A vehicle-mounted NFC access module is used for being installed in an external rearview mirror of an automobile and comprises an upper cover, an antenna board, a PCBA main board, a base and a wire harness, wherein the upper cover, the antenna board, the PCBA main board, the base and the wire harness are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the outer side part of the lower box body is sleeved with a waterproof rubber ring, and a double-layer or multi-layer wave crest structure is arranged on the waterproof rubber ring; the upper cover is an upper box body matched with the base, and the upper cover is covered on the base; the wire harness is provided with a waterproof rubber plug, and the waterproof rubber plug is made of soft rubber and is integrally formed with the wire harness through a secondary injection molding process.

The vehicle-mounted NFC access module according to claim 1, wherein the base is composed of a bottom plate and a circle of sealing groove, the opening direction of the sealing groove corresponds to the side edge of the upper cover, the bottom edge of the sealing groove is vertically led out from the upper surface of the base, so that the sealing groove is integrally formed in the outer side portion, the waterproof rubber ring is sleeved in the sealing groove, and the wave crest structure protrudes out of the sealing groove.

The on-board NFC entry module of claim 1, wherein the antenna board is secured to a top panel inside the upper cover, the antenna board being connected to the PCBA motherboard by a second connector; the lower surface of the antenna plate is provided with a magnetic sheet, the magnetic sheet covers the lower surface of the antenna plate, and a vacancy is formed in the position, corresponding to the second connector, of the magnetic sheet.

The vehicle-mounted NFC access module according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of trapezoidal support pillars are provided on the base, vertical side portions of the trapezoidal support pillars coincide with the outer side portions, and oblique sides of the trapezoidal support pillars face the inner side of the lower case, so that a reinforcing rib structure is formed between the outer side portions and the trapezoidal support pillars.

The vehicle-mounted NFC access module according to claim 6, wherein an upper cover supporting column is arranged in the upper cover, a plurality of first notches matched with the upper cover supporting column are arranged on the antenna board, a second notch matched with the upper cover supporting column is arranged on the PCBA main board, the antenna board is installed on the upper cover top board through the upper cover supporting column in a guiding and positioning mode, the PCBA main board is installed on the upper cover supporting column through the upper cover supporting column in a guiding and positioning mode, and the PCBA main board is pressed by the trapezoidal supporting column on the base, so that the PCBA main board is mutually clamped and fixed in a shell formed by the upper cover and the base.

The vehicle-mounted NFC access module according to claim 1, wherein two opposite sides of the upper cover are respectively provided with a support frame, and a large mounting hole is formed in a mounting surface of each support frame; and the vehicle-mounted NFC access module is fixedly arranged on a rearview mirror bracket in the rearview mirror through the large mounting hole.
