The embodiment of the application provides a broom, has different user state, can adapt to the not demand of cleaning to the process that the broom switches the state is convenient, has made things convenient for user's use.
Fig. 1 is a schematic overall structural diagram of a broom according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the broom shown in FIG. 1; fig. 3 is an exploded view of the structure at a in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment of the present application provides a broom, which includes: a hollow broom handle 10, a broom head 20 and a bendable pipe 30 connecting the broom handle 10 and the broom head 20.
The bendable pipe 30 is a hollow structure, and can be elastically deformed in the axial direction of the pipe, and when the bendable pipe 30 is not deformed, it is in an upright state, and the axis of the bendable pipe 30 is collinear with the axis of the broom handle 10. One end of the bendable pipe 30 is connected with the broom head 20, and the other end is connected with the bottom end of the broom handle 10.
When a user cleans the floor with the broom, the broom handle 10 is held to drive the broom head 20 to move on the ground, and the broom head 20 is subjected to resistance given to the broom head 20 by the ground in the process of moving on the ground, so that one end of the bendable pipe fitting 30 connected with the broom head 20 is also subjected to stress, the bendable pipe fitting 30 is elastically bent in the axial direction of the bendable pipe fitting 30, and the broom head 20 swings relative to the broom handle 10. When the external force applied to the end of the flexible pipe 30 connected to the broom head 20 disappears, for example, the user lifts the broom up to make the broom head 20 leave the ground, the flexible pipe 30 returns to the upright state under the action of its own elastic force, and the broom head 20 is also returned along with the flexible pipe 30.
Illustratively, the bendable pipe 30 can be bent in the axial direction to allow the broom head 20 to swing relative to the broom handle 10 along the length direction of the broom head 20, thereby facilitating the sweeping operation.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, a limiting rod 40 is provided in the sweep handle 10, the limiting rod 40 can enter or leave the bendable pipe 30 along the axial direction of the bendable pipe 30, and an elastic member 50 is provided on the limiting rod 40; the broom that this application provided still includes the locking part that is used for fixing a position or removes the location to gag lever post 40, and when gag lever post 40 was fixed a position, gag lever post 40 was located outside flexible pipe fitting 30 and makes flexible pipe fitting 30 can be at the axial direction elastic bending of self, and after gag lever post 40 was removed the location, gag lever post 40 got into in flexible pipe fitting 30 in order to restrict flexible pipe fitting 30 and take place elastic bending under the elastic force effect of elastic component 50.
For convenience of description, the axial direction of the broom handle 10 is defined as the up-down direction in the embodiment of the present application, and the ends of the broom handle 10, the bendable pipe 30 and the limiting rod 40 close to the broom head 20 are lower ends, and the ends away from the broom head 20 are upper ends. In this embodiment, the position-limiting rod 40 can move up and down along the axial direction of the bendable pipe 30 to enter or leave the bendable pipe 30, and more specifically, the position-limiting rod 40 can move down inside the sweep handle 10 to enter the bendable pipe 30 (i.e., enter the interior of the bendable pipe 30), or move up and leave the bendable pipe 30 to be positioned.
Specifically, the length of the limiting rod 40 should be greater than or at least equal to the length of the bendable pipe 30 (the distance from the lower end to the upper end), so that when the limiting rod 40 enters the bendable pipe 30, the lower end of the limiting rod 40 can move down to the position of the lower end of the bendable pipe 30 (the two are kept flush), and the limiting rod 40 penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the bendable pipe 30, so that the bendable pipe 30 cannot be elastically bent at any position within the length range of the limiting rod 40, the bending performance of the bendable pipe 30 is completely limited by the limiting rod 40, and the broom head 20 cannot swing relative to the broom handle 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the position-limiting rod 40 is located, the position-limiting rod 40 is located outside the bendable pipe 30, which means that part or all of the position-limiting rod 40 is located outside the bendable pipe 30, so that at least part of the length of the bendable pipe 30 is not inserted by the position-limiting rod 40, and therefore the bendable pipe 30 can be elastically bent within the length range that the position-limiting rod 40 is not inserted. That is, when the stopper rod 40 is positioned, the lower end of the stopper rod 40 is higher than the lower end of the bendable pipe 30, so that the bendable pipe 30 can be elastically bent between the lower end thereof and the lower end of the stopper rod 40.
