A base assembly (100), wherein the base assembly (100) comprises a support plate (110), a support pillar (120), a first vertical plate (130), a top plate (140), a lower die (150), an upper die (160), an ultrasonic welding machine (170), a first motor (180), a second motor (190), a third motor (191), a fourth motor (192), a first non-woven fabric roller (193), a wind-up roller (194), an air expanding shaft (195) and a second non-woven fabric roller (196), the support pillar (120) is fixed on the lower surface of the support plate (110), the first vertical plate (130) is fixed on the upper surface of the support plate (110), the top plate (140) is fixed on the upper end of the first vertical plate (130), the lower die (150) is fixed on the upper surface of the support plate (110), the ultrasonic welding machine (170) is fixed on the lower surface of the top plate (140), and the upper die (160) is arranged on the ultrasonic welding machine (170);
