本实用新型涉及电子蜡烛技术领域,尤其涉及一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛。
背景技术
现有的蜡烛是以石蜡制作使用的,在燃烧时会产生挥发性的气体,会污染空气。而且,现今提倡环保,节约资源或合理利用资源的倡导下,电子蜡烛也随之应运而生。
现有的电子蜡烛其开关方式比较传统,一般通过按压式或者推动式开关进行控制,其操作过程缺少趣味性,且现有的电子蜡烛一般不具有散香功能,因此,我们提出了一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,包括主控电路和触摸开关电路,所述触摸开关电路用于检测触摸信号,产生新的瞬即的电压差,触摸开关芯片捕捉该电压差,产生信号;主控电路用于接收触摸开关电路产生的信号,更改蜡烛灯珠的发光状态;
所述触摸开关电路包括触摸开关芯片U2、电阻R1、触摸端TOUCH、第一电容C1、第二电容C2、电源电压VDD和接地端,所述电源电压VDD和触摸开关芯片U2的1脚连接,触摸开关芯片U2的5脚与接地端连接,触摸开关芯片U2的1脚和5脚之间连接有第二电容C2,触摸开关芯片U2的5脚和7脚之间连接有第一电容C1,所述触摸端TOUCH与电阻R1串联后与触摸开关芯片U2的8脚连接;
所述主控电路包括主控芯片U1、发光二极管D1、晶振Y1、电源电压VDD和接地端,所述电源电压VDD和主控芯片U1的1脚连接,主控芯片U1的5脚和6脚与发光二极管D1连接,发光二极管D1与接地端连接,主控芯片U1的2脚和3脚之间连接有晶振Y1,主控芯片U1的8脚和触摸开关芯片U2的3脚相连接。
优选的,所述主控电路还包括红外接收器IR,所述红外接收器IR与主控芯片U1的4脚相连接。

1、该电子蜡烛中,设置有主控电路和触摸开关电路,在触摸开关电路中,通过人体接触或者接近触摸端,发生电容波动,产生新的瞬即的电压的差,触摸开关芯片捕捉到这个电压差,产生信号,输送至主控电路;主控电路负责接受触摸开关电路发出的信号,控制灯亮,通过这两个电路的相互配合,方便电子蜡烛的使用,使得电子蜡烛具有一定的趣味性。
2、该电子蜡烛中,还设置有散香块,散香块(装饰层)能够模拟出蜡水融化的视觉效果,提高电子蜡烛的真实感,散香块采用自然挥发或者人工催发的方式发出香味,进一步的提高蜡烛使用时的趣味性。

