the electrode structure comprises a central electrode, a bent part and an electrode block, wherein the end part of the central electrode is provided with a needle-shaped electrode tip, the electrode tip is arranged between the central electrode and the bent part, the bent part is provided with a wedge-shaped electrode block, the end part of the bent part is provided with a wedge-shaped gap, the electrode block is arranged in the wedge-shaped gap to fill the wedge-shaped gap, the electrode block is provided with a discharge surface opposite to the electrode tip, and a discharge gap is formed between the electrode block and the electrode tip.

3. The spark plug of claim 2 wherein said discharge surface of said electrode block and said electrode tip are perpendicular to each other.
4. The pair of block double iridium spark plugs as claimed in claim 3 wherein said wedge gap is a 45 degree gap and said electrode block is also a 45 degree wedge, said electrode block just filling said wedge gap.
5. The spark plug of claim 4, wherein the electrode block is laser welded into the wedge-shaped notch.
