In this case, two rear door panels 140 may be correspondingly disposed on the industrial cabinet, and for one of the two rear door panels 140, one side may be mounted on the second flange 222 of the first upright 200 located at one side of the industrial cabinet, and the other side may be mounted on the second long flat plate 232 of the first upright 200 located at the middle of the industrial cabinet; for the other of the two rear door panels 140, one side may be mounted to the fourth elongated plate 234 of the first column 200 located at the middle of the industrial cabinet, and the other side may be mounted to the second hem plate 222 of the first column 200 located at the other side of the industrial cabinet. When the number of the first pillars 200 is greater than three, the installation manners of the rear door panel 140 and the first pillars 200 may be analogized in turn, and redundant description is not repeated herein.

By adopting the structure, the connecting piece 300 can be welded on the inner side wall of the side plate 130 in a factory, and the connecting piece 300 can be arranged on the inner side wall of the side plate 130 in the factory in a threaded connection or buckling connection mode, so that when the industrial cabinet is assembled on site, the side plate 130 and the connecting piece 300 do not need to be assembled, the side plate 130 and the connecting piece 300 connected on the side plate 130 can be assembled with other parts of the industrial cabinet as one part, the operation of assembling the industrial cabinet on site can be simplified, and the efficiency of assembling the industrial cabinet on site is improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 5 and 6, as a possible structure of the connecting elements 300, each connecting element 300 may include a first connecting plate 321 and two second connecting plates 322, the two second connecting plates 322 are respectively disposed at two sides of the first connecting plate 321 in the width direction, and the two second connecting plates 322 are perpendicular to the first connecting plate 321. For the connecting member 300 located at both sides, i.e., the connecting member 300 connected to the side plate 130, one of the two second connecting plates 322 is welded to the inner side wall of the side plate 130, and the other of the two second connecting plates 322 is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 310 arranged in a vertical direction. For the connecting member 300 located at the middle, i.e., the connecting member 300 having the top fixed to the top plate 120 and the bottom fixed to the bottom plate 110, both the second connecting plates 322 are provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 310 arranged in the vertical direction.
By adopting the structure, the connecting piece 300 has simple structure, low manufacturing cost, simple connecting mode with the top plate 120, the bottom plate 110 and the side plate 130 and simple assembly operation.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 9 and 10, as a possible structure of the first connecting mechanism, the first connecting mechanism may include a first screw (not shown), a first mounting hole 410, and a first nut (not shown), the first nut may be specifically a first press-riveting nut, the first mounting hole 410 corresponds to the first mounting hole 210, and the first screw penetrates through the first mounting hole 210 and the first mounting hole 410 and is in threaded connection with the first nut.
In another embodiment of the present application, as another possible structure of the first connecting mechanism, the first connecting mechanism includes a first tapping screw (not shown) and a first flanging hole (not shown), the first flanging hole is disposed at the first end of the first mounting part 400, the first flanging hole corresponds to the first mounting hole 210, and the first tapping screw is threaded into the first flanging hole after penetrating into the first mounting hole 210.
In another embodiment of the present application, as a possible structure of the second connection mechanism, the second connection mechanism includes a second screw, a second mounting matching hole 420, and a second nut, the second nut may specifically be a second rivet pressing nut, the second mounting matching hole 420 corresponds to the second mounting hole 310, and the second screw penetrates through the second mounting hole 310 and the second mounting matching hole 420 and is in threaded connection with the second nut.
In another embodiment of the present application, as another possible structure of the second connecting mechanism, the second connecting mechanism includes a second tapping screw (not shown) and a second flanging hole (not shown), the second flanging hole is provided at the second end of the first mounting member 400, the second flanging hole corresponds to the second mounting hole 310, and the second tapping screw is threaded into the second flanging hole after penetrating into the second mounting hole 310.
Referring to fig. 9, as a possible structure of the first mounting member 400, the first mounting member 400 may include a rectangular tray 431 and two surrounding edges 432 extending from edges of two sides of the tray 431 in a direction perpendicular to the tray 431, a first end of each surrounding edge 432 is provided with a first lug 433 extending outward in the direction perpendicular to the surrounding edge 432, the two first lugs 433 are provided with first mounting holes 410, and a second end of each surrounding edge 432 is provided with a second mounting hole 420.
In the industrial cabinet provided by this embodiment, each first mounting fitting hole 410 on the first mounting member 400 is aligned with the corresponding first mounting hole 210, a first screw is inserted into the first mounting fitting hole 410 and the first mounting hole 210 and is screwed with a first nut, each second mounting fitting hole 420 on the first mounting member 400 is aligned with the corresponding second mounting hole 310, a second screw is inserted into the second mounting fitting hole 420 and the second mounting hole 310 and is screwed with a second nut, so that the first end of the first mounting member 400 can be mounted on the first upright post 200, and the second end of the first mounting member 400 is mounted on the connecting member 300.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 10, the industrial cabinet further includes a second mounting member 500, two third connecting mechanisms (not shown) are respectively disposed at two sides of one end of the second mounting member 500, and the two third connecting mechanisms can be respectively connected to the first mounting holes 210 of two adjacent first vertical posts 200.
As a possible structure of the third connecting mechanism, the third connecting mechanism includes a third screw (not shown), a third mounting hole 510, and a third nut (not shown), the third nut may specifically be a third rivet pressing nut, the third mounting hole 510 corresponds to the first mounting hole 210, and the third screw penetrates through the first mounting hole 210 and the third mounting hole 510 and is screwed with the third nut.
As one possible structure of the second mounting part 500, the second mounting part 500 may include a supporting plate 521 obliquely disposed with respect to the base plate 110, two hanging plates 522 extending from opposite sides of the supporting plate 521 in a direction from the second side of the side plate 130 to the first side of the side plate 130, one end of each hanging plate 522 remote from the supporting plate 521 extending in a direction perpendicular to the hanging plate 522 in a direction away from the other hanging plate 522 with a second protruding lug 523, and the two second protruding lugs 523 each being provided with a third mounting engagement hole 510.

