The present application is further described below with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be noted that, without conflict, any combination between the embodiments or technical features described below may form a new embodiment.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that, for the terms of orientation, such as "central", "lateral", "longitudinal", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", etc., indicate orientations and positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description and simplification of the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and should not be construed as limiting the specific scope of the present application.
It is noted that the terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
One aspect of the present application provides a sunshade, as shown in fig. 1 to 12, in which a preferred embodiment includes a sunshade cloth 21 and a supporting frame 22. The supporting frame 22 is a detachable multi-section structure, the side section of the supporting frame 22 is in an inverted V shape, and the sunshade cloth 21 can be arranged on the supporting frame 22 in a covering and hanging manner. By detachably disposing the support frame 22, the sunshade 2 can be easily transported and detached. Meanwhile, the size of the support frame 22 after being disassembled can be further reduced by setting the support frame 22 to be a multi-section structure, so that the carrying and the transportation are convenient.
It will be appreciated that conventional support stands 22 are generally non-removable structures; even can dismantle, also basically all dismantle into several rectangular poles and transport, though difficult colliding with bending when the transportation like this, the great transportation space of longer length pole needs. Through setting the support frame 22 to the multistage formula structure in this application, can reduce the transportation length after effectual reduction support frame 22 dismantles.
It will also be appreciated that by providing the support frame 22 with an inverted V-shaped cross-section, the aesthetic appearance of the awning 2 may be enhanced in comparison with a conventional arc-shaped support frame 22; under the condition of the same projection area, the area of the sunshade cloth 21 required to be coated by the support frame 22 is smaller, so that the production cost can be reduced; meanwhile, the bending processing of the components of the support frame 22 is not required, so that the production cost can be further reduced and the production period can be shortened.
It should be noted that the direction shown in fig. 2 is the front view direction of the supporting frame 22, and the two sides of the front view direction are the two ends of the supporting frame 22. So that the section facing the end of the support frame 22 is the side section of the support frame 22 and the section along the front view direction of the support frame 22 is the front section.
In order to enable the tensioning support of the sunshade cloth 21, one embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 3 and 4. The support frame 22 includes an extension assembly 222 and a pair of bracket assemblies 221. The projections of the two bracket assemblies 221 in the top view direction are both T-shaped, and the two bracket assemblies 221 are symmetrically located at two ends of the extension assembly 222 and detachably connected to the corresponding ends of the extension assembly 222, so as to form a required multi-section structure. Therefore, when the supporting frame 22 is transported, the supporting frame 22 can be disassembled into two shorter supporting assemblies 221 and an extension assembly 222 for transportation or carrying.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the supporting frame 22 further includes a pair of surrounding assemblies 223, and the two surrounding assemblies 223 are symmetrically located at the front and rear sides of the supporting frame 22 and connected to the side ends of the corresponding supporting frame assemblies 221; so that the stability and structural strength of the supporting bracket 22 can be improved.
It is understood that, for the support frame 22 without the surrounding member 223, although the sunshade cloth 221 can be wrapped, the connection manner of the sunshade cloth 221 and the end of the support frame 22 is point connection. By installing the surrounding component 223 at the side of the supporting frame 22, the structural strength of the supporting frame 22 is improved, and simultaneously, the point connection mode of the sunshade cloth 221 can be changed into a line connection mode, so that the installation of the sunshade cloth 221 is facilitated, and simultaneously, the smoothness and the aesthetic property of the sunshade cloth 221 after being tensioned can be improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 7, the bracket assembly 221 includes a first fixing member 400, a second bar 202, and a pair of first bars 201. The first ends of the two first struts 201 and the first end of the second strut 202 are detachably connected through the first fixing member 400, so that the projection of the connecting structure of the first struts 201 and the second struts 202 in the top view direction is in a T shape. Meanwhile, the two first supporting rods 201 are arranged in an inverted V shape with an included angle alpha, so that the side section of the supporting frame 22 is ensured to be in the inverted V shape. Meanwhile, the included angle between the vertical plane formed by the second support rod 202 and the two first support rods 201 is β, and the value of the included angle β is smaller than 90 °, so that the support frame 22 forms an arch structure through the support assemblies 221 at the two ends, thereby facilitating the subsequent installation with the hammock support 100.
