The structure of the sliding rod 36 can be extended and contracted, the sliding rod 36 is detachably connected with the sliding block 5 through a fixing nut 361, so that the two sliding blocks 5 on the base 1 are connected together through the sliding rod 36, and the moving directions of the two sliding blocks 5 can be kept consistent.
When the horizontal limiting component 3 is used, an operator loosens the hand-turning screws and moves the two sliding blocks 5 outwards by moving the sliding rod 36; then the piece to be detected is placed on the inner sides of the two sliding blocks 5, the sliding blocks 5 are loosened, and the sliding blocks 5 automatically contract and clamp the piece to be detected under the action of the tension springs 321; at the moment, the left hand-turning screw and the right hand-turning screw are tightly screwed, so that the piece to be detected is prevented from moving back and forth in the swinging test process.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a vertical limiting component 4 for fixing the to-be-detected member in the vertical direction is arranged on the other side of the sliding block 5. The sample device can fix the piece to be detected from different directions, and the situation that the piece to be detected moves to influence the test effect in the test process is prevented.
The vertical limiting assembly 4 comprises a height adjusting piece 41, and one side of the height adjusting piece 41 is in threaded connection with the sliding block 5. The height adjusting part 41 is used for adjusting the using height of the angle adjusting part 42 so as to adapt to the pieces to be detected with different thicknesses.
The height adjusting piece 41 is provided with a sucker 43 through an angle adjusting piece 42, and the angle adjusting piece 42 is used for adjusting the use angle of the sucker 43, so that the sucker 43 is in contact with the piece to be detected.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the height adjusting member 41 includes a vertical screw 411, the vertical screw 411 is connected to the sliding block 5 and detachably connected to the sliding block 5, a spring 413 and a connecting frame 414 are sequentially sleeved on the vertical screw 411, and the spring 413 is used for supporting the connecting frame 414.
The upper side of the connecting frame 414 is provided with an adjusting nut 412 connected with the vertical screw 411, and the adjusting nut 412 is matched with a spring 413 to adjust the using height of the connecting frame 414. The connecting frame 414 has a disk structure at one end, so that it can be moved along the vertical screw 411 by adjusting the nut 412.
Through the cooperation of the spring 413 and the adjusting nut 412 on the vertical screw 411, the spherical connecting rod and the sucker 43 can adapt to the pieces to be detected with different thicknesses, and generate appropriate pressure in the vertical direction, so that the pieces to be detected are prevented from tilting in the swing test process.
In the swing test process, the surface of the piece to be detected has small-amplitude inclined rotation motion, the sucker 43 is adsorbed on the surface of the piece to be detected, the connecting frame 414 is connected with the sucker 43 through a spherical rotating rod, and the fixing effect in the vertical direction in the swing process is ensured along with the rotation in the swing process.
After the horizontal locking, the left and right vertical position-limiting assemblies 4 are twisted, the adjusting nut 412 is adjusted up and down, so that the suction cup 43 is sucked on the surface of the product, and then the adjusting nut 412 is locked.