In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, fig. 4, and fig. 8, the industrial cabinet further includes a plurality of second vertical pillars 600 and a plurality of front door panels 150, the plurality of second vertical pillars 600 are all vertically disposed, and the plurality of second vertical pillars 600 are sequentially arranged between the two side panels 130, two second vertical pillars 600 arranged at two sides of the plurality of second vertical pillars 600 are respectively fixed at lower portions of second sides of the two side panels 130, and bottoms of second vertical pillars 600 arranged at a middle portion of the plurality of second vertical pillars 600 are all fixed at the bottom panel 110; each of the second columns 600 arranged at both sides among the plurality of second columns 600 is integrally or separately formed with the corresponding side plate 130; both sides of each front door panel 150 are connected to two adjacent second pillars 600, respectively.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the second vertical columns 600 on both sides, that is, the second vertical columns 600 connected to the side plates 130, may include a fourth folding plate 611, a fifth folding plate 612, and a sixth folding plate 613 which are vertically connected in sequence, the fourth folding plate 611 is formed by extending an edge of the second side of the side plate 130 in a direction perpendicular to the side plate 130 toward the other side plate 130, the fifth folding plate 612 is formed by extending an edge of the fourth folding plate 611 in a direction parallel to the side plate 130 toward the first side of the side plate 130, the sixth folding plate 613 is formed by extending an edge of the fifth folding plate 612 in a direction perpendicular to the side plate 130 toward the other side plate 130, wherein the fifth folding plate 612 is used for installing the front door panel 150.
Referring to fig. 8, the second upright 600 located at the middle portion, that is, the second upright 600 with the top connected to the top plate 120 and the bottom connected to the bottom plate 110, may include a sixth long flat plate 621, a seventh long flat plate 622, an eighth long flat plate 623, a ninth long flat plate 624, and a tenth long flat plate 625, which are vertically connected in sequence, the sixth long flat plate 621, the eighth long flat plate 623, and the tenth long flat plate 625 are parallel to each other, the sixth long flat plate 621 and the tenth long flat plate 625 are located on the same plane, the seventh long flat plate 622 and the ninth long flat plate 624 are parallel to each other, that is, the second upright 600 with the top connected to the top plate 120 and the bottom connected to the bottom plate 110 is shaped like a Chinese character 'ji', wherein the seventh long flat plate 622 and the ninth long flat plate 624 are both used for installing the front door panel 150.
According to the industrial cabinet provided by the embodiment, the front door panel 150 covers the second side of the frame formed by the top plate 120, the bottom plate 110 and the two side plates 130, so that elements inside the industrial cabinet can be protected, the position of the front door panel 150 corresponds to the position of the first mounting device 400 one by one, when the elements on the first mounting device 400 need to be operated, maintained or replaced, the corresponding front door panel 150 can be opened for corresponding operation, and the operation is convenient.
In addition, each of the second columns 600 arranged at both sides among the plurality of second columns 600 may be integrally or separately formed with the corresponding side plate 130, the connection manner between the second column 600 and the corresponding side plate 130 is flexible, and when the second column 600 and the corresponding side plate 130 are integrally formed, the operation of connecting the second column 600 and the side plate 130 may be omitted, and the integrally formed side plate 130 and the second column 600 may be simultaneously connected to the top plate 120 as a whole, so that the assembly operation may be simplified, and the assembly efficiency may be improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 4, the industrial cabinet further includes a plurality of third vertical columns 700 and a plurality of panels, the plurality of third vertical columns 700 are parallel to each other and are sequentially arranged between the two side plates 130, each third vertical column 700 is vertically arranged or is obliquely arranged relative to the vertical direction, two third vertical columns 700 arranged at two sides of the plurality of third vertical columns 700 are respectively fixed on the upper portions of the second sides of the two side plates 130, and each third vertical column 700 arranged at two sides of the plurality of third vertical columns 700 is integrally or separately formed with the corresponding side plate 130; the top of each third upright 700 arranged in the middle of the plurality of third uprights 700 is connected to the top plate 120, for example, the top of the third upright 700 is detachably connected or fixed to the top plate 120; two sides of each panel are respectively connected to two adjacent third vertical columns 700.
