Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a doorbell for install to on outdoor wall body or the door body, so that outdoor personnel can call indoor personnel through the doorbell. Specifically, the doorbell can be a wireless doorbell or a wired doorbell, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the doorbell.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a side view of a doorbell provided in an embodiment of the present application. The doorbell can include a housing 100, a doorbell button 200, and a camera 300. The housing 100 may have a rear sidewall 111 for mounting fixation and a front sidewall 131 opposite to the rear sidewall 111. The doorbell button 200 is disposed at one end of the front sidewall 131, and is configured to receive an operation command from an outdoor person to activate a corresponding function of the doorbell, so as to remind the outdoor person of visiting. The doorbell button 200 may be a virtual button on a touch screen or a physical button, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The camera 300 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the front side wall 131, and then outdoor pictures can be picked up through the camera 300 to be checked by a doorbell owner.
Specifically, the outdoor pictures picked up by the camera 300 can be transmitted to the display device indoors by way of wired transmission, so as to be viewed by people located indoors. The outdoor pictures picked up by the camera 300 can also be transmitted to the indoor display device through Wireless networks such as bluetooth and WIFI (Wireless Fidelity, wireless communication technology) for the people located indoors to view. Certainly, the outdoor picture picked up by the camera 300 may also be uploaded to the cloud server for the user who logs in the cloud server to check, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It is understood that, in practical use, the rear wall 111 of the casing 100 may be fixed to a wall or a door body. Specifically, the housing 100 may be directly fixed to a wall or a door body by screws, tapes, or the like. Optionally, the casing 100 may also be indirectly fixed to a wall body or a door body, for example, the doorbell further includes a doorbell mounting seat, the doorbell mounting seat is fixed to the wall body or the door body through adhesive tape bonding, and at this time, the rear side wall 111 of the casing 100 is detachably connected to the doorbell mounting seat through clamping, screwing and other modes, so as to achieve that the casing 100 indirectly fixes to the door body or the wall body.
It is also understood that, in practical use, when the rear side wall 111 of the housing 100 is fixed, the doorbell button 200 may be located at the lower end of the housing 100, and the camera 300 is located at the upper end of the housing 100, or the doorbell button 200 is located below the camera 300. Then, when the outdoor person raises his hand to operate the doorbell button 200, the palm and the arm of the user are not easy to block the camera 300, so as to prevent the camera 300 from being unable to acquire the face information of the outdoor person when the hand of the outdoor person stays on the doorbell button 200.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present application will be further explained and explained below by taking the case 100 fixed on a wall and the doorbell button 200 located below the camera 300 as an example.
In some embodiments, the optical axis L of the camera 300 is inclined with respect to the rear wall 111, so that after the rear wall 111 is fixed on a wall, the optical axis L of the camera 300 is also inclined with respect to the wall, and since the wall is perpendicular to a horizontal plane, the optical axis L of the camera 300 is also inclined with respect to the horizontal plane. Further, along the direction from the rear side wall 111 to the front side wall 131, the optical axis L of the camera 300 is inclined toward the direction close to the doorbell button 200, and then the optical axis L of the camera 300 is inclined downward.
It can be understood that the height of the person is limited, and if the optical axis L of the camera 300 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the outdoor person may be located in the middle of the image of the camera 300, and at this time, the area above the outdoor person in the image of the camera 300 is useless, but the area above the outdoor person in the image of the camera 300 is larger. In the embodiment of the present application, the optical axis L of the camera 300 is set to be inclined downward, so that the outdoor person in the imaging picture of the camera 300 can be located at the middle upper side of the imaging picture, and further, the useless area above the outdoor person in the imaging picture can be reduced, and instead, the visible area below the outdoor person in the imaging picture is increased. Based on this, in the embodiment of the present application, the face information of the outdoor personnel and the like can be monitored through one camera 300, and whether express delivery, packages and the like exist on the floor can also be monitored. Compared with the camera 300 with a larger visual angle and a higher price, the camera 300 has the advantage of lower cost in order to increase the visual area below an outdoor person in the imaging picture of the camera 300.