In order to release the bending restriction of the bendable pipe 30 by the stopper rod 40, the stopper rod 40 needs to be moved upward to separate the stopper rod 40 from the bendable pipe 30 before the stopper rod 40 is positioned. For example, the limiting rods 40 can be completely separated from the bendable pipe 30, and at this time, all the limiting rods 40 are located outside the bendable pipe 30, and the bendable pipe 30 can be elastically bent at any position within the length range of the bendable pipe 30; or the limiting rod 40 is partially separated from the bendable pipe 30, at this time, the lower end of the limiting rod 40 is located between the upper end and the lower end of the bendable pipe 30, and the bendable pipe 30 can be elastically bent between the lower end of itself and the lower end of the limiting rod 40, but the bending amplitude is limited, so that the swinging amplitude of the broom head 20 relative to the broom handle 10 is also limited.
In the embodiment of the present application, the limiting rod 40 is made of a material with high strength (e.g., hard plastic, stainless steel, iron, or aluminum alloy, etc.), has rigidity, and cannot elastically deform even when an external force is applied. When the limiting rod 40 enters the bendable pipe 30, the bendable pipe 30 with a hollow structure is filled with a rigid substance, so that the bendable pipe 30 cannot be bent, and the broom head 20 cannot swing relative to the broom handle 10; after the limiting rod 40 leaves the bendable pipe 30, the bendable pipe 30 recovers to a hollow structure, and can be elastically bent and deformed, thereby driving the broom head 20 to swing.
Alternatively, the limiting rod 40 may have a cylindrical shape or a cubic shape, which is not limited in the present application.
By moving the upper and lower positions of the stopper rod 40, the restriction and release of the elastic bending of the bendable pipe 30 can be realized. When the bendable pipe 30 is used, a user can control whether the limiting rod 40 is positioned or not by manipulating the locking part, so that whether the bendable pipe 30 is limited to be elastically bent or not is controlled. Specifically, when the limiting rod 40 is positioned, the bendable pipe 30 can be bent, so that the broom head 20 can swing relative to the broom handle 10, and the limiting rod 40 cannot move up and down, so that the normal use of the broom by a user is not influenced; when the position-limiting rod 40 is not positioned, the position-limiting rod 40 enters the bendable pipe 30 under the action of the elastic piece 50, and the bending of the bendable pipe 30 is limited, so that the broom head 20 cannot swing relative to the broom handle 10.
According to the broom provided by the embodiment of the application, the bendable pipe 30 capable of elastically bending in the axial direction of the broom head 20 and the broom handle 10 is arranged between the broom head 20 and the broom handle 10, and the limiting rod 40 capable of entering or leaving the bendable pipe 30 along the axial direction of the bendable pipe 30 is arranged in the broom handle 10 and used for limiting the bendable pipe 30 to bend. When a user uses the broom to clean the ground, if the limiting rod 40 is positioned by the locking part, the bendable pipe fitting 30 can be bent, so that the broom head 20 can swing relative to the broom handle 10 and also incline relative to the ground, the included angle between the broom head 20 and the ground is reduced, the broom head can be pressed when cleaning light garbage such as hair, dust or paper scraps, the light garbage is not easy to lift, the light garbage can be gathered together better, and a good cleaning effect is achieved; if the position of the limiting rod 40 is released, the limiting rod 40 enters the bendable pipe 30 under the action of the elastic element 50 to limit the bendable pipe 30 to bend, the broom head 20 cannot swing relative to the broom handle 10, and at this time, the broom head 20 has a large cleaning force and is suitable for cleaning heavy garbage or cleaning gathered garbage into a dustpan. The broom provided by the embodiment of the application has two different use states of swinging and not swinging of the broom head 20 relative to the broom handle 10 through the arrangement of the bendable pipe fitting 30 and the limiting rod 40, and can adapt to different cleaning scenes.
