The adjusting apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fixed bar is provided with a first guide rail at an upper portion and a lower portion of one side thereof, the first sliding bar is provided with a first sliding slot at an upper portion and a lower portion of one side thereof, the first sliding bar is provided with a second guide rail at an upper portion and a lower portion of the other side thereof, and the second sliding bar is provided with a second sliding slot at an upper portion and a lower portion of one side thereof, the second sliding slot being engaged with the second guide rail.

The adjusting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first and second slide slots are respectively provided with a longitudinally extending hook-shaped groove, the hook-shaped groove of the first slide slot wrapping the first rail, and the hook-shaped groove of the second slide slot wrapping the second rail.

The adjustment device of claim 3, wherein the swinging mechanism comprises a first hinge plate and a second hinge plate, one end of the first hinge plate is hinged to one end of the support plate away from the fixed rod, the other end of the first hinge plate is hinged to one end of the second sliding rod away from the fixed rod, one end of the second hinge plate is hinged to one end of the support plate close to the fixed rod, and the other end of the second hinge plate is hinged to one end of the second sliding rod close to the fixed rod.
