In some other embodiments, the connecting rod assembly may also include other configurations of connecting rod assemblies, and is not limited to a six-bar connecting rod assembly.
In some embodiments, the moving mechanism 32 includes a synchronizing member 40 and two linkage assemblies 36, the synchronizing member 40 connects the two linkage assemblies 36, and the motor 34 is configured to drive one of the linkage assemblies 36 to move so that the synchronizing member 40 drives the other linkage assembly 36 to move. The first linkage 361 and the second linkage 362 are respectively disposed at two ends of the synchronizer 40, the moving mechanism 32 may further include two fixing plates 54, the fixing plates 54 are disposed at the outer sides of the linkage 36 relative to the synchronizer 40 and rotatably connected to the synchronizer 40, and the first rods 363 of the two second linkages 362 are respectively fixedly connected to two ends of the synchronizer 40. The motor 34 is installed outside one of the fixing plates 54, an output end of the motor 34 is connected to the first rod 363 of the first link set 361, and the motor is used for driving the first link set 361 to rotate so as to drive the link assembly 36 on one side to move, and since the synchronizing member 40 is fixedly connected to the first rod 363 of the second link set 362, the synchronizing member 40 can drive to rotate the link assembly 36 on the opposite side. The motor 34 drives the connecting rod assemblies 36 to move, and the synchronizing member 40 drives the connecting rod assemblies 36 to directly drive the first panel 28 to turn outwards, so that the connecting rod assemblies 36 on two sides of the first panel 28 move synchronously, on one hand, the two connecting rod assemblies 36 are respectively arranged on two sides of the first panel 28, and the position switching stability of the diversion panel 22 is ensured, and on the other hand, the synchronizing member 40 is connected with the two connecting rod assemblies 36, and the movement synchronism of the two connecting rod assemblies 36 is ensured. In one embodiment, the second lever 364 is pivotally coupled to a link plate 52 on one side, the link plate 52 being secured to the first panel 28.
In some embodiments, the mounting portion 20 is provided with a slide 42, the second panel 30 is provided with a roller 44, the roller 44 is connected with the slide 42, and the slide 42 guides the movement of the second panel 30 through the roller 44. Therefore, the guide can be performed in the moving process of the second panel 30, and the moving stability of the second panel 30 is ensured.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the mounting portion 20 is provided with a slide rail 42 on each of left and right sides, and a roller 44 on each of left and right sides of the second panel 30, and the roller 44 may be mounted on the second panel 30 through a bracket 45. The rollers 44 may be received in the ramps 42 and are in rolling engagement with the inner walls of the ramps 42, and the ramps 42 guide the movement of the second panel 30 via the rollers 44. The bottom of slide 42 is provided with the rectangular form through-hole of wearing to establish slide 42, and support 45 can pass through the through-hole and stretch into in the spout and be connected with gyro wheel 44, and slide 42 has a rear side opening, can set up a slide lid 56 and cover the rear side opening of slide 42 in order to avoid the oil smoke to get into slide 42, and then guarantees that gyro wheel 44 rolls smoothly.
In certain embodiments, the baffle assembly 18 further comprises a baffle 46. When the diversion panel 22 is in the first position, the first panel 28 and the second panel 30 are connected to form a flat plate, the baffle 46 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 12, when the diversion panel 22 is in the second position, the first panel 28 and the second panel 30 are connected to form a V-shape, and the baffle 46 is located in a space between the first panel 28 and the second panel 30. Like this, under the circumstances that diversion panel 22 is located the second position, baffle 46 is located the clearance between first panel 28 and the second panel 30, and then the space area between reducible first panel 28 and the second panel 30 to reduce this space and can bring negative effects to the smoking effect, guarantee the smoking effect.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the baffle plate assembly 18 includes two baffle plates 46, the two baffle plates 46 are respectively disposed on the surface of the first panel 28 close to the accommodating cavity 12 and located on the left and right sides of the surface, and since the baffle plates 46 are fixedly connected to the first panel 28, the baffle plates 46 move along with the movement of the first panel 28 in the process of switching the flow guide panel 22 from the first position to the second position.
When the diversion panel 22 is at the first position, the first panel 28 and the second panel 30 are connected to form a flat plate, the flat plate diversion panel 22 can be attached to the edge of the installation part 20, the interval between the diversion panel 22 and the edge of the installation part 20 is small, and the smoking effect is basically not affected. The baffle 46 is received in the receiving cavity 12 to prevent the user from seeing the baffle 46.
