The diameter of the ventilation column 38 corresponds to that of the air guide passage 42, so that air leakage after insertion is avoided; the opening diameter of the air vent 6 corresponds to the opening diameter and position of the air delivery port 43, and when the air vent column 38 is inserted into the air guide passage 42, the air vent 6 and the first air delivery port 43 can be aligned to avoid influencing the size of the air flow after being inserted into the air guide port 16.

The diameter of the air using column 40 corresponds to the diameter of the air supply channel 44, so that air leakage after insertion is avoided; the opening diameter of the air using port 20 corresponds to the opening diameter and position of the second air delivery port 45, and after the air using column 40 is inserted into the air supply channel 44, the air using port 20 and the second air delivery port 45 can be aligned, so that the size of the air flow is prevented from being influenced after the air using port 20 is inserted from the air supply port 17.
As shown in fig. 37, the sealing surface 14 may not be axially protruded, but only the inner diameter of the sealing surface 14 is larger than the diameter of the mounting opening 4, and after the sealing cover 2 is covered on the mounting seat 1, the O-ring on the sealing surface 14 can be pressed against the inner ring step 5 of the mounting seat 1 for sealing, so as to avoid air leakage.

In order to facilitate the installation of the functional unit in place in one step, the functional unit of this embodiment may be directly installed in cooperation with the installation seat in embodiment 1. As shown in fig. 13-17, the end surface (mounting surface) of the function unit 3 is provided with a mounting portion 24 corresponding to the inner diameter of the inner ring step 5 on the mounting seat 1, and the mounting portion 24 is in the shape of an annular boss; the air port 20 and the electric contact 21 on the functional unit 3 are arranged on the end surface of the mounting part 24, the air port 20 can be directly in airtight butt joint with the air vent 6 on the mounting seat 1 for air guide, the electric contact 21 on the functional unit 3 can be directly in contact with the electric contact 8 on the mounting seat 1 for electric conduction, and power and signals accessed from the outside can be electrically connected to the functional unit 3 through an electric wire 26; the outer circumference of the mounting part 24 is provided with an elastic bolt 11, the side wall of the functional unit 3 is provided with an unlocking key 13, the elastic bolt 11 can be clamped corresponding to the clamping hole 10 on the mounting seat 1, and the unlocking key 13 is connected with the elastic bolt 11 and can control the elastic bolt 11 to retract from the clamping hole 10 for unlocking; when the functional unit 3 needs to throw atmosphere or light projection into the cavity of the inflatable toy, the mounting part 24 is arranged on the end face of the head of the functional unit 3, the mounting part 24 is also provided with a throwing port 25, so that the working port 32 of the functional unit 3 can throw atmosphere or light projection into the cavity 30 through the throwing port 25 and the mounting port 4, but the whole functional unit 3 does not extend into the cavity 30 to work, and the size of the shell of the functional unit 3 does not meet the requirement; of course, the functional unit 3 may also be used to throw atmosphere or light projection outside the cavity 30 of the inflatable toy, and at this time, the mounting portion 24 is disposed on the tail end face of the functional unit 3, and the throwing port 25 is not required, and the size of the housing of the functional unit 3 is not required. The accommodating space 29 of this embodiment may also be formed by enclosing a soft material, instead of the inner ring step 5 of the mounting base 1 being formed by extending in an axial inward direction, where the soft material may be a plastic film, a rubber film, an aluminum film, a woven film, or other materials, such as a PVC film or a TPU film; the soft material is wholly or partially transparent to form a transparent window 28. When the functional unit is replaced, the cavity of the inflatable toy is always kept airtight, so that the cavity is prevented from being leaked and deformed, and the attractiveness is enhanced.

The air pipe 27 can be communicated with the inside of the other cavity 47 (inflation cavity) from the inside of the supporting cavity 46, and the air pipe 27 is used for inflating and exhausting the supporting cavity 46 or the other cavity 47 (inflation cavity), so that the movable action of the supporting cavity 46 or the other cavity 47 (inflation cavity) is realized; the electric wire 26 can be conducted to the mounting base 1 from the inside of the supporting cavity 46, so that the electric connection is provided for the power-using functional unit 3, the air pipe 27 and the electric wire 26 are prevented from being exposed outside to influence the appearance and the safety, the production process is simple and easy, the material consumption is reduced, and the cost is saved.
The function unit 3 can be arranged on the mounting seat 1 on the supporting cavity 46 and/or other cavities 47, the function unit 3 can adopt any one or any combination of more than two listed in embodiment 5, and the function unit 3 is electrically connected with a power supply through the electric wire 26 and used for supplying power to the function unit 3.
The supporting cavity 46 and the other cavities 47 (inflation cavities) of the present embodiment are respectively communicated with the air source 35 through different air pipes 27, and can respectively receive independent and time-sharing inflation/deflation, so that the inflation toy can present a dynamic change effect by respectively performing inflation/deflation on the supporting cavity 46 and the other cavities by using the air source 35. And can give out light, make sound etc. while realizing multiple movements to realize the interactive effect that the inflatable toy is richer nimble.