Specifically, the included angle α generally takes a value of 120 ° to 150 °; the angle β is typically 30 ° to 60 °.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 9, the enclosure assembly 223 includes a pair of second struts 202, a third strut assembly, and at least two first anchors 400. The second supporting rod 202 is respectively positioned at two ends of the third supporting rod assembly, so that the first end of the second supporting rod 202, the second end of the first supporting rod 201 of the supporting assembly 221 and the corresponding end of the third supporting rod assembly are detachably connected through the first fixing piece 400; the second strut 202 and the third strut assembly are arranged to be inclined in the horizontal direction, and the angle of inclination of the second strut 202 with respect to the third strut assembly is γ.
It can be understood that, the horizontal plane formed by the second strut 202 and the third strut of the surrounding assembly 223 limits the first strut 201 of the bracket assembly 221, so as to ensure that the stresses in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of the two first struts 201 of the bracket assembly 221 are mutually offset, thereby improving the stability and the connection strength of the whole structure of the supporting frame 22.
Meanwhile, the value of the angle gamma can be any obtuse angle; however, for the convenience of subsequent installation with the hammock support 100, the angle γ is preferably β +90 °. I.e., the second end of the second strut 202 of the surrounding assembly 223 is flush with the second end of the second strut 202 of the bracket assembly 221 on the same side.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 8, the extension assembly 222 includes a third strut assembly that is removably connected at its ends to the first fastener 400 of the corresponding bracket assembly 221.
It will be appreciated that the third strut assembly of the extension assembly 222 and the third strut assembly of the enclosure assembly 223 are of the same construction and the third strut assembly is generally of a longer length so that the support frame 22 is weaker in its mid-portion and is prone to bending downwardly when in use.
To improve the structural strength of the central portion of the support frame 22, one embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 3, 4 and 8. The extension assembly 222 further includes a pair of first supporting rods 201, the two first supporting rods 201 are also arranged in an inverted V shape with an included angle α, and two ends of the first supporting rods 201 are detachably connected to the middle of the third supporting rod assembly of the extension assembly 222 and the middle of the third supporting rod assembly of the corresponding side surrounding the assembly 223 through the first fixing member 400. Thereby improving the coupling strength and structural stability of the enclosure assembly 223 to the bracket assembly 221.
It can be understood that, by disposing the first struts 201 on both sides of the middle portion of the third strut assembly of the extension assembly 222, a structure with a shape like a Chinese character feng in plan view is formed between the two strut assemblies 221 and the extension assembly 222. That is, the supporting distance of the supporting frame 22 is shortened, thereby improving the connection strength and the structural stability.
In this embodiment, the third strut assembly may have a variety of configurations, including but not limited to the two described below.
The structure I is as follows: the third strut assembly comprises a third strut 203. The two ends of the third supporting rod 203 are detachably connected with the bracket assembly 221 through the first fixing member 400.
The structure II is as follows: as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the third strut assembly includes a plurality of third struts 203 and at least one first fastener 400, the plurality of third struts 203 are coaxially disposed, and adjacent third struts 203 are detachably connected by the first fastener 400. The third strut assembly is detachably connected by a third strut 203 at both ends and a corresponding bracket assembly 221.
It will be appreciated that the third strut 203 in the first configuration described above is generally longer and may occupy a longer transport space, but the third strut 203 is a unitary structure that has greater structural strength. The third supporting bars 203 in the second structure are generally short in length, so that the transportation is convenient, but the adjacent third supporting bars 203 are connected through the first fixing members 400, so that the structural strength is weak. Those skilled in the art can select the structure according to actual needs, and for convenience of the subsequent description, the structure two is preferably adopted for the structure of the third strut assembly, and as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the third strut assembly specifically includes two third struts 203.
