Referring to fig. 1, the roller core comprises a roller core main body 1, wherein connecting shafts 2 are fixedly connected to two ends of the roller core main body 1, gears 6 are fixedly connected to the connecting shafts 2, detachable embossing cylinders 3 are installed on the outer side of the roller core main body 1, the roller can be connected to external stamping equipment through the connecting shafts 2, and the roller can be connected with a transmission structure of the stamping equipment through the gears 6 so as to be stamped.

Referring to fig. 4, the clamping assembly 4 includes a bidirectional threaded sleeve 41 rotatably connected to the connecting rod 12, one end of the bidirectional threaded sleeve 41 is fixedly connected with a driving disk 42, one side of the driving disk 42 is provided with a braking groove 46, the bidirectional threaded sleeve 41 is threadedly connected with driving blocks 43 which are symmetrical to each other, two sides of each driving block 43 are hinged with a linkage rod 44, one end of each linkage rod 44, which is far away from each driving block 43, is hinged with a clamping plate 45, the driving disk 42 is rotated manually to drive the bidirectional threaded sleeve 41 to rotate, then the bidirectional threaded sleeve 41 drives the two driving blocks 43, the two driving blocks 43 move relatively, the linkage rod 44 is rotated around a hinge point under the driving of the driving blocks 43, one end of the linkage rod 44 pushes the clamping plate 45, and then the clamping plate 45 moves towards the embossing cylinder 3.
Refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the joint groove 31 of mutual symmetry is seted up to embossing cylinder 3's inboard, cardboard 45 and the mutual adaptation in joint groove 31, when cardboard 45 removes towards embossing cylinder 3's direction, can imbed inside joint groove 31, then make cardboard 45 and joint groove 31 form the joint, thereby make embossing cylinder 3 fixed with joint subassembly 4 joint, in order to realize the detachable of a roller core main part 1 and embossing cylinder 3 and be connected, then be convenient for people to dismantle the change to embossing cylinder 3.
Referring to fig. 4, cardboard 45's outside fixedly connected with rubber sleeve 47, rubber sleeve 47 can strengthen the frictional force between cardboard 45 and the joint groove 31, then strengthen joint intensity to improve the stability of joint.
Referring to fig. 5, an inner groove 51 is formed at one side of the brake disk 5, and a plurality of braking elements 52 are installed on the brake disk 5 and arranged around the axial center point thereof, so that the internal components of the braking elements 52 are moved by manually operating the braking elements 52, and then the driving disk 42 is pressed, thereby braking and fixing the driving disk 42.
Referring to fig. 5, the braking member 52 includes a threaded rod 521 threadedly connected to the brake disc 5, one end of the threaded rod 521 is rotatably connected to a squeeze brake block 522, two ends of the squeeze brake block 522 are both fixedly connected to guide rods 523, the guide rods 523 are connected to the brake disc 5 in a penetrating manner, the squeeze brake block 522 is embedded in the brake slot 46, and by manually rotating the threaded rod 521, the threaded rod 521 drives the squeeze brake block 522 to move, so that the squeeze brake block 522 moves toward the driving disc 42, the squeeze brake block 522 is embedded in the brake slot 46, and the squeeze brake block 522 is attached to the inner wall of the brake slot 46 in a squeezing manner, thereby braking and fixing the driving disc 42, preventing the embossing cylinder 3 from loosening when the printing roller is in operation, and avoiding affecting the normal operation of the printing roller.