The limiting rod 40 of the broom provided by the embodiment of the application is provided with the elastic part 50, and the elastic part 50 is elastically deformed in the process that the limiting rod 40 leaves the bendable pipe fitting 30 and is positioned; after the position of the limiting rod 40 is released, the external force applied to the elastic element 50 disappears, and the elastic element 50 which is elastically deformed will restore to its original shape to apply an acting force (i.e., an elastic force) to the limiting rod 40, so that the limiting rod 40 enters the bendable pipe 30 under the action of the elastic force. The elastic piece 50 is arranged, so that the process of enabling the limiting rod 40 to enter the bendable pipe fitting 30 is simplified, a user only needs to remove the positioning effect of the locking part on the limiting rod 40, the bending of the bendable pipe fitting 30 can be limited, the operation process is simple and convenient, and the use experience is better; and simple structure, the easy realization in technology, the cost of elastic component 50 is also lower, can effectual control broom's manufacturing cost.
Alternatively, the bendable pipe member 30 may be a coil spring, and in the present embodiment, bending of the bendable pipe member 30 in the axial direction utilizes the characteristics of bending deformation of the coil spring rather than the elasticity in the axial direction; the bendable pipe member 30 may be other objects having bending deformation characteristics, such as a torsion spring.
As shown in fig. 2, the broom provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes a connection sleeve 15, the connection sleeve 15 is connected to the lower end of the broom handle 10, the broom handle 10 is connected to the bendable pipe 30 through the connection sleeve 15, and the position-limiting rod 40 can pass through the connection sleeve 15 (in the axial direction) to enter or leave the bendable pipe 30.
In the embodiment of the present application, the locking part includes an operation part 60 disposed on the sweep handle 10 and a locking member disposed on the operation part 60, and the operation part 60 is used to drive the limiting rod 40 to leave the bendable pipe 30 and position the limiting rod 40 by inserting and matching the locking member with the sweep handle 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, the operating part 60 is movably disposed on the sweeping handle 10, and is connected to the limiting rod 40 to drive the limiting rod 40 to move upward, away from the bendable pipe 30, so as to position the limiting rod 40. Because the limiting rod 40 is arranged in the broom handle 10, a user can not conveniently and directly move the position of the limiting rod 40, and the broom handle 10 is provided with the operation part 60 to be connected with the limiting rod 40 in the broom handle 10, so that the user can conveniently drive the limiting rod 40 to leave the bendable pipe fitting 30 through the operation part 60, the bending limitation on the bendable pipe fitting 30 is removed, and the broom head 20 can swing relative to the broom handle 10.
And, after driving the gag lever post 40 to leave flexible pipe fitting 30, need fix a position the gag lever post 40, and the locking piece is located and is controlled the portion 60, and when controlling the portion 60 and driving the gag lever post 40 and remove, also drive the locking piece and remove, when the gag lever post 40 is controlled the portion 60 and is driven to remove to the position that will be fixed a position by controlling, the locking piece also removes to can be with the cooperation of pegging graft of handle 10 along with controlling the portion 60 to can fix a position the gag lever post 40.
Through the setting, the process that the limiting rod 40 is driven to leave the bendable pipe fitting 30 and the process that the limiting rod 40 is positioned are all realized by moving the operation part 60, an additional positioning structure is not needed to be arranged, the structure of the locking part is simple, and the user can achieve the two purposes through moving the operation part 60 once, so that the use process is simplified, and the use of the user is facilitated.
