The second exhaust device 80 comprises a first float seat 81, a first float 82 and a second fixing member 83, the first float seat 81 is installed in the cover body 10, the first float 82 can move up and down in the first float seat 81, the second fixing member 83 is located on the lower side of the first float seat 81, the lining 13 is provided with a vent 15, the second fixing member 83 is installed at the vent 15, a penetrating opening for the first float 82 to penetrate through and move is defined in the second fixing member 83, meanwhile, a part of the second fixing member 83 is located on the lower side of the lining 13 and defines a clamping groove with an open lower side, and the clamping groove is communicated with the penetrating opening.
The cover plate assembly 20 is provided with the alignment mark 23, the cover plate assembly 20 is provided with the annular support rib 22, the annular support rib 22 defines a mounting hole, the sealing ring 40 is mounted at the mounting hole, the sealing ring 40 comprises a first sealing section 44 and a second sealing section 45, the inner sides of the first sealing section 44 and the second sealing section 45 are connected through a transition section, an annular groove 46 is defined between the second sealing section 45 and the first sealing section 44, and the annular groove 46 is in interference fit with the annular support rib 22, so that the sealing ring 40 is mounted on the cover plate assembly 20 in a sealing manner.
Further, the inner wall surface of the transition section is provided with fixing buckles 42 protruding inwards, the fixing buckles 42 include a plurality of fixing buckles 42 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the sealing ring 40, a gap 421 is formed between two adjacent fixing buckles 42, the first sealing section 44 is provided with a second guide surface 441, the second guide surface 441 extends obliquely outwards gradually from the direction close to the cover plate assembly 20 to the direction far away from the cover plate assembly 20, and one end of the second sealing section 45 far away from the first sealing section 44 is provided with a sealing lip 43. 1. A lid assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
a cover body;

the exhaust device is provided with a first fixing piece, and the cover plate assembly is provided with a first matching piece which is suitable for being matched and connected with the first fixing piece.
2. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first mating member forms a mounting hole, the first securing member sealingly engages the mounting hole with a sealing ring, and the first securing member is adapted to be inserted into and sealingly engage the sealing ring.

The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein one of the first fixing member and the sealing ring has a limiting groove, and the other of the first fixing member and the sealing ring has a fixing buckle, and the fixing buckle is clamped into the limiting groove when the first fixing member is inserted into the sealing ring.

The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the first fixing member has a stopper protruding outward at an outer circumference thereof, the stopper groove is defined between a side of the stopper close to the cover body and the cover body, the sealing ring has a fixing buckle protruding toward a center of the sealing ring at a middle portion thereof,
wherein, the internal diameter of the fixing buckle is smaller than the external diameter of the limiting buckle.

The lid assembly of claim 2, wherein the sealing ring has a sealing lip, the first securing member has a sealing portion, the sealing lip has an inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the sealing portion, the first securing member is adapted to be inserted into the sealing ring and the sealing lip is in interference fit with the sealing portion.
6. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the sealing lip extends obliquely from the outside to the inside away from the cover plate assembly.
7. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the venting means includes a vent valve core defining the venting channel and a vent cover covering the vent valve core, the first securing member having a vent channel in communication with the venting channel,
the first fixing piece is fixedly connected with the exhaust valve core, or the first fixing piece and the exhaust valve core are integrally formed.

The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the cover body comprises a surface cover, an inner cover and an inner lining in sequence from outside to inside, the inner lining is fixedly connected with the inner cover, the exhaust valve core is arranged on the inner lining and/or the inner cover, and the surface cover is provided with an avoiding portion for avoiding the exhaust cover.

13. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the lid body has a positioning mark, and the cover assembly has an alignment mark, and the fixing member is coupled to the mating member in a state where the alignment mark corresponds to the positioning mark.
14. The pot cover assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising: the hot air device is arranged on the cover body and positioned between the cover body and the cover plate assembly and used for supplying hot air into the cooking cavity.
15. A cooking appliance comprising a pot body assembly and a pot cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 14, the pot body assembly defining an open-top cooking chamber,