It should be noted that the first bar 201, the second bar 202, and the third bar 203 are all common metal bars or plastic bars that satisfy design strength. Therefore, the first strut 201, the second strut 202 and the third strut 203 have certain elasticity or flexibility; and the precision of the connection between the supporting rods through the first fixing member 400 is not very high, which easily causes a certain design deviation between the plurality of second supporting rods 202 for forming the two ends of the supporting frame 22, and is inconvenient for the subsequent assembly with the hammock support 100.
In this embodiment, the first fixing member 400 is a conventional one. As shown in fig. 11, a general first fixing member 400 includes a plurality of first insertion holes 410, and the angular positional relationship between the plurality of first insertion holes 410 may be set according to the angular relationship between the struts to be connected; and the specific number of first receptacles 410 may be set according to the number of struts that need to be connected. The first fixing member 400 may be inserted into the corresponding pole through the first insertion hole 410 to form a desired detachable connection.
In the present application, there are various ways to describe the multi-section structure of the supporting frame 22; the above description of the structure of the supporting frame 22 is considered as the first description, and includes, but is not limited to, the following two descriptions in addition to the first description.
The description mode two: the third strut 203 correspondingly connected to the bracket assembly 221 and the extension assembly 222 in the first description mode is regarded as a first part; consider the remaining structure of the extension assembly 222 as a second portion; the enclosure component 223 on both sides is considered to be the third part. The support bracket 22 described above can thus be considered to be a multi-section structure comprising two first sections, one second section and two third sections.
The description mode is three: regarding the bracket assembly 221 and the second struts 202 on the two surrounding assemblies 223 on the corresponding sides in the first description mode as a first part; the third strut assembly of extension assembly 222 and enclosure assembly 223 is considered the second portion. The support bracket 22 described above can thus be considered to be a multi-section structure comprising two first sections and one second section.
In order to ensure the position accuracy between the second struts 202 at the two ends of the supporting frame 22, one embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 3 and 4. The support frame 22 further comprises a pair of positioning assemblies 224, the positioning assemblies 224 are disposed at two ends of the support frame 22, so that the three second support rods 202 at each end of the support frame 22 are detachably connected in a limiting manner through the positioning assemblies 224.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 10, the positioning assembly 224 includes a fourth strut 204 and three second anchors 500. The three second fixing members 500 are respectively disposed at the middle portion and both ends of the fourth supporting rod 204, so that the fourth supporting rod 204 is detachably connected with the second supporting rod 202 of the bracket assembly 221 through the second fixing member 500 at the middle portion, and the fourth supporting rod 204 is detachably connected with the second supporting rod 202 of the surrounding assembly 223 through the second fixing member 500 at the end portion.
In this embodiment, the second fixing member 500 is also a prior art. As shown in fig. 12, a second fixing member 500 is a common structure, which includes two connecting portions, one connecting portion is used for connecting the fourth bar, and the other connecting portion is used for connecting with the corresponding second bar 202.
Specifically, the specific structure of the two connecting portions is various, including but not limited to the following two.
The structure I is as follows: as shown in fig. 12, one of the connection parts is a second insertion hole 510, and the other connection part is a clamping groove 520. The second fixing piece 500 is inserted into the fourth supporting rod 204 through the second insertion hole 510; the second fixing member 500 may be elastically fastened to the corresponding second bar 202 by means of the clamping groove 520.
The structure II is as follows: both connecting portions are clamping grooves 520; second fastener 500 may be resiliently snap-fitted to fourth leg 204 and corresponding second leg 202 by two clip groove 520 sections.
