The electronic device clamping device of claim 7, wherein one of said second abutment portion and said second locking portion comprises a catch, and the other of said second abutment portion and said second locking portion comprises a catch; the second clamping arm comprises a third sliding arm in sliding connection with the base body and a second clamping part connected to one end of the third sliding arm, the second abutting part is arranged on the surface, close to the substrate, of the third sliding arm, and the fifth limiting part is a limiting block and is arranged on the side face of the third sliding arm; the second clamping arm further comprises a fourth sliding arm which is arranged opposite to the third sliding arm and connected with the second clamping part, a seventh limiting part is arranged on the surface, close to the substrate, of the fourth sliding arm, the base body further comprises an eighth limiting part connected with the first surface, and the seventh limiting part is used for being abutted against one of the eighth limiting parts in the third locking state or the fourth locking state so as to further fix the distance between the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm.