Specifically, a plurality of third mounting holes 710 are provided on the sixth folding plate 613 of the second pillar 600 provided on the side plate 130, so as to obtain the third pillar 700 provided on the side plate 130 according to the embodiment. A plurality of fourth mounting holes (not shown) are disposed on the sixth long flat plate 621 and the tenth long flat plate 625 of the second upright 600 disposed in the middle of the industrial cabinet, so as to obtain the third upright 700 disposed in the middle of the industrial cabinet according to this embodiment. Wherein, the third mounting hole 710 and the fourth mounting hole are used for mounting the panel.
The panel of the industrial cabinet provided by the embodiment can also cover the second side of the frame formed by the top plate 120, the bottom plate 110 and the two side plates 130, can protect the elements inside the industrial cabinet, and can be used as an interaction device for the industrial cabinet and an operator, so that the operator can conveniently use the industrial cabinet and interact with the electrical equipment inside the industrial cabinet.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the industrial cabinet further includes a platform 160, wherein two opposite sides of the platform 160 are respectively fixed to the middle portions of the second sides of the two side plates 130.
The top of the platform 160 is fixedly connected to the bottom of each of the two pillars, and the bottom of the platform 160 is fixedly connected to the top of each of the third pillars 700. Platform 160 can be used for placing maintenance tools, interactive devices, etc. and facilitates the use of the industrial cabinet and the interaction of the electrical equipment inside the industrial cabinet by the operator.
For further explaining the principle of the present application, the present application further provides an assembling method of an industrial cabinet, and specifically, an industrial cabinet with a structure that the side plate 130 is integrally formed with the first upright column 200, the second upright column 600 and the third upright column 700, and the side plate is provided with the rear door panel 140, the second upright column 600, the front door panel 150, the third upright column 700, the panel and the platform 160 is taken as an example for explanation.
During assembly, two of the connecting members 300 in the plurality of connecting members 300 can be welded to the inner side walls of the two side plates 130 respectively; next, while the two side plates 130 having the first, second and third vertical columns 200, 600 and 700 integrally formed are maintained to be oppositely disposed, the bottom portions of the two side plates 130 are all mounted to the bottom plate 110; next, fixing the other first columns 200 (i.e. the first columns 200 arranged in the middle of the industrial cabinet) in the plurality of first columns 200 to the bottom plate 110 in sequence, and enabling the first columns 200 arranged in the middle of the industrial cabinet and the first columns 200 on the two side plates 130 to be positioned on the same straight line; then, the other connecting members 300 (i.e., the connecting members 300 disposed at the middle portion of the industrial cabinet) among the plurality of connecting members 300 are sequentially fixed to the bottom plate 110, and the connecting members 300 disposed at the middle portion of the industrial cabinet and the connecting members 300 disposed at the two side plates 130 are positioned on the same straight line; then, both sides of the first end of each first mounting member 400 are respectively fixed to two adjacent first uprights 200, and both sides of the second end of each first mounting member 400 are respectively fixed to two adjacent second uprights 600; next, the top plate 120 is installed on top of each side plate 130, each first column 200, and each connecting member 300 located at the middle; then, each rear door panel 140 is fixed on two adjacent first pillars 200, and the top of the rear door is connected with the top plate 120; next, the bottoms of the other second columns 600 (i.e., the second columns 600 disposed in the middle of the industrial cabinet) in the second columns 600 are fixed to the bottom plate 110, and the front door panels 150 are fixed to the two adjacent second columns 600; then, fixing the opposite sides of the platform 160 to the second sides of the two side plates 130, and fixing the bottom of the platform 160 to the top of each second upright 600; next, the top of the other third vertical columns 700 (i.e., the third vertical column 700 provided in the middle of the industrial cabinet) in each third vertical column 700 is fixed to the top plate 120, and the bottom of each third vertical column 700 is fixed to the top of the platform 160; finally, each panel is fixed between two adjacent third uprights 700. Of course, the industrial cabinet is not necessarily assembled by adopting the steps, and the industrial cabinet can be assembled according to other steps according to needs.