Alternatively, the locking member is engaged with the sweeping handle 10 by inserting it into a groove or hole formed in the sweeping handle 10 to fix the position of the limiting rod 40, or the sweeping handle 10 is provided with a protrusion formed in the operating part 60.
The plug-in matching positioning structure is simple in structure and convenient to process, and a user only needs to enable the protrusion to enter or leave the groove (hole) when positioning or unlocking the limiting rod 40, so that the operation is convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, an extension rod 70 for connecting the limiting rod 40 and the operation part 60 is provided in the broom handle 10.
Specifically, the extension bar 70 connects the upper end of the limiting bar 40 with the manipulation part 60, so that the manipulation part 60 can be disposed at a place away from the limiting bar 40, and the limiting bar 40 can be moved by the extension bar 70.
No matter the limiting rod 40 is positioned or positioned in a releasing state, the limiting rod 40 is positioned at the lower end in the broom handle 10 and is close to the position of the broom head 20, the extending rod 70 is arranged, the operating part 60 can be arranged at the upper end of the broom handle 10, for example, the operating part 60 is arranged close to the top end of the broom handle 10, so that when a user releases the positioning of the limiting rod 40 or drives the limiting rod 40 to leave the bendable pipe fitting 30, the user does not need to bend down to operate, in the process of sweeping by holding the broom handle 10, the position of the limiting rod 40 can be adjusted through the operating part 60 at any time, and the broom head 20 can be switched between a swinging state and a non-swinging state.
Illustratively, the extension pole 70 may be made of a less dense material and also maintain a smaller volume so that it does not add too much weight to the broom and so that the user does not feel as hard when performing the cleaning.
In the embodiment of the present application, the elastic member 50 is a spring wound around the outer periphery of the position-limiting rod 40, and when the position-limiting rod 40 is positioned, the spring is in a power-storing state; the inside of the sweeping handle 10 is also fixedly provided with a limiting cylinder 11 sleeved on the periphery of the limiting rod 40, the limiting rod 40 protrudes outwards in the circumferential direction to form an outer edge 41, and the spring is arranged between the limiting cylinder 11 and the outer edge 41.
Specifically, two ends of the spring are respectively fixedly connected with the limiting cylinder 11 and the outer edge 41, the limiting cylinder 11 is fixed in the sweeping handle 10, so that one end of the spring connected with the limiting cylinder 11 is fixed, and one end connected with the outer edge 41 can move relative to the other end along with the movement of the limiting rod 40.
In other embodiments, the end of the spring connected to the position-limiting cylinder 11 may be directly connected to the inner wall of the sweeper handle 10, and the end connected to the outer rim 41 may be directly connected to the position-limiting rod 40.
Alternatively, the elastic member 50 may be an elastic structure such as a spring plate.
Alternatively, the elastic member 50 may be a compression spring, in this case, as shown in fig. 2, the limiting cylinder 11 is far away from the broom head 20 relative to the outer rim 41 (i.e., the limiting cylinder 11 is located above the outer rim 41), and when the limiting rod 40 leaves the bendable pipe member 30, it moves upward, so that the outer rim 41 moves toward the limiting cylinder 11, the compression spring is gradually compressed, and as the limiting rod 40 is positioned, the compression spring is kept in a compressed state in the axial direction of the bendable pipe member 30; once the position of the limiting rod 40 is released, the external force applied to the compression spring disappears, and the compression spring exerts a downward elastic force on the outer edge 41 in the process of recovering the original shape, so that the limiting rod 40 moves downward under the action of the elastic force and enters the bendable pipe 30.
Through set up convex outer edge 41 in gag lever post 40 circumference, the one end and the outer edge 41 fixed connection of spring, the downward elasticity vertical action that the spring produced is in the upper surface of outer edge 41 to can be better drive gag lever post 40 and remove.