Under the condition that the diversion panel 22 is in the second position, the first panel 28 and the second panel 30 are connected to form a V-shape, a gap which is a triangular area is formed between the first panel 28 and the second panel 30, the gap of the triangular area is communicated with the inside and the outside of the range hood 100, and the oil smoke can flow out from the gap of the triangular area to influence the smoking effect. By providing the baffle 46 in this gap, on the one hand, the negative pressure at the inner oil screen 50 inside the second oil screen 26 can be prevented from diffusing through both sides, the negative pressure at the second oil screen 26 can be weakened, and the smoking effect can be weakened, and on the other hand, the baffle can play a role in beauty to shield the internal mechanism.
In certain embodiments, the baffle 46 is coupled to the first panel 28 and is capable of moving with the movement of the first panel 28. Thus, an additional mechanism for driving the shutter 46 is not required, and cost reduction and a simplified structure can be achieved.
Specifically, the moving mechanism 32 is configured to drive the first panel 28 to move, and when the first panel 28 moves, the baffle 46 can be driven to move, so that when the diversion panel 22 is switched between positions, the baffle 46 also moves synchronously with the movement of the diversion panel 22, and thus, an additional mechanism for driving the baffle 46 does not need to be added, which can reduce cost and simplify structure.
The range hood 100 mainly includes the following components: the air conditioner comprises a cavity assembly 10, a fan system 16, a flow guide plate assembly 18, a first oil net 24 and a second oil net 26; the cavity assembly 10 mainly provides support and fixation for the fan system 16 and provides a power part; the fan system 16 is the power part of the entire range hood 100.

After the movement mechanism 32 is opened, wide-angle negative pressure is formed, and the smoking effect can be greatly improved through the air inlet layout of top side double suction. In addition, because the smoking mouth moves upwards, the problem that the traditional open-close plate structure bumps the pot can be avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A range hood, comprising:
the fan assembly comprises a cavity assembly, a fan body and a fan blade, wherein the cavity assembly is provided with an accommodating cavity and a mounting opening, and a fan system is mounted in the accommodating cavity;
the guide plate assembly is installed at the installation opening and comprises an installation part, a guide panel and a first oil net, wherein the guide panel is provided with a second oil net, the guide panel is movably connected with the installation part, and the first oil net is fixed on the installation part;
the flow guide panel can be switched between a first position and a second position, the first oil net and the second oil net are provided with overlapped oil net parts under the condition that the flow guide panel is located at the first position, and the first oil net and the second oil net are staggered under the condition that the flow guide panel is located at the second position.
2. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein the flow guide panel comprises a first panel and a second panel, the first panel is rotatably connected with the second panel, and the second oil net is arranged on the second panel;
with the deflector panel in the first position, the first panel is parallel to the second panel;
with the deflector panel in the second position, the first and second panels are relatively inclined.
3. A range hood as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that in the case of the second position the second oil network is located obliquely above the first oil network.
4. A range hood as set forth in claim 1, wherein said deflector panel comprises a first panel and a second panel rotatably connected to each other, said second oil screen being provided at said second panel, said deflector assembly further comprising a movement mechanism connected to at least one of said first panel and said second panel and configured to drive said first panel and/or said second panel to move to switch said deflector panel between said first position and said second position.
5. A range hood as claimed in claim 4, wherein the moving mechanism comprises a motor and a connecting rod assembly, the motor is connected with the first panel through the connecting rod assembly, and the motor is used for driving the connecting rod assembly to move so that the connecting rod assembly drives the first panel and the second panel to turn outwards.
6. A range hood as claimed in claim 5, wherein the linkage assembly comprises a multi-link assembly.
7. The range hood according to claim 5, wherein the moving mechanism comprises a synchronizing member and two connecting rod assemblies, the synchronizing member is connected with the two connecting rod assemblies, and the motor is used for driving one of the connecting rod assemblies to move so as to drive the synchronizing member to drive the other connecting rod assembly to move.
8. A range hood as claimed in claim 4, wherein the mounting portion is provided with a slide way, the second panel is provided with a roller, the roller is connected with the slide way, and the slide way guides the movement of the second panel through the roller.
9. A range hood as claimed in claim 4, wherein the baffle assembly further comprises a baffle plate;
under the condition that the flow guide panel is located at the first position, the first panel and the second panel are connected to form a flat plate shape, and the baffle is accommodated in the accommodating cavity;
under the condition that the diversion panel is in the second position, the first panel and the second panel are connected to form a V shape, and the baffle is located in a gap between the first panel and the second panel.
10. A range hood as set forth in claim 9 wherein said baffle is connected to said first panel and is movable with movement of said first panel.