Claims (41)

1. A mounting piece is used for mounting a function unit on a cavity of an inflatable toy, and is characterized by comprising a mounting seat, a mounting head and a mounting head, wherein the mounting seat is used for mounting and connecting the function unit with a plurality of different types in a replaceable manner, and a cavity combining part is arranged on the mounting seat and used for connecting a cavity of the inflatable toy; the mounting seat is further provided with a first locking mechanism, and when the functional unit is mounted on the mounting seat, the functional unit can be directly or indirectly locked and fixed on the mounting seat through the first locking mechanism.

The mount of claim 1, wherein said mount further comprises a wire connecting portion for connecting a wire and an electrical contact electrically connected to said wire connecting portion, wherein said electrical contact of said functional unit is electrically connected to said electrical contact directly or indirectly when said functional unit is mounted to said mount.

The mount according to claim 2, wherein a sub-control module is further provided on the mount base, the electric wire connection portion is provided on the sub-control module, and the sub-control module is electrically connected to a main controller through the electric wire on the electric wire connection portion.
4. The mounting member of claim 2, wherein the mounting seat further comprises a gas pipe connection port and a vent port, the gas pipe connection port is used for connecting a gas pipe, the gas pipe connection port is communicated with the vent port, and when the functional unit is mounted on the mounting seat, the gas using port of the functional unit is directly or indirectly communicated with the vent port.

The mounting member according to claim 2, wherein the mounting seat is further provided with a mounting opening which is communicated with an inside of the cavity of the inflatable toy when the mounting seat is coupled to the cavity of the inflatable toy, the mounting member further comprises a closing cap which can hermetically close the mounting opening, the function unit is detachably mounted to the closing cap, the closing cap is provided with a conductive contact and a power supply contact which are electrically connected, the conductive contact is electrically connected to the electrical contact on the mounting seat when the closing cap is mounted to the mounting seat, and the power supply contact of the function unit is electrically connected to the power supply contact on the closing cap when the function unit is mounted to the closing cap.

