As shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, fig. 1 isbase:Sub>A schematic view ofbase:Sub>A switchgear in some embodiments of the present application, fig. 2 is an exploded view of the switchgear in some embodiments of the present application, fig. 5 isbase:Sub>A front view of the switchgear in some embodiments of the present application, and fig. 6 isbase:Sub>A sectional viewbase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A of fig. 5. The switching device comprises a housing 7, a backlight 8 and a key 9. Wherein, one side of the casing 7 is provided with an opening 70, the backlight source 8 is arranged in the casing 7, and the key 9 is arranged at the opening 70.
The switch device is a wall switch device, the shell 7 is provided with a bottom wall opposite to the opening 70, the bottom wall is fixed on the wall, and the bottom wall can be fixed on the wall through screws, so that the switch device is simple to operate and low in cost. The bottom wall of the shell 7 can be rectangular, correspondingly, the opening 70 is also rectangular, the keys 9 can be provided with a plurality of keys, and the keys 9 are arranged at the opening 70 in an array mode, so that the keys 9 of the switch device are tidy and attractive.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a key 9 in some embodiments of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the key 9 in fig. 3 from another view angle. The button 9 includes button body 1 and carriage 6, button body 1 sets up on carriage 6, and button body 1 is located carriage 6 and keeps away from one side of backlight 8, in switching device, press button 9 and can realize corresponding switch function, consequently, it can make button 9 have certain rigidity to set up above, long-time use also is difficult to press badly, increase of service life, carriage 6's structure can ensure that the light that backlight 8 sent can shine on button body 1, when button body 1 light-permeable, shine and just can make button body 1 luminous to the light on button body 1, switching device just so much at this moment is an illumination lamp, more be convenient for the user to find the position of switching device on the wall in dark environment, make things convenient for user's accuracy to press the button 9 of target in order to realize corresponding switch function.
Wherein, button body 1 can be through pasting sticky subsides on carriage 6, and this kind of assembled mode is simple more high-efficient, and the cost is lower moreover.
Because the wall surface switch device is installed on the wall surface, in order to make the wall surface switch device have beautiful appearance and high-end appearance and feel, the wall surface switch device is usually set to have metallic appearance, and the most direct way is to directly manufacture the key 9 by adopting a metal material, but the cost is increased; of course, it is also possible to apply a metallic paint to the surface of the keys 9, but this does not achieve a true metallic look and feel; the keys 9 can also be formed by plating a metal layer on the plastic substrate, but the surface of the metal layer has no lines, so that the keys 9 cannot realize the appearance effect of metal wires.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is an enlarged view of the key body 1 shown in fig. 6. The key 9 further comprises a first metal plating layer 2 and a first wire drawing layer 3, wherein the key body 1 is made of a light-transmitting material and comprises a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 which are arranged oppositely, and a side surface 13 connected between the first surface 11 and the second surface 12; the first metal plating layer 2 covers the first surface 11 and is light-permeable; the first wiredrawing layer 3 covers the second surface 12. The first metal plating layer 2 has a metal feeling, the first wire drawing layer 3 has a line feeling, and since the key body 1 and the first metal plating layer 2 are both light-permeable, when the key 9 is observed from one side of the first surface 11 of the key body 1, the lines of the first metal plating layer 2 and the first wire drawing layer 3 are overlapped, so that people can observe that the key 9 not only has the metal feeling, but also has the appearance effect of metal wires.
The light-transmitting material for manufacturing the key body 1 can be PC plastic, acrylic plates and the like, the embodiment of the application is not limited, the PC plastic (polycarbonate) is colorless and transparent, heat-resistant, impact-resistant and flame-retardant at BI level, has good mechanical properties at common use temperature, is low in cost and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the key 9.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a top view of fig. 7, and fig. 9 is a B-B cross-sectional view of fig. 8. The surface of the first wire drawing layer 3 is provided with lines 31 so that the lines 31 can be seen from the first metal plating layer 2, so that the keys 9 have the appearance effect of metal wires. The surface wire drawing treatment is a surface treatment means for forming lines 31 on the surface of a workpiece by grinding the product to achieve a decorative effect. The specific arrangement of the lines 31 in the embodiment of the present application may be: the hot stamping wire drawing obtains the line 31, or the hobbing cutter wire drawing obtains the line 31, and the line 31 can be straight line, screw thread, ripple, disorder line, spiral line etc. because the button 9 of this application embodiment sets up to the rectangle, consequently the line 31 of this application embodiment can be straight line, and the line 31 of this application embodiment includes strip groove 311 and/or strip arch 312.