It will be appreciated that the installation of the positioning assembly 224 will need to be performed after the complete assembly of the enclosure assembly 223 and the bracket assembly 221 and the extension assembly 222. Therefore, the positioning component 224 and the second support bar 202 at the end of the support frame 22 cannot be connected through the second insertion hole 510, and can be elastically fastened only through the clamping groove 520 with an opening. However, the connection between the second fixing member 500 and the fourth supporting rod 204 may be formed by inserting or sleeving, or by elastically fastening, and may be specifically selected according to actual needs. Generally, the second fixing member 500 at both ends of the fourth bar 204 adopts the first structure, so that the second fixing member 500 is inserted into the end of the fourth bar 204 through the second insertion hole 510. And the second fixing member 500 positioned at the middle portion of the fourth bar 204 adopts the second structure described above.
Another aspect of the present application provides a hammock, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 13, of which a preferred embodiment includes a hammock support 100 and the sunshade 2 described above. The sunshade 2 is detachably connected to the support arms 110 at both ends of the hammock support 100 through both ends of the support frame 22.
It will be appreciated that the connection between the awning 2 and the support arm 110 of the hammock support 100 may be non-angularly adjustable or angularly adjustable. The specific connection mode can be selected according to the actual needs of the user.
In order to facilitate the angular adjustment of the sunshade 2, in one embodiment of the present application, the support arms 110 at both ends of the hammock support 100 are detachably connected to the support frame 22 of the sunshade 2 through the connecting assembly 3. So that the installation angle of the sunshade 2 can be adjusted by the coupling assembly 3.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 to 18, the connecting assembly 3 includes a connecting frame 31, a mounting member 32, and an adjusting handle 33. The connecting frame 31 is detachably mounted on the upper end of the supporting arm 110, and the adjusting handle 33 is connected with the connecting frame 31 through a fastening structure. The mounting part 32 is rotatably mounted between the adjustment handle 33 and the connecting frame 31, and the end of the support frame 22 is detachably mounted to the mounting part 32, so that the angular adjustment of the sunshade 2 is performed by the rotation of the mounting part 32. The operation adjustment handle 33 can fasten or loosen the mounting part 32 by the fastening structure.
It will be appreciated that the positioning of the support frame 22 can be achieved indirectly by mounting the support frame 22 to the mounting part 32 and fastening the mounting part 32 by adjusting the fastening structure between the handle 33 and the connecting frame 31. Therefore, the connecting frame 31 and the adjusting handle 33 do not need to be directly contacted with the supporting frame 22, and the abrasion among the connecting frame 31, the adjusting handle 33 and the supporting frame 22 can be effectively reduced, so that the service lives of the connecting assembly 3 and the supporting frame 22 are prolonged.
In this embodiment, the specific structure of the fastening structure is various, including but not limited to the following two.
The structure I is as follows: as shown in fig. 14 and 18, the fastening structure includes a fastening bolt 600, a screw 610 of the fastening bolt 600 is mounted on the connecting frame 31, a nut 620 of the fastening bolt 600 is mounted on the adjustment handle 33, and the mounting member 32 is rotatably connected to the screw 610 of the fastening bolt 600. The adjusting handle 33 is rotated to drive the nut 620 of the fastening bolt 600 to rotate synchronously, so that the adjusting handle 33 can move axially along the screw 610, and the mounting part 32 can be fastened or loosened.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15 to 18, through holes 301 are formed in the upper portion of the connecting frame 31 and the middle portion of the mounting member 32, and an avoiding groove 331 is formed in one end of the adjusting handle 33 close to the mounting member 32. One end of the through hole 301 on the connecting frame 31 far away from the mounting part 32 is provided with a first mounting groove 313 which can be matched with the head of the screw 610; the end of the escape groove 331 of the adjustment handle 33 near the mounting part 32 is provided with a second mounting groove 330 which can be engaged with the nut 620. The screw 610 may mount the head in the first mounting groove 313, and the nut 620 may be mounted in the second mounting groove 330; the rod section of the screw 610 penetrates through the through hole on the connecting frame 31 and the through hole 301 on the mounting part 32 until the screw is in threaded fit with the nut 620.