The mounting member as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mounting seat further has a mounting opening, the mounting opening is communicated with the interior of the cavity of the inflatable toy when the mounting seat is connected to the cavity of the inflatable toy, the mounting member further includes a sealing cover, the sealing cover is capable of hermetically sealing the mounting opening, the functional unit is detachably mounted on the sealing cover, the sealing cover has a conductive contact and a power supply contact, the conductive contact is electrically connected to the power supply contact, the sealing cover further has a gas guide opening and a gas supply opening, the conductive contact is electrically connected to the electrical contact on the mounting seat when the sealing cover is mounted to the mounting seat, the gas guide opening is communicated with the gas vent on the mounting seat, the electrical contact on the functional unit is electrically connected to the power supply contact on the sealing cover when the functional unit is mounted to the sealing cover, and the gas supply opening on the sealing cover is communicated with the gas supply opening.
7. The mount of claim 6, wherein the conductive contacts and the air guide port on the closure are provided on a back and/or front surface of the closure, the power supply contacts and the air supply port are provided on the back and/or front surface of the closure, and the corresponding functional unit is also mountable on the back and/or front surface of the closure, inside the cavity of the inflatable toy when the functional unit is mounted on the back surface of the closure, and outside the cavity of the inflatable toy when the functional unit is mounted on the front surface of the closure; the air supply port and the air guide port on the front or back of the closing cover can be closed when not in use.
8. The mounting member as claimed in claim 7, wherein when the air guide holes are formed on both the back and front surfaces of the closure cap, a hollow air vent post is formed on the mounting seat, one end of the air vent post communicates with the air pipe connection port, and the other end is closed to form a first air blocking portion, and the air vent hole is formed on the side surface of the air vent post; when the closing cover is mounted on the mounting seat, the ventilation column is inserted into the air vent, the air vent is communicated with the air supply port, and the unused air guide port on the front surface or the back surface of the closing cover is sealed by the first air blocking part.
9. The mount of claim 7, wherein the closure is provided with a drop opening through which a working port of the functional unit mounted to the front face of the closure extends into the cavity of the inflatable toy.
10. The mount of claim 9, further comprising a closure for closing the port when the port is not in use.
11. A mount according to claim 5, wherein the rear and/or front face of the closure is provided with a sealing surface which seals against the mounting aperture when the closure is mounted on the mount.
12. The mounting member of claim 2, wherein said mounting seat further comprises a mounting opening, said mounting opening communicating with the interior of the cavity of said inflatable toy when said mounting seat is connected to the cavity of said inflatable toy, said functional unit or a portion of said functional unit hermetically sealing said mounting opening when said functional unit is mounted to said mounting seat, said electrical contacts on said functional unit being in direct electrical connection with said electrical contacts on said mounting seat.
13. The mounting member of claim 4, wherein said mounting seat further comprises a mounting opening, said mounting opening communicating with the interior of the cavity of said inflatable toy when said mounting seat is connected to the cavity of said inflatable toy, said mounting opening being closed by said functional unit or a portion of said functional unit when said functional unit is mounted to said mounting seat, said power-consuming contact on said functional unit being in direct electrical connection with said electrical contact on said mounting seat, said power-consuming opening of said functional unit being in direct communication with said vent opening on said mounting seat.
14. The mount of claim 13, wherein said mounting base has an axially inwardly recessed inner step, said functional unit being sealed by mating of said mounting portion with said mounting opening when said functional unit is mounted on said mounting base, said electrical contact and said vent opening of said mounting base being located on said inner step.
15. The mount of claim 2, wherein said mount further has a receiving space provided thereon for receiving said functional unit mounted on said mount.
16. The mount of claim 15, wherein said receiving space is a sunken structure and is provided with a transparent window, and wherein electrical contacts of said functional unit are electrically connectable with said electrical contacts when part or all of said functional unit is mounted in or out of said sunken structure.
17. The mount of claim 4, wherein said mount is further provided with an accommodating space for accommodating said functional unit mounted on said mount; the accommodation space is an inward-sinking structure and is provided with a transparent window, when the part or the whole of the functional unit is installed in or outside the inward-sinking structure, the electric contact of the functional unit is electrically connected with the electric contact, and the air port of the functional unit is communicated with the air vent.
18. The mount of claim 15, wherein the receiving space is made of a soft material, the soft material being at least one of a plastic film, a rubber film, an aluminum film, and a woven film, the soft material being made transparent in whole or in part.
19. A mount as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 18, wherein the first locking mechanism comprises any one of a docking arrangement, a catch arrangement, a screw-on arrangement, a hook arrangement, a latch arrangement, a bungee cord arrangement, an interference fit arrangement.
20. The mount of claim 19, further provided with an unlocking key for unlocking said first locking mechanism.
21. A mounting according to any one of claims 4, 6 to 10, 13 to 14 and 17 to 18, further comprising an air tube, one end of which is in direct or indirect communication with an air supply and the other end of which is connected to an air tube connection port of the mounting, for inflating and/or evacuating the functional unit for providing working air and/or heat dissipating air for the functional unit from the air supply.
22. The mounting member according to claim 21, wherein said air tubes are at least two, and are respectively an inflation tube and an air suction tube, one end of said inflation tube and one end of said air suction tube are respectively communicated with a positive pressure air source and a negative pressure air source, and the other end of said inflation tube and the other end of said air suction tube are respectively connected to different air tube connecting ports of said mounting member, so that said functional units can be inflated and evacuated simultaneously or at different times.
23. A functional unit adapted to be mounted to a mounting member as claimed in any of claims 1 to 22, the functional unit being provided with a mounting portion for mounting the functional unit to the mounting member, and a second locking mechanism adapted to cooperate with the first locking mechanism of the mounting member for locking the functional unit to the mounting member.
24. A functional unit according to claim 23, characterized in that the mounting portion is provided on a head and/or tail end face of the functional unit.
25. The functional unit of claim 24, wherein when the mounting portion is disposed on the head portion of the functional unit, the mounting portion further comprises a placement opening, and the working opening of the functional unit extends into the cavity of the inflatable toy through the placement opening and the mounting opening.
26. The functional unit according to claim 23, wherein the functional unit is provided with an electric contact and an air vent, the electric contact and the air vent are provided on the mounting portion, when the functional unit is mounted on the mounting member, the air vent is directly or indirectly communicated with the air vent on the mounting member, and the electric contact is directly or indirectly electrically connected with the electric contact on the mounting member.
27. The functional unit of claim 26, wherein a hollow air column is provided on the functional unit, one end of the air column is communicated with the air using portion of the functional unit, the other end of the air column is closed to form a second air blocking portion, and the air blocking portion is provided on the side surface of the air column; and the back surface and the front surface of the sealing cover on the mounting part are both provided with air supply ports, when the functional unit is mounted on the sealing cover, the air columns are inserted into the air supply ports, the air supply ports are communicated with the air supply ports, and the unused air supply ports on the front surface or the back surface of the sealing cover are sealed by the second air blocking parts.