An included angle between the optical axis L of the camera 300 and the rear sidewall 111 is greater than or equal to 30 ° and less than or equal to 35 °. Then, after the rear sidewall 111 is fixed to the wall, the angle between the optical axis L of the camera 300 and the horizontal plane is greater than or equal to 15 ° and less than or equal to 20 °. Illustratively, the optical axis L of the camera 300 may form an angle of 30 °, 31 °, 33.5 °, or 35 ° with the rear sidewall 111. Furthermore, the face of the outdoor person cannot be normally shot due to the fact that the optical axis L of the camera 300 is inclined downwards by too large an angle; or, the monitoring range of the camera 300 to the lower part of the outdoor personnel is prevented from being smaller due to the fact that the downward inclination angle of the optical axis L of the camera 300 is too small.
The camera 300 may be a wide-angle camera 300, such as the camera 300 being a wide-angle lens with a viewing angle in a vertical plane greater than 150 ° to increase the monitoring range of the camera 300 on the outdoor floor. Of course, in some other embodiments, the camera 300 may not be the wide-angle camera 300, which is not limited in this application.
With continued reference to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a perspective view of the doorbell shown in fig. 1. The front sidewall 131 may be provided with a protrusion 1311, and the protrusion 1311 includes a top 1311a located at a side of the camera 300 facing away from the doorbell button 200. Wherein, along the direction of the doorbell button 200 towards the camera 300, or in the vertical direction, the orthographic projection of the exposed part of the camera 300 is located within the orthographic projection of the top 1311a. Then, after the rear wall 111 is fixed to the wall, the top 1311a of the protruding portion 1311 is located above the camera 300, and the exposed portion of the camera 300 is shielded on the upper side of the camera 300, so as to achieve waterproof and dustproof functions.
Illustratively, the front sidewall 131 may include a body portion 1312 parallel to the rear sidewall 111. The protrusion 1311 is protruded from the body 1312. The outer surface of the boss 1311 may include a mounting surface 1311b and a connection surface 1311c. The mounting surface 1311b is provided with a second mounting hole 132 communicating with the inner cavity of the housing 100, and the camera 300 is inserted into the second mounting hole 132, so that the camera 300 is partially located inside the housing 100 and partially exposed outside the housing 100. At this time, along the direction of the doorbell button 200 towards the camera 300, or along the direction from bottom to top, the mounting surface 1311b inclines towards the outside of the housing 100, and the camera 300 is disposed at the middle position of the mounting surface 1311b, so that the top end of the mounting surface 1311b protrudes outwards more than the exposed part of the camera 300, and the top 1311a of the protruding portion 1311 plays a role in preventing water and dust for the camera 300. In this case, the mounting surface 1311b may be connected to the body 1312 through the connection surface 1311c at all peripheral edges. The lower portion of the mounting surface 1311b may be a curved surface to be smoothly connected to the main body portion 1312, and the other end edge of the mounting surface 1311b may be connected to the front surface through the connection surface 1311c, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Of course, the protrusion 1311 may also be integrally disposed on a side of the camera 300 opposite to the doorbell button 200, such as the protrusion 1311 may be a convex hull or a convex rib located on the upper side of the camera 300, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, the housing may further include a first seal ring 14. The first sealing ring 14 is compressed between the inner wall forming the second mounting hole 132 and the camera 300 to seal the gap between the inner wall of the second mounting hole 132 and the camera 300, so as to achieve a waterproof and dustproof effect on the components inside the casing 100.
The inner wall of the first sealing ring 14 may be provided with a plurality of rings of ribs, each rib abutting against the circumferential side surface of the camera 300 to form a seal. Furthermore, the sealing effect between the first sealing ring 14 and the camera 300 can be improved by forming a plurality of seals through a plurality of circles of ribs.