Claims (10)

1. An industrial cabinet, characterized in that it comprises:
a base plate;
the top plate and the bottom plate are arranged at intervals up and down;
the two side plates are oppositely arranged and vertically supported between the bottom plate and the top plate;
the first upright columns are vertically arranged and are sequentially arranged between the two side plates, the two first upright columns arranged at two sides of the first upright columns are respectively fixed at the first sides of the two side plates, and the first upright columns arranged at the middle part of the first upright columns are supported between the bottom plate and the top plate;
the connecting pieces are vertically arranged and sequentially arranged between the two side plates, the connecting pieces correspond to the positions of the first upright posts one by one, the two connecting pieces arranged on two sides in the connecting pieces are respectively fixed on the inner side walls of the two side plates, and the connecting pieces arranged in the middle of the connecting pieces are supported between the top plate and the bottom plate;
at least one first installed part, first installed part has relative first end and the second end that sets up, the both sides of the first end of first installed part are connected respectively in adjacent two first stand, the both sides of the second end of first installed part are connected respectively in adjacent two the connecting piece.
2. The industrial cabinet according to claim 1, wherein each of the connectors arranged on both sides of the plurality of connectors is welded, screwed or snapped to the inner side wall of the corresponding side plate.
3. The industrial cabinet according to claim 1, wherein each of the first columns arranged at both sides of the plurality of first columns is integrally or separately formed with the corresponding side plate.

The industrial cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a side of each first upright column close to the adjacent first upright column is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes arranged along a vertical direction; one side of each connecting piece, which is close to the adjacent connecting piece, is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes which are arranged along the vertical direction; the two sides of the first end of the first installation part are provided with a plurality of first connecting mechanisms, the first connecting mechanisms are arranged on the first end of the first installation part, the first connecting mechanisms can be connected to the first stand columns on the corresponding sides respectively, a plurality of second connecting mechanisms are arranged on the second end of the first installation part, the second connecting mechanisms can be connected to the second installation holes on the corresponding sides respectively.

The industrial cabinet according to claim 4, wherein the penetrating direction of the first mounting hole and the penetrating direction of the second mounting hole are perpendicular to each other; one of the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole is a circular through hole, and the other of the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole is a long-strip-shaped through hole.

The industrial cabinet according to claim 4, wherein the first connecting mechanism comprises a first screw, a first mounting matching hole and a first nut, the first mounting matching hole corresponds to the first mounting hole in position, the first screw penetrates into the first mounting hole and the first mounting matching hole and is in threaded connection with the first nut, or the first connecting mechanism comprises a first self-tapping screw and a first flanging hole, the first flanging hole corresponds to the first mounting hole in position, and the first self-tapping screw penetrates into the first mounting hole and is in threaded connection with the first flanging hole;
second coupling mechanism includes second screw, second installation mating holes and second nut, second installation mating holes with second mounting holes position corresponds, the second screw penetrates the second mounting holes reaches second installation mating holes and with second nut threaded connection, perhaps, second coupling mechanism includes second self-tapping screw and second flanging hole, the second flanging hole with second mounting holes position corresponds, second self-tapping screw penetrates behind the second mounting holes threaded connection in the second flanging hole.

The industrial cabinet according to claim 4, further comprising a second mounting member, wherein two third connecting mechanisms are respectively disposed at two sides of one end of the second mounting member, and the two third connecting mechanisms can be respectively connected to the first mounting holes of two adjacent first upright columns.

The industrial cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a plurality of second vertical columns and a plurality of front door panels, wherein the plurality of second vertical columns are vertically arranged and sequentially arranged between the two side panels, two of the plurality of second vertical columns arranged at two sides are respectively fixed at the lower parts of the second sides of the two side panels, and each of the plurality of second vertical columns arranged at two sides is integrally or separately formed with the corresponding side panel; the bottom of each second upright column arranged in the middle of the plurality of second upright columns is fixed on the bottom plate; the two opposite sides of each front door panel are respectively connected to the two adjacent second upright posts.

The industrial cabinet according to claim 8, further comprising a plurality of third vertical columns and a plurality of panels, wherein the plurality of third vertical columns are parallel to each other and are sequentially arranged between the two side panels, each third vertical column is vertically arranged or is obliquely arranged relative to the vertical direction, two of the plurality of third vertical columns arranged on two sides are respectively fixed on the upper portions of the second sides of the two side panels, and each of the plurality of third vertical columns arranged on two sides is integrally or separately formed with the corresponding side panel; the top of each third upright arranged in the middle of the plurality of third uprights is connected to the top plate; the two opposite sides of each panel are respectively connected to the two adjacent third upright posts.

The industrial cabinet according to claim 9, further comprising a platform, wherein two opposite sides of the platform are respectively fixed to the middle portions of the second sides of the two side plates, the top of the platform is fixedly connected to each of the third columns, and the bottom of the platform is fixedly connected to each of the second columns.
