two side walls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 may be offset only in a direction perpendicular to either side wall, or the damping arms 1113 disposed on the two side walls of the fixing groove 111 in the fixing portion 1112 may be offset only in a direction from the open end 112 to the closed end 113.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the mop plate 20 includes a mop upper plate 21 and a mop bottom plate 22, the mounting structure 10 is mounted on the edge of the mop bottom plate 22, and the mop upper plate 21 is covered on the mop bottom plate 22 and is clamped with the mounting structure 10. The installation structure 10 is installed through the mop upper plate 21 and the mop bottom plate 22, so that the installation structure 10 is firmly installed; in addition, by dividing the mop plate 20 into the mop upper plate 21 and the mop base plate 22, the edges of the mop upper plate 21 and the mop base plate 22 are connected and enclose to form a cavity, so that the overall weight of the mop plate 20 can be reduced, and the operation by a user is facilitated.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8 to 14, the mop base 22 has a long plate-shaped structure, and a through groove 221 is formed in the mop base 22 at a position corresponding to the fixing groove 111, and the through groove 221 is used for allowing the mop cloth 200 located on the mop base 22 to pass through when the mop cloth 200 is inserted into the fixing groove 111. In addition, a containing groove 211 is formed on the mop upper plate 21, the mounting structure 10 is clamped with the containing groove 211, and the fixing groove 111 of the mounting structure 10 faces the through groove 221 of the mop bottom plate 22 after clamping.