Alternatively, the elastic member 50 may be an extension spring, in which case the limiting cylinder 11 is close to the broom head 20 relative to the outer rim 41 (i.e. the limiting cylinder 11 is located below the outer rim 41), the extension spring is extended in the axial direction of the bendable pipe member 30 when the limiting rod 40 is located, and once the limiting rod 40 is released from the location, the outer rim 41 is pulled downward by the extension spring, and the limiting rod 40 enters the bendable pipe member 30 under the pulling force.
It should be understood that the limiting cylinder 11 is sleeved on the periphery of the limiting rod 40, and the limiting rod 40 also moves relative to the limiting cylinder 11 when entering or leaving the bendable pipe fitting 30, but the arrangement of the limiting cylinder 11 does not affect the up-and-down movement of the limiting rod 40, and does not add extra resistance to the movement of the limiting rod 40; and the limiting cylinder 11 can limit the limiting rod 40 in the radial direction, so that the limiting rod 40 is prevented from shaking in the sweeping handle 10, and the limiting rod 40 cannot contact with the inner wall of the sweeping handle 10 or the bendable pipe fitting 30 in the moving process.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a strip-shaped hole 12 is vertically formed on the broom handle 10, and the operating portion 60 is movably connected to the strip-shaped hole 12. Illustratively, the operating part 60 drives the limiting rod 40 to leave the bendable pipe 30 when moving from the bottom to the top in the strip-shaped hole 12; when the stopper 40 is inserted into the bendable pipe 30 by the elastic member 50, the operating portion 60 moves downward in the elongated hole 12.
The strip-shaped hole 12 is a through hole arranged on the wall surface of the broom handle 10, not only provides a movable space for the operating part 60, but also enables the operating part 60 to be connected with the limiting rod 40 in the broom handle 10, and has simple structure and convenient assembly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the operating part 60 includes a connecting plate 62 slidably disposed on the inner wall of the broom handle 10 and a poking member 61 penetrating through the strip-shaped hole 12 and connected to the connecting plate 62, and the connecting plate 62 is connected to the stop lever 40.
The connecting plate 62 is arranged in the broom handle 10, and is close to the wall (which can be contacted or not contacted) of the broom handle 10 with the strip-shaped hole 12, and the lower end of the connecting plate 62 is connected with the limiting rod 40 through the extension rod 70. The shifting piece 61 is exposed in the sweeper handle 10 and is connected with the connecting plate 62 through the strip-shaped hole 12, and a user moves in the strip-shaped hole 12 through upward shifting the shifting piece 61, so that the connecting plate 62 moves upward in the sweeper handle 10, and then the limiting rod 40 is driven to move upward to leave the bendable pipe 30.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, a clamping column 612 is disposed on one side of the dial 61 facing the connecting plate 62, a connecting hole 621 is correspondingly disposed on the connecting plate 62, and the clamping column 612 passes through the strip-shaped hole 12 and is clamped into the connecting hole 621 to connect the dial 61 and the connecting plate 62, so that the two can move synchronously. The plurality of the locking columns 612 may be provided to ensure the connection stability with the connection plate 62.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the locking member includes a first protrusion 611 disposed on one side of the dial 61 facing the sweeping handle 10, the locking portion further includes a groove 13 disposed on the sweeping handle 10, and the first protrusion 611 can be inserted into or removed from the groove 13 to position or release the position of the limit lever 40.
Specifically, after the first protrusion 611 is inserted into the groove 13, the groove 13 positions the first protrusion 611 through a groove wall thereof, that is, the dial 61 and the connecting plate 62 connected to the dial 61 are positioned, and the limiting rod 40 connected to the connecting plate 62 is positioned.
In the present embodiment, the user inserts or removes the first protrusion 611 into or from the groove 13 by moving the dial 61 up and down. For example, when the stopper rod 40 needs to be released from the positioning, the first protrusion 611 moves downward by moving the dial 61 downward, and can be disengaged from the groove 13; when the limiting rod 40 needs to be positioned, the shifting piece 61 is moved upwards until the first protrusion 611 is inserted into the groove 13, and the positioning is completed.