Since the appearance effect of the metal wire of the key 9 is realized by the lines 31 on the surface of the first wiredrawing layer 3, the lines 31 are required to be clear and obvious, so that the appearance effect of the metal wire of the key 9 is better, and the size of the lines 31 is particularly important. If the dimension h of the lines 31 is too small in the thickness direction X of the first wiredrawing layer 3, the lines 31 observed from the first metal plating layer 2 are blurred and the wire appearance effect of the key 9 is also inconspicuous. Therefore, in the thickness direction X of the first wire drawing layer 3, the size h of the line 31 is set to be larger than 0.1mm, so that the line 31 can be clearly seen, and the metal wire appearance effect of the key 9 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the first metallization layer 2 is an NCVM layer. The NCVM (Non-conductive vacuum metallization) is formed by plating metal and insulating compound films, and the final appearance has metallic texture and does not affect the effect of wireless communication transmission by using the characteristic of discontinuity. Firstly, the NCVM layer can realize the metal appearance effect of different colors to beautify the surface of the key 9, secondly, the NCVM layer can realize the semi-transparency while the plastic key body 1 has the metal texture, and the light transmittance of the NCVM layer can reach 50% -70%, so that the lines 31 on the surface of the first wire drawing layer 3 can be seen from the first metal plating layer 2, and the key 9 has the appearance effect of metal wires.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the first metal plating layer 2 also covers the side surface 13. This increases the coverage of the first metal plating layer 2, and allows the side 13 of the key 9 to have a metallic appearance, thereby further enhancing the metallic appearance of the key 9.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a chamfer 14 is provided at the junction of the first surface 11 and the side surface 13, and the first metal plating layer 2 is further covered on the surface of the chamfer 14. Therefore, the covering surface of the first metal plating layer 2 can be increased, the outer surface of the key 9 has the appearance effect of metal, and the metal wire appearance effect of the key 9 is enhanced. And the transition between the first surface 11 and the side surface 13 is realized through the chamfer 14, so that the surfaces formed by the first surface 11, the chamfer 14 and the side surface 13 tend to be smooth, the difficulty in arranging the first metal plating layer 2 is reduced, the coverage of the first metal plating layer 2 on the surfaces of the first surface 11, the chamfer 14 and the side surface 13 is more uniform, and compared with the condition that the angle between the first surface 11 and the side surface 13 is 90 degrees, the arrangement of the chamfer 14 ensures that the angles between the first surface 11 and the chamfer 14 and the angle between the surface of the chamfer 14 and the side surface 13 are smaller than 90 degrees, and the first metal plating layer 2 can be effectively prevented from tilting and falling off from the joint between the two surfaces. In addition, the chamfer 14 also makes the appearance of the key 9 more beautiful.
In the switch device, the direction in which the push button 9 is attached to the opening 70 provided on the side of the housing 7 is: the first wire drawing layer 3 is located on one side of the key body 1 close to the backlight source 8, the first wire drawing layer 3 is located on one side of the key body 1 close to the supporting frame 6, namely the first metal plating layer 2 is located on one side of the key body 1 far away from the backlight source 8, so that the outer surface of the key 9 is the first metal plating layer 2, people can observe that the key 9 has the appearance of metal feeling, and the appearance effect of a metal wire is achieved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the key 9 further includes a light shielding layer 4 covering the first wire-drawing layer 3, and a mark 41 penetrating the light shielding layer 4 and the first wire-drawing layer 3 is provided on a surface of the light shielding layer 4. That is to say, the light shielding layer 4 is located between the first wire drawing layer 3 and the backlight source 8, so that light emitted by the backlight source 8 can irradiate the mark 41, and since the key body 1 and the first metal plating layer 2 are both light-permeable, the key 9 has the mark 41 capable of emitting light, which can facilitate a user to accurately identify the switch function represented by the key 9.