Continuing with FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the doorbell of FIG. 2. The doorbell can also include a first circuit board 400. The first circuit board 400 is electrically connected to the camera head 300. The first circuit board 400 may be provided with a driving circuit cooperating with the camera 300 to implement functions of controlling, signal converting, and power supplying the camera 300. The first circuit board 400 is located in the housing 100, and the first circuit board 400 is substantially perpendicular to the optical axis L of the camera 300. Therefore, in the assembling process, the base of the camera 300 can be directly placed on the first circuit board 400 and then installed and fixed, so that the connection stability of the camera 300 and the first circuit board 400 can be improved, and the installation of the camera 300 is simpler and more convenient.
It can be understood that since the first circuit board 400 is substantially perpendicular to the optical axis L of the camera head 300, the first circuit board 400 and the rear sidewall 111 are inclined to each other. At this time, the protrusion 1311 may be provided as a hollow structure, and the first circuit board 400 is partially received inside the protrusion 1311. Furthermore, a larger distance between the main body 1312 of the front sidewall 131 and the rear sidewall 111 is not required to be set to accommodate the first circuit board 400 which is obliquely set, so that the doorbell is lighter, thinner and more beautiful as a whole. Of course, in some embodiments, the protrusion 1311 may not be a hollow structure, and this is not limited in this application.
The doorbell can also include a second circuit board 500 disposed within the housing 100. The doorbell button 200 is electrically connected to the second circuit board 500. The second circuit board 500 is provided separately from the first circuit board 400. It can be understood that, because doorbell button 200 is great with camera 300's interval, be connected to different circuit boards respectively with camera 300 and doorbell button 200 in this application embodiment, and then can carry out reasonable the arranging to the drive circuit part of the different components and parts of doorbell according to the inside actual structure of casing 100.
Of course, the doorbell button 200 may also be mounted on the first circuit board 400. It is understood that if the doorbell button 200 and the camera 300 are both disposed on the first circuit board 400, the first circuit board 400 at least needs to extend from the camera 300 to the doorbell button 200, so that the height of the first circuit board 400 in the vertical direction is relatively large. At this time, since the first circuit board 400 is again disposed obliquely, a large space is required between the front sidewall 131 and the rear sidewall 111 of the housing 100 to accommodate the obliquely disposed first circuit board 400, eventually resulting in a large thickness of the housing 100 in a direction toward the front sidewall 131 along the rear sidewall 111.
Based on this, in the embodiment of the present application, the doorbell button 200 may be disposed on the second circuit board 500, and the second circuit board 500 is substantially parallel to the rear sidewall 111, so as to reduce the thickness of the housing 100, and further make the doorbell lighter, thinner and more beautiful as a whole.
Next, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application will be illustrated with reference to one of the structures of the housing 100.
The case 100 may include a rear case 11, a middle case 12, and a front case 13. The rear case 11 includes a rear sidewall 111 and a circumferential wall 112 disposed around the rear sidewall 111. The middle shell 12 is connected to the annular wall 112. The middle shell 12, the annular wall 112 and the rear shell 11 enclose to form a mounting cavity, and then electronic components of the doorbell can be mounted in the mounting cavity. The doorbell button 200 is connected to the center housing 12 and is partially located within the mounting cavity. The front shell 13 covers a side of the middle shell 12 facing away from the rear shell 11 to form a front sidewall 131, and the front sidewall 131 includes a triggering portion 1313 for triggering the doorbell button 200.