For example, as shown in fig. 1-3, the dial 61 is a "hill" -shaped structure with two lower sides and a high middle, so that no matter the user dials up the dial 61 to drive the limiting rod 40 to leave the bendable pipe 30, or dials down the dial 61 to make the first protrusion 611 get out of the groove 13, the user's fingers can abut against the structure with the higher middle, which is convenient for the user to apply force, and the operation can be completed with one hand, which is convenient for the user to use.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the groove 13 is disposed around the outer wall of the broom handle 10, so that the processing is convenient during the manufacturing process, and the process of inserting the first protrusion 611 into the groove 13 is simple by dialing the dial 61, so that the user does not need to specially find the position of the groove 13.
Further, the first protrusion 611 is an arc-shaped protrusion, and the notch of the groove 13 is an arc-shaped groove wall adapted to the arc shape, so that the process of inserting or removing the first protrusion 611 into or from the groove 13 is smoother, more labor-saving, and convenient for the user to operate.
Alternatively, the groove 13 may be a groove adapted to the size of the first protrusion 611, which is not limited in the present application.
Fig. 4 is a schematic overall structure view of a broom according to another embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is a schematic exploded structure view of the broom shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the operating portion 60 includes a pulling member 63 disposed at a top end of the broom handle 10, and the pulling member 63 is connected to the position-limiting rod 40 to move the position-limiting rod 40 away from the bendable pipe 30.
Specifically, the pulling member 63 is movably disposed at the top end of the broom handle 10, exposed out of the broom handle 10, and connected to the limiting rod 40 inside the broom handle 10, so that a user can conveniently pull the pulling member 63 upward to drive the limiting rod 40 to leave the bendable pipe 30. When the limiting rod 40 enters the bendable pipe 30 under the action of the elastic member 50, the limiting rod 40 also drives the pulling member 63 to move downwards relative to the sweeper handle 10.
Illustratively, the pulling member 63 is a pulling ring as shown in fig. 4, the pulling ring may be made of plastic, and the pulling ring can always keep a standing shape, and the ring structure is convenient for a user to hold and pull, so that the operation is more convenient. The pulling member 63 may also be a pulling rope or a pulling rod, and the end surface of the top end of the sweeping handle 10 may be provided with a through hole so that the pulling member 63 can be connected with the limiting rod 40.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a mounting cylinder provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the operating portion 60 further includes a mounting cylinder 64 slidably disposed in the sweeping handle 10, the pulling member 63 is connected to the limiting rod 40 through the mounting cylinder 64, and a limiting portion is further disposed at the top end of the sweeping handle 10 to limit the mounting cylinder 64 from coming off the sweeping handle 10.
In this embodiment, the installation cylinder 64 is slidably disposed in the broom handle 10, the upper end of the installation cylinder 64 is connected to the pulling member 63, the lower end of the installation cylinder 64 is connected to the limiting rod 40 through the extension rod 70, the pulling member 63 is movably connected to the broom handle 10, and the user can drive the installation cylinder 64 to slide in the broom handle 10 through the pulling member 63, so as to drive the limiting rod 40 to move through the extension rod 70.
Through the arrangement, the pulling piece 63 positioned outside the sweeper handle 10 is connected with the limiting rod 40 in the sweeper handle 10, and the structure is simple.
Optionally, the limit part arranged at the top end of the sweeping handle 10 is an abutting edge extending inwards along the radial direction of the sweeping handle 10, and the abutting edge abuts against the top end surface of the mounting cylinder 64 to limit the mounting cylinder 64 to move upwards continuously, so that the situation that a user pulls the mounting cylinder 64 out of the sweeping handle 10 is avoided. The movement of the drawer 63 relative to the sweeper bar 10 is not affected by the abutment edge.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the diameter of the cylindrical body at the tip of the mounting cylinder 64 is reduced, and a boss 645 for abutting against the abutment edge of the sweep handle 10 is formed on the side wall of the mounting cylinder 64, thereby being limited.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the locking member includes a second protrusion 641 disposed on the installation tube 64, the locking portion further includes a through hole 14 disposed on the side wall of the sweep handle 10, and the second protrusion 641 can be inserted into or separated from the through hole 14 to position or release the limiting rod 40.