When the mounting member 32 needs to be fastened, the adjusting handle 33 can be rotated, so that the adjusting handle 33 moves towards the mounting member 32 by screwing the nut 620 and the screw 610 until the two ends of the mounting member 32 are respectively abutted against and matched with the connecting frame 31 and the adjusting handle 33; in the process, the screw 610 may extend into the escape slot 330 relative to the adjustment handle 33. When it is desired to loosen the mounting member 32, the process is reversed.
When the mounting member 32 is fastened, the mounting member 32 is in frictional contact with both the connecting frame 31 and the adjustment knob 33 in the rotational direction; so that the fastening of the mounting part 32 may fail due to the shaking of the sunshade 2 during a long time use.
In order to further improve the fastening effect of the mounting component 32, in one embodiment of the present application, when the mounting component 32 is fastened, the connecting frame 31 and the mounting component 32 can be engaged by a limiting structure, so that the sliding friction fit between the mounting component 32 and the connecting frame 31 can be changed into a limiting fit, and the structural stability of the sunshade 2 after the angle adjustment can be further improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, 16 and 18, the limiting structure includes protruding sections 302 respectively disposed on the opposite end surfaces of the connecting frame 31 and the mounting member 32. The raised section 302 may be disposed in the rotational direction of the mounting member 32; so that the mounting part 32 and the coupling frame 31 can be engaged with each other by the convex section 302 when the mounting part 32 is fastened.
It will be appreciated that the configuration of the raised section 302 is varied and may be a continuous wave, a continuous tooth profile, etc.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the installation of the protruding section 302, as shown in fig. 15 and 18, the upper end of the connecting frame 31 is provided with the fitting portion 312, and the screw 610 of the fastening bolt 600 is mounted on the fitting portion 312. So that the convex sections 302 can be provided on the fitting portion 312 and the opposite end surfaces of the mounting part 32, respectively.
It is understood that the fitting portion 312 and the mounting member 32 may be cylindrical, polygonal, or other structures, and only the end face has the region for the protruding section 302 to be disposed; for example, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, a cylindrical shape is preferably used in this embodiment.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13, 16 and 18, the side of the mounting part 32 is provided with at least one slot 321; the slot 321 may be removably coupled to the second end of the second bar 202 of the bracket assembly 221 and/or the second end of the second bar 202 of the enclosure assembly 223.
It will be appreciated that the cooperation of the second end of the second strut 202 of the bracket assembly 221 and the second end of the second strut 202 of the enclosure assembly 223 may form an end of the support frame 22. When the support frame 22 is connected to the mounting member 32 by an end, part or all of the second struts 202 may be connected to the mounting member 32. However, in order to improve the connection strength and connection stability between the support frame 22 and the mounting member 32, it is preferable that all the second struts 202 at the end of the support frame 22 are connected to the mounting member 32. That is, the side of the mounting member 32 is provided with three slots 321, and the opening directions of the three slots 321 correspond to the three second supporting rods 202, so that the second ends of the three second supporting rods 202 at the end of the supporting frame 22 are detachably connected to the corresponding slots 321.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, 16, and 18, the end surface of the mounting member 32 is provided with a connection hole 322 penetrating through the insertion groove 321; the end of the second bar 202 extending into the slot 321 is provided with a positioning hole 2020, and the positioning hole 2020 is axially aligned with the connection hole 322. When the sunshade 2 is installed, the second end of the second rod 202 is inserted into the corresponding slot 321, and then the limiting member 700 is installed in the connection hole 322, and the limiting member 700 may penetrate through the positioning hole 2020 of the second rod 202, so that the second rod 202 and the installation component 32 are detachably connected.
It will be appreciated that the positioning hole 2020 can be formed in a variety of ways, including as a positioning ring secured to the second end of the second bar 202, which can be welded, threaded, fastened, etc. to the second end of the second bar 202. It is also possible that the second end of the second bar 202 is integrally formed by bending.
