7. A restraining device according to claim 6, further comprising a fifth strap (27), the fifth strap (27) being connected at one end to the crotch pad (26) and at the other end to the lower end of the pad (23).
8. The restraining device of claim 2, wherein the first restraining assembly comprises a sixth strap (11), a seventh strap (12), an eighth strap (13), and a chest buckle (14);
the sixth belt body (11) is annular and is sleeved on the chair back; one end of the seventh belt body (12) is connected with the sixth belt body (11), and the other end of the seventh belt body is connected with the upper end of the protection pad (23); one end of the eighth belt body (13) is connected with the sixth belt body (11), and the other end of the eighth belt body is connected with the upper end of the protection pad (23);