For example, the mark 41 may be characters of "kitchen", "toilet", "living room", "light on", "light off", or patterns of "kitchen", "toilet", "living room", "light on", "light off", or a combination of characters and patterns. As shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a bottom view of fig. 7, and fig. 10 shows a pattern in which the mark 41 is "on".
The light shielding layer 4 can completely shield light emitted by the backlight source 8 to other areas of the first wire drawing layer 3 except for the mark 41, so that only the mark 41 is illuminated by the backlight source 8, and the brightness of the mark 41 of the key 9 observed by a user is higher, which is more beneficial for accurately identifying the function represented by the key 9 in a dark environment. The light shielding layer 4 may be black ink, the black ink is printed on the first wire drawing layer 3, and the mark 41 is obtained by laser cutting, and the mark 41 can be obtained by customizing the mark 41, thereby customizing the key 9.
It should be noted that, when the key 9 is manufactured, the light shielding layer 4 may be covered on only the first wire-drawing layer 3, and when the switch device is assembled, the mark 41 penetrating through the light shielding layer 4 and the first wire-drawing layer 3 is obtained by laser cutting on the surface of the light shielding layer 4 according to the application scene or the use requirement of the switch device, so that the key 9 can be produced in a large scale, and the mark 41 of the key 9 can be customized, thereby customizing the switch device.
In some embodiments, since the first wire-drawing layer 3 is opaque, the mark 41 penetrating through the first wire-drawing layer 3 may be disposed on the first wire-drawing layer 3, so that the light generated by the backlight 8 can also be irradiated to the mark 41, and the key 9 has the mark 41 emitting light, so that a user can accurately identify the function represented by the key 9, and the light shielding layer 4 is not required to be disposed, which not only saves the cost, but also simplifies the manufacturing steps of the key 9.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, a diffusion plate 10 is further disposed between the backlight 8 and the key 9. That is, the diffusion plate 10 is disposed between the light shielding layer 4 and the backlight source 8, and light emitted from the backlight source 8 can be more uniformly irradiated to the mark 41 on the light shielding layer 4 after being diffused by the diffusion plate 10, so that the brightness of the mark 41 is uniform, which is beneficial to improving the aesthetic property of the key 9.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the key 9 further includes an ultraviolet-proof coating 5 made of a light-transmitting material, and the ultraviolet-proof coating 5 is coated on the first metal plating layer 2. Because the first metal coating 2 of button 9 surface can directly expose in the outside, it can make the colour of first metal coating 2 change to shine through long-time light, influence the outward appearance effect of its metal, and also can with first metal coating 2 direct contact when the user presses button 9, button 9 probably produces wearing and tearing to first metal coating 2 after using for a long time, also can influence the metal outward appearance effect of button 9, so setting up of ultraviolet protection coating 5 just can play the guard action to first metal coating 2, can prevent that ultraviolet from shining and leading to the colour of first metal coating 2 to change on first metal coating 2, thereby influence the metal outward appearance effect of first metal coating 2, can prevent that first metal coating 2 from taking place wearing and tearing again. And the ultraviolet-proof coating 5 is light-permeable, and does not affect the metal wire appearance effect of the key 9.
The material of the ultraviolet-proof coating 5 may be a UV paint, which is a paint cured by UV radiation. The UV curable coating has pollution prevention and energy saving effects, is excellent in chemical and physical properties of finishing, and has a fast curing property, and a user does not leave a fingerprint by pressing the UV-resistant coating 5, so that the surface of the key 9 can be kept clean and tidy, and the appearance effect of the metal wire of the key 9 is better.
Since the keys 9 are disposed at the openings 70, and the keys 9 have an appearance effect of a metal wire, in order to beautify the switch device, the appearance of the switch device can be unified, that is, the housing 7 is also configured to have an appearance effect of a metal wire, so that the overall appearance of the switch device is consistent, and the aesthetic property of the switch device can be effectively improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11-13, fig. 11 is an exploded view of the housing 7 of the switchgear in some embodiments of the present application, fig. 12 is a front view of the housing 7 of the switchgear in some embodiments of the present application, and fig. 13 is a C-C sectional view of fig. 12.