When the slot 321 is machined, the slot 321 may be machined generally in the radial direction of the mounting member 32 for convenience. Since the second bar 202 is obliquely arranged, the second bar 202 which is integrally inclined is inconvenient to fit into the slot 321.
To facilitate installation of the second strut 202, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 and 18, the second strut 202 includes a first segment 2021 and a second segment 2022 connected in an offset manner. Second strut 202 may be connected to first mount 400 by first segment 2021; the positioning hole 2020 is disposed at an end of the second segment 2022, so that when the positioning hole 2020 and the limiting member 700 are mated, the second segment 2022 is parallel to a radial plane of the mounting component 32, i.e., the second segment 2022 is parallel to an opening plane of the slot 321.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 and 16, three insertion grooves 321 are provided in an arc shape along the circumferential direction of the mounting member 32. Therefore, when the hammock is transported, the second support rods 202 arranged in the three slots 321 can be rotated and folded along the slots 321, and the packaging space and the transportation space can be saved.
It will be appreciated that the connecting structure of the connecting member 2 and the second rod 202 at the end of the support rod 22 is complicated due to the small volume of the connecting member 2. Therefore, the connecting assembly 2 and the three second rods 202 connected thereto are generally packed together for transportation and packaging. In order to reduce the packing space, the insertion slot 321 is curved so that the three second rods 202 connected thereto can be folded. When the hammock is assembled, only the three second struts 202 need to be unfolded along the slots 321.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 15, a third insertion hole 310 is disposed at a lower end of the connecting frame 31, and a limit block 311 is disposed in the third insertion hole 310. The connecting frame 31 can be inserted into the upper end of the supporting arm 110 through the third insertion hole 310, and the limiting block 311 can be in limiting fit with a limiting groove formed in the upper end of the supporting arm 110.
It can be understood that the limiting block 311 and the limiting groove are matched in a limiting manner to prevent the connecting frame 31 from rotating relative to the supporting arm 110. Compared with the traditional bolt connection mode, the installation and the disassembly of the user can be more convenient.
In this embodiment, the limiting block 311 and the limiting groove may adopt a corresponding linear, T-shaped or cross-shaped structure. Those skilled in the art can select the position according to actual needs, for example, as shown in fig. 15, the limiting block 311 has a cross-shaped structure.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 19, at least one support arm 110 of the hammock support 100 is detachably mounted with a placement assembly 800, and the placement assembly 800 is used for placing articles.
In this embodiment, the placement assembly 800 may be a placement bag, a cup holder, or a placement box, etc. to facilitate placement of the cup, food, and other related items by the user.
It will be appreciated that in general, it is necessary to suspend the bed cloth from the hammock support 100 when the hammock is in use. There are many ways for the bed cloth to be suspended, including but not limited to the following two.
The method I comprises the following steps: the upper parts of the two support arms 110 of the hammock support 100 are detachably mounted with hooks, and the hooks are both facing the inside of the hammock support 100. Therefore, when the bed cloth is hung, the bed cloth can be directly bolted with the hooks through the ropes at the two ends.
The second method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 13 and 15, the middle of the connecting frame 31 is provided with a limiting hole 300, and the upper parts of the two supporting arms 110 of the hammock support 100 are detachably provided with hooks, and the hooks are both towards the outer side of the hammock support 100. Therefore, when the bed cloth is hung, the bed cloth can be bolted with the hook by the ropes at the two ends passing through the limiting holes 300.
It will be appreciated that the hook is generally coupled to the mounting hole 120 provided at the upper portion of the support arm 110 by a bolt structure, as shown in fig. 13. The quantity of mounting hole 120 can be a plurality of, and along the extending direction equipartition setting of support arm 110 to through being connected of the mounting hole 120 of couple with different positions, can adjust the height of hanging of bed cloth.
The foregoing has described the principles, principal features, and advantages of the application. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the application, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and these changes and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the application as claimed.
