The measuring device comprises a flexible rule (200) used for measuring length and volume, and is characterized in that the front side and the back side of the flexible rule (200) are respectively configured into a length measuring surface and a volume measuring surface, the position, close to the boundary of the flexible rule (200), of the length measuring surface is provided with a length measuring scale, the position, close to the boundary of the flexible rule (200), of the volume measuring surface is provided with a volume measuring scale, the rule body of the flexible rule (200) is in a semitransparent state, so that the scales on the back side of the rule surface can be seen simultaneously when the length measuring surface or the volume measuring surface is used, the length measuring scale and the volume measuring scale can be displayed through the rule body without visual overlap, so that the length and the volume can be measured simultaneously when liquid is measured, and marks can be marked through blank positions on the two sides of the rule body.

A measuring device according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a fixing member (100), a flexible rule (200) for measuring liquid consumption and a housing (300) for accommodating the flexible rule, wherein the flexible rule (200) is provided with a plurality of suckers in a manner that the suckers can be connected through suction, the suckers are circular and have a diameter smaller than the width of the flexible rule (200), and the far end of the flexible rule (200) is provided with a heavy bar (210) in a manner that the flexible rule can be driven by gravity to move.

A measuring apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the housing (300) is provided with a snap ring (310) for fixing the weight bar (210), and wherein the weight bar (210) at the distal end of the tape (200) is provided with telescopic pillars (211) at both ends for fixing through the snap ring (310).

The measuring device according to claim 3, wherein the radius of the snap ring (310) is not less than the radius of the telescopic column (211) of the heavy bar (210), so that the telescopic column (211) can pass through the snap ring (310) to be fixed, the heavy bar (210) is separated from the snap ring (310) by pressing the telescopic column (211) on the heavy bar (210), and the flexible ruler (200) naturally falls under the drive of the heavy bar (210) until the ground does not slide any more.

A measuring device according to claim 2, wherein the fixing member (100) is provided at both ends thereof with not less than two ring arms in such a manner as to circumferentially surround the object to be measured, whereby the ring arms can circumferentially surround the object to be measured in not less than two directions.

A measuring device according to claim 2, characterized in that the two ends of the fixing member (100) are crossed by a knot (110) in such a way that they can circumferentially surround the object to be measured, so that the tightness of the fixing member (100) with respect to the object to be measured can be adjusted by pulling the two ends of the fixing member (100), and the fixing member (100) is provided with knots (120) at the two ends in such a way that the two ends are prevented from passing through the knot (110).

A measuring device according to claim 6, characterized in that said knot (110) is provided with a redundant space in such a way that the tightness of said knot with respect to said object to be measured can be adjusted slidably by pulling said two ends, wherein the size of said knot (120) is not smaller than the size of said redundant space at the knot (110).
8. A measuring device according to claim 4, characterized in that the housing (300) is provided with a spindle in such a way that the tape (200) can be wound therein.
9. A measuring device according to claim 8, characterized in that the housing (300) is provided with an automatically resilient element in such a way that the tape is automatically retracted, which automatically resilient element is connected to the tape (200) through the inside of the housing (300), and which automatically resilient element starts to have a tendency to spring back when the tape (200) is pulled out of the housing (300) by an external force.
10. A measuring device according to claim 9, characterized in that said tape (200) and said housing (300) are penetrated by said fixing member (100) in such a way as to share the same axis.