Fig. 4 shows a state where the second projection 641 is fitted into the through hole 14, and the through hole 14 positions the second projection 641 so that the mounting cylinder 64 is positioned, and the pulling member 63 and the stopper rod 40 connected to the mounting cylinder 64 are also positioned.
The second protrusion 641 is exposed to the broom 10 through the through hole 14, so that the user can conveniently release the positioning relationship between the second protrusion 641 and the through hole 14. Specifically, the user presses the second protrusion 641 toward the inner side of the broom handle 10, so that the second protrusion 641 is removed from the through hole 14, thereby releasing the positioning of the stopper rod 40, the stopper rod 40 can enter the bendable pipe 30 by the elastic member 50, the bendable pipe 30 is restricted from bending, and the second protrusion 641 moves to a position below the through hole 14. When the bending limitation on the bendable pipe 30 needs to be removed, the pulling member 63 is moved upward to drive the mounting cylinder 64 and the limiting rod 40 to move upward, and the second protrusion 641 is clamped into the through hole 14 when moving to the position of the through hole 14, so as to position the limiting rod 40.
It should be understood that the outer wall of the mounting cylinder 64 should be close to the inner wall of the broom handle 10, and when the mounting cylinder 64 slides to a position where the second protrusion 641 is opposite to the through hole 14, the second protrusion 641 can be quickly snapped into the through hole 14 to be positioned, and the user does not need to manually perform operations such as alignment, positioning and the like, which is convenient for the user to use.
Preferably, when the mounting cylinder 64 is limited by the limiting part on the broom handle 10, the second protrusion 641 is located at a position right opposite to the through hole 14 and can be snapped into the through hole 14, so that the process of positioning the limiting rod 40 is smoother.
Through the arrangement, the limiting rod 40 is positioned or the positioning is released simply and conveniently, and a user can complete the operation with one hand, so that the use is convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, a U-shaped hole 642 is formed on the circumferential side of the second protrusion 641 on the mounting tube 64, so as to isolate the area of the mounting tube 64 where the second protrusion 641 is disposed from other areas, so that the area where the second protrusion 641 is disposed can swing towards the inner side of the mounting tube 64, and a user can press the second protrusion 641 inwards with less effort.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, a guide strip 643 is provided on an outer wall of the mounting cylinder 64, and a guide groove extending in an axial direction thereof is provided on an inner wall of the sweep handle 10, and the guide strip 643 is slidably provided in the guide groove. The guide groove and the guide strip 643 cooperate to guide the vertical sliding of the mounting cylinder 64 in the sweeping handle 10, so that the second protrusion 641 does not deviate from the through hole 14, and the situation that the limiting rod 40 cannot be positioned due to the rotation displacement of the mounting cylinder 64 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 6, the top of the mounting cylinder 64 is provided with a mounting hole 644 for mounting the pulling member 63, and a portion of the pulling member 63 located inside the mounting hole 644 cannot be removed from the mounting hole 644, so that the connection between the pulling member 63 and the mounting cylinder 64 is stable.
In the embodiment of the present application, for convenience of transportation, assembly, and processing, both the broom handle 10 and the extension rod 70 may be assembled by assembling a plurality of segments of the broom handle 10 or the extension rod 70, for example, the plurality of segments of the broom handle 10 may be assembled together by a threaded connection, a snap connection, or the like, the plurality of segments of the extension rod 70 may be assembled together by a hook connection manner shown in fig. 2, and both ends of the extension rod 70 may also be connected to the operating part 60 and the limiting rod 40 by a hook connection manner, which is not limited in this application.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
