人们在制作家具或一些木质器具时，需要用钉子或木螺丝钉来固定其部件或连接其各部件。然而钉子存在咬合力小，用其固定部件易松动，木螺丝钉则存在使用麻烦、且易松动。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服钉子和木螺丝钉的缺点，提供一种槽旋钉，它不仅有咬合力，而且在固定其部件时不易松动，既可直接钉入，也可旋进。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括木螺丝钉、螺纹，其特征是在木螺丝钉的螺纹上沿纵向铣出三个槽。

由图1、2可知，木螺丝钉1的前端加工有螺纹2，在螺纹2上沿纵向用铣床铣出槽3，最好是铣三个槽。
由于槽旋钉是在螺纹上有沟槽，当旋入木质的部件后，木质屑充入槽，这样可增加回旋阻力，因此对固定部件较牢固。同时，当槽旋钉松动时也不会影响咬合力，因为螺纹缝隙里充满木质屑，增加了对槽内壁钉体的压力。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、新颖，咬合力好，部件不易松动，可直接钉入木质介体，也可旋进，使用极为方便。