The functional unit of claim 26, further comprising a sub-control module disposed on the functional unit, wherein the sub-control module is electrically connected to the electrical contacts, and wherein the electrical contacts are electrically connected to the electrical contacts and to the main control unit via wires when the functional unit is mounted on the mounting base.
29. The functional unit according to claim 23, wherein the functional unit is a combination of one or more of the following: the device comprises a projector, a bubble blowing machine, a paper spraying machine, a smoke spraying machine, a ball blowing machine, a water spraying device, a magnetic device, a heating nozzle, an AR environment sensing camera, a projection screen, a display screen, an LED lamp, a projection type spotlight, a motion bearing part, an electrostatic generating device, a changeable balloon, a common camera, a loudspeaker, a sound box, an additional toy, an ultraviolet sterilizing device, a plasma sterilizing device, an inflation cavity, an electromechanical device, a pneumatic device and a valve component.
30. An inflatable toy comprising a chamber which is inflatable and a mounting as claimed in any of claims 1 to 22 connected to the chamber of the inflatable toy by a chamber junction.
31. The inflatable toy of claim 30, wherein said mounting member is provided with a sub-control module, said sub-control module being electrically connected to said main controller through said electric wire on said electric wire connecting portion.
32. The inflatable toy of claim 31, wherein said sub-control module is provided with an electrical wire connection portion, said electrical wire connection portion being electrically connected to said main controller via an electrical wire, said sub-control module being electrically connected to said electrical contact on said mounting base, said electrical contact on said functional unit being capable of being electrically connected to said electrical contact directly or indirectly when said functional unit is mounted on said mounting base.
33. The inflatable toy of claim 30, wherein said chamber comprises a support chamber, said support chamber being communicable with a gas source to receive inflation and/or suction; the mounting seat is fixedly or repeatedly detachably connected to the supporting cavity.
34. The inflatable toy of claim 33, wherein said support cavity is provided with a support cavity vent interface; the end of the support cavity ventilation interface, which is positioned outside the support cavity, is communicated with an air source; one end of the supporting cavity ventilation interface, which is positioned in the supporting cavity, is communicated with the inside of the supporting cavity and/or the mounting seat; the supporting cavity is a soft deformable inflating cavity.
35. The inflatable toy of claim 34, wherein at least two of said support chamber vent ports are provided and are in communication with a positive pressure air source and a negative pressure air source, respectively, for inflation and deflation, respectively.
36. The inflatable toy of claim 33, wherein the support cavity has a support cavity electrical contact, the support cavity electrical contact is electrically connected to a power source and/or a signal source at an end of the support cavity that is external to the support cavity, and the support cavity electrical contact is electrically connected to the mounting socket at an end of the support cavity that is internal to the support cavity.
37. The inflatable toy of claim 33, wherein said chamber further comprises an additional chamber fixedly or repeatably connected to said support chamber.
38. The inflatable toy of claim 37, wherein said additional chamber communicates with an end of said support chamber vent port located inside said support chamber through a separate air tube.
39. An inflatable toy according to claim 33 wherein the support chamber is provided with a spatial structure into which a player may enter for play or be connected to carry another toy.
40. An inflatable toy system comprising a functional unit according to any of claims 23-29 and an inflatable toy according to any of claims 30-39.
41. The inflatable toy system of claim 40, wherein said functional unit is removably mounted directly or indirectly to said inflatable toy.
