1. A support pole, wherein the support pole is used to form a tent frame; the method comprises the following steps:
the first groove body and the second groove body are oppositely arranged on the rod body;
the first groove body and the second groove body are configured to receive the end part of the X-shaped frame in a sliding connection or fixed connection mode so as to realize the sliding or fixed connection of the end part of the X-shaped frame and the supporting rod.
2. The support bar as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall surfaces of the first and second channel bodies include a bottom surface, a first side surface, a second side surface, and a bent surface;
the first side surface and the second side surface are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom surface;
the bending surface is connected with the end parts of the first side surface and the second side surface far away from the bottom surface and extends towards the direction close to the side surface opposite to the current side surface so as to form an opening between the plurality of bending surfaces.
3. A brace as defined in claim 2, in which the first and second side surfaces are perpendicular to the base and bending surfaces;
the bending surface is configured to limit an end of the X-frame in the opening.
4. A brace as defined in claim 2, in which the connections of the first and second sides to the bottom surface and the connections of the first and second sides to the bending surface include arcuate chamfers.
5. A support bar as set forth in claim 1, in which the shaft has a cavity extending in the direction of extension of the shaft.
6. A support bar as set forth in claim 5 in which the cavity includes a first cavity and a second cavity;
the first cavity is arranged below the first groove body and the second groove body;
the second cavity is arranged between the first groove body and the second groove body.
7. A support bar as set forth in claim 6, in which the width of the first cavity is greater than the width of the second cavity.
8. The brace as defined in claim 1, wherein the corners of the circumference of the rod body are provided with arc-shaped chamfers.
9. A support bar as set forth in claim 1, wherein said bar body is integrally formed of a lightweight material.
10. A tent frame, comprising: a support bar as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
