In order to realize the relative positioning between the column 4 and the positioning protrusion 31, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the positioning protrusion 31 may further include a positioning slot 311 formed by the positioning rib 21, the top end of the column 4 can be inserted into the positioning slot 311, the inner wall surface of the positioning slot 311 can be abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the column 4, that is, the inner contour of the positioning slot 311 formed by the positioning rib 21 surrounding the positioning slot matches with the outer contour of the outer circumferential surface of the column 4, so as to avoid the column 4 from shaking in the positioning slot 311, and in addition, the column 4 and the positioning slot 311 may be in clearance fit, so that the column 4 is inserted into the positioning slot 311.
In order to achieve the fixed connection between the upright post 4 and the positioning lug 31, as shown in fig. 3, a first fastening hole 312 may be provided in the positioning slot 311, and as shown in fig. 1, a second fastening hole 41 for cooperating with the first fastening hole 312 may be provided at the top end of the upright post 4, so that the upright post 4 is fastened to the positioning lug 31. Specifically, after the top end of the pillar 4 is inserted into the positioning insertion slot 311, a fastener may be inserted into the first fastening hole 312 and the second fastening hole 41 to achieve a fastening connection between the pillar 4 and the positioning protrusion 31. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, three reinforcing ribs 22 may be disposed between two adjacent positioning protrusions 31, and the height of the reinforcing ribs 22 protruding from the lower surface of the top cover 2 is less than the height of the positioning protrusions 31 protruding from the lower surface of the top cover 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the top cap 2 may be constructed in a disc-shaped structure, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 22 may be constructed in an arc-shaped structure, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 22 may be arranged concentrically with the top cap 2.
In the specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the positioning protrusion 31 and the positioning groove 321 may be in clearance fit, and the clearance between the positioning protrusion 31 and the positioning groove 321 may be 0.3mm to 0.5mm, so that the positioning protrusion 31 is conveniently inserted into the positioning groove 321 from above the positioning groove 321, and the positioning accuracy between the top cover 2 and the front shell 1 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the contour of the inner wall surface of the positioning groove 321 matches the outer contour of the positioning protrusion 31, so as to prevent the positioning protrusion 31 from shaking in the positioning groove 321 and affecting the positioning accuracy between the top cover 2 and the front shell 1. Specifically, the positioning groove 321 may be configured as a U-shaped groove, and an outer contour of a portion of the positioning protrusion 31 that is fitted into the positioning groove 321 may be configured as a U-shape, so that the outer contour of the positioning protrusion 31 is fitted into an inner contour of the positioning groove 321.
According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an air conditioner including the air conditioner case according to the first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Through the technical scheme, the air conditioner provided by the disclosure has the same technical effect as the air conditioner shell in the technical scheme, and unnecessary repetition is avoided, so that the details are not repeated.
