A special machine for drilling and chamfering of a bar-shaped needle plate comprises a box-type machine body (100) and is characterized in that a circular turntable (105) is arranged on a table top (101) of the box-type machine body (100) in a rotating mode, a turntable motor (102) fixed below the table top drives the circular turntable (105) to rotate, 8 workpiece pressing/opening/closing tools (200) are uniformly distributed on the circular turntable (105) along the circumferential direction, 8 stations are uniformly distributed on the table top (101) in the circumferential direction of the circular turntable (105), and a feeding device (300), an inspection device, a drilling machine (400), a hole expanding machine (500), a front arc hole machine (600), a workpiece turning device (700), a back arc hole machine (800) and a discharging device (900) are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the table top (101) from the station right in front; a semicircular supporting plate (103) is fixedly arranged on a table top (101) below a circular turntable (105), convex plates (104) are fixedly arranged at positions corresponding to a workpiece overturning device (700), a feeding device (300) and a discharging device (900), when a workpiece pressing/opening/closing tool (200) on the circular turntable (105) reaches the 3 convex plates (104), the workpiece pressing/opening/closing tool (200) loosens the workpiece to overturn, place or take down the workpiece, and workpieces are pressed/opened/closed by the workpiece pressing/opening/closing tool (200) at other positions to press the workpiece tightly so as to inspect, drill, expand holes, front arc holes or back arc holes of the workpiece.

The special machine for drilling and chamfering the bar-shaped needle plate according to claim 1, wherein the workpiece pressing/opening/closing tool (200) comprises a first base body (201) and a second base body (208) which are fixedly connected with the circular turntable (105), an I-shaped groove (206) is formed in the upper end of the first base body (201), 2 forked slide blocks (202) corresponding to the width of the workpiece are in clearance fit in the I-shaped groove (206), the forked slide blocks (202) are forked, the lower ends of the 2 forked slide blocks (202) are fixedly connected with guide rods (203) which penetrate through the first base body (201) in a clearance mode respectively, the lower ends of the 2 guide rods (203) are fixedly connected with connecting blocks (204), and springs (205) are sleeved between the upper end of the 2 guide rods (203), the connecting blocks (204) and the lower surface of the circular turntable (105); positioning pins (207) are respectively arranged at the two sides of the I-shaped groove (206) and the round holes corresponding to the two ends of the workpiece; a vertical guide hole and a radial pin hole (210) communicated with the vertical guide hole are formed in the second seat body (208), a sliding rod (209) is in sliding fit in the guide hole, a spiral groove is formed in the sliding rod (209), the included angle between the starting end and the ending end of the spiral groove and the axis of the sliding rod on the ground is 90 degrees, and a guide pin is fixedly connected in the radial pin hole (210) and extends into the spiral groove; the lower end of the sliding rod (209) is in threaded connection with a nut (211), the lower end of the nut (211) is provided with a semi-spherical ball (212), and a spring (205) is sleeved on the sliding rod (209) between the nut (211) and the second seat body (208); the upper end of the sliding rod (209) is fixedly connected with a pressing plate (213); the circular turntable (105) does not interfere with 2 guide rods (203), a connecting block (204), a spring (205), a sliding rod (209) and a nut (211).
