The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an antenna of a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, in the related art includes a support 90 and a metal elastic sheet structure 91, wherein the metal elastic sheet structure 91 is provided with a connection hole 94, the metal elastic sheet structure 91 covers two sides of the support 90 in a thickness direction, and the support 90 is provided with a through hole (not shown) corresponding to the connection hole 94. The screw 93 passes through the connecting hole 94 and the through hole to fix the bracket 90 and the metal elastic sheet structure 91. Referring to fig. 4 to 6, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided an antenna for a mobile terminal, including a bracket 10 made of a non-metal material, a metal connecting member 20, a fixing member 30, and a fixing fitting member (not shown). The bracket 10 is provided with a positioning portion 11 and a first fixing hole 12. The metal connecting piece 20 comprises a metal body 21 and a metal elastic sheet 22 which is used for being in contact fit with a metal shell of the mobile terminal, and the metal elastic sheet 22 is connected with the metal body 21. The metal body 21 is provided with a positioning engagement portion (not shown) that engages with the positioning portion 11 in a positioning manner, and a second fixing hole (not shown) corresponding to the first fixing hole 12 in position. Optionally, the metal elastic sheet 22 and the metal body 21 are integrally formed, so as to facilitate processing. For example, the metal body 21 may include a steel sheet, the metal elastic sheet 22 may also be made of steel, and the metal elastic sheet 22 may be obtained by stamping on the metal body 21 in a stamping manner. The fixing member 30 may be a screw, and the fixing mating member may be a nut fitted to the screw. The bracket 10 may be made of plastic material to form a plastic bracket.
And the fixing piece 30 penetrates through the first fixing hole 12 and the second fixing hole from one side of the bracket 10, and the fixing piece 30 abuts against the bracket 10. After the antenna is assembled with the metal housing, the antenna is in contact with the metal housing of the mobile terminal through the metal spring 22 to realize a grounding connection, and a grounding path of the antenna is shown in fig. 5. By the arrangement, the fixing element 30 is in contact with the support 10 and is not in contact with the metal connecting element 20, so that the actual contact position of the fixing element 30 and the metal elastic sheet 22 is only the position where the fixed matching element is located, other possible paths are avoided, the consistency of the electrical length of the antenna and the production consistency of products are guaranteed, and the problems of inconsistent electrical connection length caused by contact of a screw and the metal elastic sheet in the related art and inconsistent antenna performance in mass production are effectively solved. And, through the location cooperation of location portion 11 and location cooperation portion, can guarantee not to squint between support 10 and the metal connecting piece 20 to guarantee antenna performance and structural reliability.
In some optional embodiments, one of the positioning portion 11 and the positioning matching portion is a positioning column, and the other of the positioning portion 11 and the positioning matching portion is a positioning hole matched with the positioning column, and the positioning column is inserted through the positioning hole. The thickness of the support plate 14 is smaller than that of the support body 13, and after the metal connecting piece 20 is fixed to the support 10, the metal connecting piece 20 can be located in the notch portion 131 by using the space of the notch portion 131 and does not protrude out of the support 10, so that extra space is not occupied, and the structural design of miniaturization is facilitated. It will be appreciated that the fixing member 30 is in contact with the support plate 14 and not in contact with the metal connecting member 20, ensuring the consistency of the electrical length of the antenna and the production consistency of the product.
Optionally, the positioning portion 11 is disposed at a middle position of the support plate 14. The first fixing holes 12 are formed at both sides of the support plate 14. It should be noted that, the number of the positioning portions 11 and the first fixing holes 12 may be set according to actual needs, and the positions of the positioning portions 11 and the first fixing holes 12 may be set according to actual needs, which is not limited by the present disclosure. For example, the first fixing holes 12 may be two and are respectively provided at both side positions of the support plate 14.
Referring to fig. 5-7, in some alternative embodiments, the support plate 14 includes a first surface (shown as a lower surface) and a second surface (shown as an upper surface) in a thickness direction and a side surface between the first surface and the second surface.
The metal body 21 includes a first metal plate 211, a second metal plate 212, and a third metal plate 213, wherein the first metal plate 211 abuts against the first surface of the support plate 14. The second metal plate 212 abuts against a side surface of the supporting board 14 and is connected to the first metal plate 211, and the third metal plate 213 abuts against a second surface of the supporting board 14 and is connected to the second metal plate 212. It can be understood that the first metal plate 211, the second metal plate 212 and the third metal plate 213 are bent to form the metal body 21 with a substantially "Z" shape. Optionally, the first metal plate 211, the second metal plate 212, and the third metal plate 213 are integrally formed, so as to facilitate processing.
The second fixing hole is disposed in at least one of the first metal plate 211 and the third metal plate 213, and the fixing element 30 abuts against at least one of a second surface of the support plate 14, which is opposite to the first metal plate 211, and a first surface of the support plate 14, which is opposite to the third metal plate 213. The positioning matching part is arranged on the second metal plate 212, and the metal elastic sheet 22 is connected with the third metal plate 213. It is understood that whether the second fixing hole is provided in the first metal plate member 211, or in the third metal plate member 213, or both the first metal plate member 211 and the third metal plate member 213 are provided with the second fixing hole, the fixing member 30 is always in contact with the surface of the portion of the support plate 14 opposite to the metal connecting member 20, but not in contact with the portion of the metal connecting member 20.
After the antenna is assembled with the metal housing, the antenna is in contact with the metal housing of the mobile terminal through the metal elastic sheet 22 to realize a grounding connection, and a grounding path of the antenna is a "Z" shaped path as shown in fig. 5. It can be understood that the first metal plate 211 abuts against the first surface of the supporting board 14, and the fixing element 30 contacts with the second surface of the supporting board 14, so that the first metal plate 211 and other parts of the metal connecting element 20 do not contact with each other, thereby ensuring the consistency of the electrical length of the antenna and the production consistency of the product.
In some optional embodiments, the supporting frame plate 14 includes a first plate 141, a second plate 142 connected to the first plate 141 in a bending manner along a length direction of the supporting frame plate 14, and a third plate 143 connected to the second plate 142 in a bending manner along the length direction of the supporting frame plate 14.
The first metal plate 211 abuts against a first surface of the first board 141, the second metal plate 212 abuts against a side surface of the second board 142, and the third metal plate 213 abuts against second surfaces of the second board 142 and the third board 143.
The first fixing hole is formed in at least one of the first plate body and the third plate body, and the fixing piece abuts against at least one of the second surface of the first plate body and the first surface of the third plate body. The positioning portion 11 is disposed on the second surface of the second plate 142. In this embodiment, the first plate 141 and the third plate 143 are respectively provided with one first fixing hole 12, and two fixing members 30 respectively pass through the first fixing holes 12 of the first plate 141 and the third plate 143.