实施例1中,参照图1-3,一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,包括主控电路3和触摸开关电路4,触摸开关电路4用于检测触摸信号,产生新的瞬即的电压差,触摸开关芯片U2捕捉该电压差,产生信号;主控电路3用于接收触摸开关U2电路产生的信号,更改蜡烛灯珠的发光状态,蜡烛灯珠一般采用LED灯珠;
触摸开关电路3包括触摸开关芯片U2、电阻R1、触摸端TOUCH、第一电容C1、第二电容C2、电源电压VDD和接地端,电源电压VDD和触摸开关芯片U2的1脚连接,触摸开关芯片U2的5脚与接地端连接,触摸开关芯片U2的1脚和5脚之间连接有第二电容C2,触摸开关芯片U2的5脚和7脚之间连接有第一电容C1,触摸端TOUCH与电阻R1串联后与触摸开关芯片U2的8脚连接,触摸端TOUCH可以设置在蜡烛头5上,也可以设置在蜡烛的表面,装饰和实用兼顾;
主控电路3包括主控芯片U1、发光二极管D1、晶振Y1、电源电压VDD和接地端,电源电压VDD和主控芯片U1的1脚连接,主控芯片U1的5脚和6脚与发光二极管D1连接,发光二极管D1与接地端连接,主控芯片U1的2脚和3脚之间连接有晶振Y1,主控芯片U1的8脚和触摸开关芯片U2的3脚相连接。
主控电路3还包括红外接收器IR,红外接收器IR与主控芯片U1的4脚相连接,通过红外接收器IR,可以接收红外遥控器的信号,实现产品被遥控的功能。
还包括壳体1,壳体1的外侧设置有蜡层11,蜡层11的顶端设置有容纳散香块6的凹槽,散香块6的内部填充有香精。
散香块6的表面为光滑的镜面,香料与组成散香块6的填料一体成型,
散香块6的具体制作方法:在凹槽内浇注环氧树脂,或者石膏,或者石蜡,或者透明类胶体,在浇筑过程中加入香精,使其凝固于凹槽内,并于蜡体相结合,通过香精(精油)自然挥发,达到电子蜡烛在不点燃的情况下散发出迷人的香味,并在使用过程中,根据个人的需求,可随时加入香精。
浇筑时要注意香精的比例,一般控制在1%-10%之内,防止香精溢出或香味过浓。
浇筑时先把填料和香精按照1%-10%的比例混合,然后使用蠕动罐装设备,或者人工手持容器进行罐装,罐装注意不能超过凹槽外部,表面和蜡面保持一个平面,起到类似真蜡烛燃烧后,蜡水融化的视觉效果。
壳体1的内部设置有电池仓2,电池仓2一般放置两节1.5V电池,主控电路3位于壳体1的内部,触摸开关4电路位于壳体1的外部,壳体1的顶端设置有蜡烛头5,发光二极管D1位于蜡烛头5的内部。
实施例2中,参照图4,与实施例1相比,散香块6为多孔状,香料填充在组成散香块填料的孔隙内;
还包括香精催发机构,通过香精催发机构促进散香块内的香精挥发。
香精催发机构为微型风机7,微型风机7设置在壳体1的内部,微型风机7的出口端通过出风管71与散香块6连接,即通过微型风机7向散香块6提供微弱的气流,使得散香块6内的香精发生挥发。
实施例3中,参照图5,与实施例2相比香精催发机构为电热丝10,壳体1的顶端设置有隔热块9,电热丝11安装在隔热块9的顶端,且电热丝11与散香块6接触,通过隔热块9能够避免电热丝11工作时将蜡层11融化,电热丝11工作后,能够提高散香块6的温度,从而使得散香块6内的香精发生挥发。
进一步的,实施例2-3中,散香块6的上端覆盖有带微孔的装饰层8,装饰层8可采用环氧树脂制成,通过装饰层8形成蜡水融化的视觉效果,所述装饰层的表面为光滑的镜面。
实施例1-3中,该电子蜡烛中,设置有主控电路3和触摸开关电路4,在触摸开关电路4中,通过人体接触或者接近(距离小于1mm)触摸端,发生电容波动,产生新的瞬即的电压的差,触摸开关芯片捕捉到这个电压差,产生信号,输送至主控电路3;主控电路3负责接受触摸开关电路4发出的信号,控制灯亮,通过这两个电路的相互配合,方便电子蜡烛的使用,使得电子蜡烛具有一定的趣味性。

所述主控电路包括主控芯片U1、发光二极管D1、晶振Y1、电源电压VDD和接地端,所述电源电压VDD和主控芯片U1的1脚连接,主控芯片U1的5脚和6脚与发光二极管D1连接,发光二极管D1与接地端连接,主控芯片U1的2脚和3脚之间连接有晶振Y1,主控芯片U1的8脚和触摸开关芯片U2的3脚相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述主控电路还包括红外接收器IR,所述红外接收器IR与主控芯片U1的4脚相连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,还包括散香块,所述散香块的内部填充有香精。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,还包括壳体,所述壳体的外侧设置有蜡层,所述蜡层的顶端设置有容纳散香块的凹槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述散香块的表面为光滑的镜面,香料与组成散香块的填料一体成型。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述散香块为多孔状,香料填充在组成散香块填料的孔隙内;
还包括香精催发机构,通过香精催发机构促进散香块内的香精挥发。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述散香块的上端覆盖有带微孔的装饰层,所述装饰层的表面为光滑的镜面。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述香精催发机构为微型风机,所述微型风机设置在壳体的内部,微型风机的出口端通过出风管与散香块连接。
9.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述香精催发机构为电热丝,壳体的顶端设置有隔热块,电热丝安装在隔热块的顶端,且电热丝与散香块接触。
10.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种带散香功能的可触摸开关电子蜡烛,其特征在于,所述壳体的内部设置有电池仓,所述主控电路位于壳体的内部,触摸开关电路位于壳体的外部,壳体的顶端设置有蜡烛头,所述发光二极管D1位于蜡烛头的内部。
