11. The standing bar toy of claim 8, wherein said central seat is provided with a resilient locking portion and said second housing is provided with a locking aperture;

The standing bar toy of claim 11, wherein the elastic locking portion has an extension protruding toward one side of the bottom base, the bar has a large end and a small end, the large end is located in the cavity, and the large end abuts against the extension to push the elastic locking portion to be inserted into the locking hole.
