A powder coating tablet press according to claim 4, wherein a liquid inlet pipe (500) is connected to the liquid inlet (210) of the first compression roller (200A), said liquid inlet pipe (500) being connected to the liquid supply pipe (410) via the rotary joint (300), and a liquid outlet pipe (600) is connected to the liquid outlet (220) of the second compression roller (200B), said liquid outlet pipe (600) being connected to the recovery pipe (420) via the rotary joint (300).
