In order to make the shooting device capable of being operated from different pitching angles, the rotating assembly of the present application is further provided with a second rotating assembly, which can also be called a pitching assembly when the shooting device is vertically placed, and the second rotating assembly in an embodiment provided by the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
The second rotating assembly of the shooting device can change the elevation angle and the depression angle of the camera assembly when the camera assembly slides to the set position along the vertical direction. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a second rotating assembly 80 for rotating the camera head assembly 10 to an arbitrary set angle in a second plane in which the first extending direction is located, has a base 82 and a bending arm 84. The second plane is perpendicular to the first plane. It will be appreciated that there are several of each of the first and second planes.
Specifically, the base 82 is disposed on the top end of the support assembly 20. A flexure arm 84 extends outwardly from the base 82 in a corrugated configuration and terminates in the camera assembly 10. When the bending arm 84 is bent, the camera head assembly 10 is rotated to an arbitrary set angle.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the end of the camera head assembly 10 is provided with a positioning protrusion 102, the base 82 is provided with a positioning groove 822, and the positioning groove 822 is matched with the positioning protrusion 102 to position the camera head assembly 10 at a set angle. The flexure arm 84 connects the base 82 and the camera assembly 10.
More specifically, the positioning protrusion 102 has a spherical shape, the positioning groove 822 has a hemispherical shape, and the camera head assembly 10 is positioned at a set angle when the positioning protrusion 102 rotates in the positioning groove 822. The locating boss 102 may be, for example, a rotary ball valve. The lower portion of the base 82, which may be in the form of a hollow cylinder, for example, is disposed over the top end of the support assembly 20. The positioning groove 822 is formed in the upper portion of the base 82, and the positioning protrusion 102 is engaged with the positioning groove 822. The positioning groove 822 rotates the positioning boss 102 when the positioning boss 102 receives the pitch power, and engages the positioning boss 102 when the pitch power disappears. Specifically, when the shooting device is applied to a mobile phone, the shooting device can be controlled by a control icon on a U I interface of the mobile phone, the sliding driving mechanism 44 and the rotating driving mechanism 64 are arranged on a driving mechanism in the mobile phone, the first control circuit and the second control circuit can be arranged in a driving mechanism control chip in the mobile phone, and when the driving mechanism acts, the camera assembly can be driven to move up and down, rotate and pitch.
Further, the camera device may have a display component for displaying an image and receiving an instruction from a user, where the instruction causes the rotating component or the sliding component to drive the support component to move the camera head component to a predetermined position.
Next, taking an example of applying the imaging device to a mobile phone, the operation process and the use method of the imaging device of the present application will be described below with reference to fig. 6 to 12.
The camera is normally in a retracted state and when in use, the support assembly 20 is raised. As shown in fig. 6, taking a mobile phone as an example, an operation process of the mobile phone using the shooting device provided by the present application may include the following steps:
step S21, clicking a control icon of a mobile phone UI (User Interface; human-computer interaction) Interface, sending a shooting starting instruction by the mobile phone, entering a camera assembly Interface by a User, and enabling the camera assembly rotation control icon to appear on a User Interface;
in step S22, after the mobile phone issues a shooting start instruction, the driving mechanism drives the camera assembly to ascend, specifically, the sliding driving mechanism 44 in the driving mechanism drives the camera assembly to ascend. A driving mechanism control chip of the mobile phone receives the issuing instruction, and the first control circuit and the second control circuit receive the shooting starting instruction and generate driving current;
step S23, the driving mechanism receives the driving current, that is, the first motor 71 and the second motor 73 receive the driving current, so as to lift or rotate the supporting assembly 20;
step S24, the first motor 71 drives the sliding assembly 40 to move up and down, that is, drives the camera assembly 10 in the mobile phone to move up and down, and starts or closes the camera assembly 10 from the mobile phone;
step S25, the second motor drives the rotating assembly to rotate, namely drives a camera assembly mechanism in the mobile phone to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, and controls the camera assembly to rotate to a certain angle according to actual needs; for example, as shown in fig. 8, when the first motor 71 rotates the driving gear 624 in the Fa direction and the driven gear 622 in the Fs direction, or the first motor 71 rotates the driving gear 624 in the Ra direction and the driven gear 622 in the Rs direction, the support assembly 20 is rotated, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 8, the camera head assembly 10 is rotated in the forward direction or in the reverse direction; referring to fig. 9, the operation interface of the user interface of the mobile phone may be configured with a one-key reset function key, where the one-key reset function key is configured to, at any position, click the one-key reset icon, and the camera assembly is restored to the initial position, for example, as shown in fig. 9, when the one-key reset icon is clicked, the rotation direction of the driving gear is changed from Fa to Ra, and the camera assembly is restored to the initial position. In this embodiment, the initial position is a position where the camera head assembly 10 moves upward and the drive gear and the driven gear are engaged, that is, a position where the camera head assembly 10 is located before the rotation.
In the above usage process, the user operates the icon according to actual needs to rotate the driving rotation assembly with zero time delay of the first motor and the second motor. After the camera assembly is started, according to the habit of a traditional user, the default setting of the camera is consistent with the direction of the visual angle of the user, and the camera assembly is used as a back shot. The user interface has the traditional front and back shooting switching icon, the switching icon is clicked, the driving assembly drives the camera assembly to rotate 180 degrees, and at the moment, the camera assembly can be used for forward shooting. The user rotates the control icon clockwise, the driving assembly drives the camera assembly to rotate for 180 degrees in the forward direction, and the camera assembly rotates for 180 degrees in the reverse direction by rotating the control icon anticlockwise. No more than 180 deg. of rotation is continued.
Referring to fig. 7, the step S25 may be followed by the step S26: pitching the camera assembly. In other words, after the camera assembly ascends to a certain height and/or rotates to a certain angle in a first plane perpendicular to the first extending direction, the camera assembly can be manipulated according to actual needs, for example, a bending arm is manually turned to enable the camera assembly to perform pitching motion, the camera assembly is adjusted upwards and downwards to meet the shooting of an elevation angle and a depression angle, and therefore the camera assembly is tilted to any set angle in a second plane in which the first extending direction is located.
