Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary only for explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1A and 1B, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a layered structure of an ink fading cue label according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 1B is a schematic view of a layered structure of an ink fade indicator label according to yet another embodiment of the present application.

The fading cover layer 140 is a transparent synthetic material layer such as a transparent PET (polyethylene terephthalate) layer or a transparent OPP (O-phenylphenol) layer. The fading ink is printed on the upper surface of the fading cover layer 140 to fade in different environments (for example, fading in direct sunlight or in backlight environment), so that the cue pattern and/or the cue text on the upper surface of the pattern and/or text cue layer 120 is gradually displayed in the fading process; glue is coated on the lower surface of the fading cover layer 140 to bond the lower surface of the fading cover layer 140 and the upper surface of the transparent protection layer 130 together, so that the fading cover layer 140, the transparent protection layer 130, the pattern and/or the text prompt layer 120 form a whole. Optionally, the glue coated on the lower surface of the fading cover layer 140 is a strong-adhesion glue (i.e. a strong-adhesion glue), so that the fading cover layer 140 and the transparent protection layer 130 are firmly adhered to form a whole. Alternatively, the fade cover layer 140 may be circular in shape. Optionally, the fading ink printed on the fading cover layer 140 is a dark fading ink, wherein the dark fading ink contains black fading ink and/or green fading ink and/or blue fading ink in an amount of 5% or more, for example: solid black fade inks, dark green fade inks, brown fade inks, green fade inks, blue fade inks, gray fade inks, and the like. In addition, ink fade is a characteristic of ink, and an ink that can fade is referred to as a faded ink in the present application.
The removable layer 150 is a paper layer or a synthetic material layer, wherein the synthetic material is also called artificial material, which is a material made by artificially processing different substances through chemical method or polymerization, such as: a plastic. the upper surface of the fading cover layer is printed with fading ink so as to fade under different environments, so that prompt patterns and/or prompt characters on the upper surface of the pattern and/or character prompt layer can be displayed, and the lower surface of the fading cover layer is coated with glue so that the lower surface of the fading cover layer is bonded to the upper surface of the transparent protective layer;

The ink fade warning label of claim 1 or 2 wherein the upper surface of the design and/or text cue layer is printed with an exclamation point cue design; or the upper surface of the pattern and/or character prompting layer is printed with a triangular prompting pattern, an exclamation point prompting pattern and prompting characters, the exclamation point prompting pattern and the prompting characters are positioned in the triangular prompting pattern, and the prompting characters are positioned below the exclamation point prompting pattern.
5. The ink fade notification label of claim 4 wherein the exclamation point cue pattern is a yellow or orange pattern and the background of the exclamation point cue pattern is a black or yellow background pattern;

8. The ink fade cue label of claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the removable layer is a paper layer or a synthetic material layer.

The ink fade cue label of claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the main portion of the removable layer is substantially coincident with the fade cover layer, the additional portion of the removable layer is joined to the main portion of the removable layer, and the additional portion of the removable layer is not coincident with the fade cover layer.

The ink fade warning label of claim 9, wherein the bottom release layer is square, patterned and/or text-indicating, the transparent protective layer is circular, the fade cover layer is circular, the main portion of the removable layer is circular, and the additional portion of the removable layer decreases in width from the main portion adjacent to the removable layer to the main portion remote from the removable layer.
