In these embodiments, the first screw may be vertically inserted into the first connection hole 421 and the second connection hole 221 from the outside of the bottom wall 420 of the inner shield 40, so that the inner shield 40 may be effectively prevented from falling off from the heat generating member mounting bracket 20, and the connection is firm and convenient, and the structure is simple. Further, the second screw is connected with the mounting lug 230 and the lining 110, the third connecting hole 231 is a unthreaded hole, the fourth connecting hole is a threaded hole, and the second screw is locked in the threaded hole, so that the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
Optionally, the first threaded element and/or the second threaded element is a screw, a bolt, or other connecting element.
In specific application, the heating element mounting frame 20 and the lining 110 can be fixedly connected, the heating element 30 is mounted on the heating element mounting frame 20, and the inner shield 40 is covered on the heating element mounting frame 20 to connect the inner shield 40 to the heating element mounting frame 20. In these embodiments, the assembly holes 2421 are provided on the receiving plate 242, on one hand, during the process of installing the second screw, since the heat generating element 30 is not yet assembled, the assembly holes 2421 are not shielded by the heat generating element 30, and a tool such as a screwdriver can extend into the third connecting hole 231 through the assembly holes 2421, so that the second screw can pass through the third connecting hole 231 and the fourth connecting hole and is locked on the installation ear 230 and the liner 110, which is beneficial to the assembly of the product; on the other hand, since the receiving plate 242 is close to the heat generating member 30, the fitting hole 2421 can also function to reduce the amount of heat transferred from the heat generating member 30 to the heat generating member mounting bracket 20, thereby reducing the temperature of the heat generating member mounting bracket 20 as much as possible. Further, since the stop plate 243 is close to the heat generating member 30, the heat reducing holes 2432 provided on the stop plate 243 can reduce the amount of heat transferred from the heat generating member 30 to the heat generating member mounting bracket 20, and reduce the temperature of the heat generating member mounting bracket 20 as much as possible.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the top surface of the sidewall 410 of the inner shroud 40 is spaced from the inner liner 110. In some embodiments, the spacing between the top surface of the sidewall 410 of the inner shroud 40 and the inner liner 110 is 10mm to 50mm. With such an arrangement, on one hand, the distance between the top surface of the side wall 410 of the inner shield 40 and the liner 110 is large enough, so that the peripheral air outlet area and the heat dissipation area of the inner shield 40 can be increased, the outflow of hot air is facilitated, and the ventilation effect is good; the tool such as toothbrush can conveniently extend into the space between the top surface of the side wall 410 of the inner shield 40 and the inner liner 110 to clean the air guide fan blade 120; on the other hand, it is possible to prevent the space between the top surface of the sidewall 410 of the inner shroud 40 and the liner 110 from being excessively large and wasting space.
In some embodiments, the liner 110 is provided with projections on opposite sides of the fourth connection hole, which engage against the edges of the mounting ears 230. the cover body assembly (50) is detachably connected with the machine head (10), the cover body assembly (50) comprises a cover body (510) and an outer protective cover (520) which are connected, the outer protective cover (520) encloses and blocks the periphery and the bottom of the inner protective cover (40), and a plurality of second ventilation holes (521) are formed in the outer protective cover (520).