In some embodiments, to enlarge the activation area of the doorbell button 200, the area of the activation portion 1313 may be between two-fifths to three-fifths of the area of the front housing 13. Furthermore, for some outdoor people with large fingers or wearing gloves, the probability that the area of the doorbell button 200 is too small to be pressed by the outdoor people can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6 together, fig. 4 isbase:Sub>A front view of the doorbell shown in fig. 1, fig. 5 isbase:Sub>A sectional view taken along the directionbase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A of the doorbell shown in fig. 4, and fig. 6 isbase:Sub>A partial enlarged view at X of the sectional view of the doorbell shown in fig. 5. The front housing 13 further includes a fixed portion 1314 coupled to the trigger portion 1313. The fixed part 1314 is fixedly connected with the middle shell 12, and the triggering part 1313 is arranged on one side of the fixed part 1314 close to the doorbell button 200, so that the triggering part 1313 can be installed. The trigger 1313 is provided separately from the middle case 12 so that there is a gap between the trigger 1313 and the middle case 12 for movement of the trigger 1313. The triggering portion 1313 can be elastically bent toward the middle case 12 to trigger the doorbell button 200. Further, the user may press the trigger 1313 to cause the trigger 1313 to trigger the doorbell button 200.
Take the triggering part 1313 of the front wall 131 as an example, where some parts of the doorbell button 200 are disposed. The doorbell button 200 may comprise a microswitch 21, an elastic seal 22 and a press 23. The microswitch 21 is arranged in the mounting cavity. The middle case 12 is provided with a first mounting hole 121 communicating with the mounting cavity. The elastic sealing member 22 is provided to the middle case 12 and closes the first mounting hole 121. The pressing member 23 is disposed on the triggering portion 1313, and the triggering portion 1313 can be elastically bent to drive the pressing member 23 to move, so that the elastic sealing member 22 can be elastically deformed to trigger the micro switch 21 by being pressed by the pressing member 23.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, by disposing the micro switch 21 in the installation cavity, a better protection effect can be provided for the micro switch 21 through the housing 100. Furthermore, by arranging the elastic sealing element 22, the microswitch 21 can be triggered by the pressing element 23 located outside the installation cavity in the embodiment of the present application, and a good sealing protection effect can be achieved on the installation cavity.
The pressing piece 23 and the elastic sealing member 22 may be separately provided, or the pressing piece 23 and the elastic sealing member 22 may be abutted to each other, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The elastic seal 22 and the microswitch 21 may be provided separately, or the elastic seal 22 and the microswitch 21 may be in contact with each other.
Optionally, the doorbell button 200 is disposed at one end of the front side wall 131, or the doorbell button 200 is located beside one end of the front side wall 131, or the doorbell button 200 and the front side wall 131 are separately disposed. For example, the doorbell button 200 includes only the above-described micro switch 21 and the elastic sealing member 22, and the triggering portion 1313 presses the elastic sealing member 22 by itself when elastic bending occurs, so that the elastic sealing member 22 is elastically deformed to trigger the micro switch 21.
In addition, the first circuit board 400, the second circuit board 500 and a part of the camera 300 may be accommodated in the mounting cavity. Further, the first circuit board 400, the second circuit board 500, and the camera 300 are protected by the case 100. Specifically, the first circuit board 400 may be fixedly connected to the middle case 12, the camera 300 may be fixedly mounted on the first circuit board 400, and the second circuit board 500 may be fixedly connected to the middle case 12.
The middle housing 12 and the rear housing 11 may be detachably connected. Such as a snap fit between the middle shell 12 and the annular wall 112, or a screw fit between the middle shell 12 and the rear sidewall 111, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The middle case 12 and the front case 13 may be detachably coupled. For example, the middle shell 12 and the front shell 13 can be detachably connected by screwing, clamping, magnetic attraction, and the like.
Taking the middle shell 12 and the front shell 13 as an example, a first clamping groove may be formed in one side of the middle shell 12, which faces away from the rear side wall 111, and a first buckle may be arranged on one side of the front shell 13, which faces the rear side wall 111, and the first buckle may be clamped in the first clamping groove to fix the front shell 13 and the rear shell 11. Meanwhile, one side of the front shell 13, which is back to the rear side wall 111, does not need to be additionally provided with other connecting structures, and the side of the front shell 13, which is back to the rear side wall 111 or the front surface of the doorbell, can be increased to be simple and attractive.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
The doorbell provided by the embodiment of the present application is introduced in detail, and a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation manner of the present application, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understand the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
