When the second part 20 and the third part 30 need to be assembled, the second part 20 is butted with the third part 30, the second inserting column 6 on the third part 10 is correspondingly inserted into the lock hole 7 of the third part 30, and the locking piece 8 is enabled to move to lock the second inserting column 6 in the lock hole 7, so that the second part 20 and the third part 30 can be assembled quickly; when the second member 20 and the third member 30 need to be disassembled, the locking member 8 is enabled to move to release the second plug 6 in the locking hole 7, and the second member 20 and the third member 30 can be disassembled quickly by separating the second member 20 and the third member 30 to withdraw the second plug 6 from the locking hole 7. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 to 9, the peripheral wall of the second insert post 6 is formed with a catching groove 61;
the locking piece 8 is provided with a clamping part 81 matched with the clamping groove 61;
the second inserting column 6 is inserted into the lock hole 7, and when the clamping part 81 is clamped in the clamping groove 61, the locking part 8 locks the second inserting column 6; when the holding portion 81 is disengaged from the engaging groove 61, the locking member 8 releases the second stud 6.
In this embodiment, the locking member 8 and the second plug-in post 6 adopt a locking matching structure of the clamping portion 81 and the clamping groove 61, when the clamping portion 81 of the locking member 8 is clamped in the clamping groove 61 of the second plug-in post 6, the locking member 8 locks the second plug-in post 6, and the second plug-in post 6 is in a locking state; when the retaining portion 81 of the retaining member 8 is separated from the engaging groove 61 of the second inserting column 6, the retaining member 8 releases the second inserting column 6, and the second inserting column 6 is in an unlocking state. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 to 9, one side of the locking member 8 facing the entrance of the locking hole 7 is provided with a groove 82, the groove 82 penetrates through two opposite sides of the locking member 8, a retaining part 81 is formed on one wall of the groove 82 and extends towards the inside of the groove 82, and the groove 82 is used for accommodating the free end of the second plug 6. In this embodiment, when the second plug 6 is inserted into the locking hole 7, the free end of the second plug 6 is correspondingly accommodated in the groove 82 of the locking member 8 to avoid the free end of the second plug 6, and the retaining portion 81 formed on the wall of the groove 82 is correspondingly clamped into the retaining groove 61 of the second plug 6, so as to lock the second plug 6 by the locking member 8.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4-9, the quick-disconnect structure further comprises:
the second resetting piece 9 is arranged in the lock hole 7;
the movable piece 11 is positioned at one side of the second part 20, which is provided with the lock hole 7, and one end of the movable piece 11 is positioned in the lock hole 7;
the movable part 11 can drive the locking part 8 to move under the action of external force, so that the clamping part 81 is separated from the clamping groove 61; when the external force disappears, the second reset piece exerts the acting force on the locking piece 8 to enable the locking piece 8 to move and reset.
In this embodiment, the assembly process of the second member 20 and the second member 30 may be: for the second component 20, the movable element 11 controls the locking element 8 to move forward under the action of external force, and the clamping part 81 of the locking element 8 moves along with the movement to avoid, so that the insertion position of the second insertion column 6 of the third component 30 is reserved; then the second plug 6 of the third member 30 is inserted into the locking hole 7 and reaches the plugging position; then, when the external force disappears, the moving part 11 releases the control of the locking part 8, the second resetting part 9 applies acting force to the locking part 8, the locking part 8 moves reversely under the acting force of the second resetting part 9 to reset, and the clamping part 81 of the locking part 8 follows up to be correspondingly clamped into the clamping groove 61 of the second plug 6 of the third part 30, so as to realize locking; in the locked state, the second member 20 and the third member 30 are not separable, and thus, the assembly of the second member 20 and the third member 30 is completed.
The disassembling process of the second part 20 and the third part 30 can be as follows: for the second part 20, the movable element 11 controls the locking element 8 to move forwards under the action of external force, and the clamping part 81 of the locking element 8 follows to withdraw from the clamping groove 61 of the second plug column 6 so as to realize unlocking; in the unlocked state, the second part 20 is separable from the third part 30; then, the second stud 6 of the third member 30 is withdrawn from the locking hole 7 of the second member 20, thereby completing the detachment of the second member 20 from the third member 30.
Wherein the moving member 11 may adopt the sliding key of the previous embodiment or other structural forms, which are explained in detail in the following embodiments. The second piece 9 that resets can adopt elasticity piece, magnetism to reset piece etc. to be used for retaining member 8 provides the effort that removes the reset, sets up according to actual conditions.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7-9, one end of the moving member 11 is positioned on one side of retaining member 8 and abuts retaining member 8;
the second piece 9 that resets is located the opposite side of retaining member 8, and the second piece 11 that resets includes reset spring 11, and reset spring 11's one end and the pore wall butt of lockhole 7, the other end and retaining member 8 butt.
In this embodiment, the one end of the moving member 11 and the second returning member 9 are located on opposite sides of the locking member 8, respectively, and abut against the locking member 8. The second reset piece 9 adopts a reset spring 9, and when the movable piece 11 on one side of the locking piece 8 drives the locking piece 8 to move towards the other side, the reset spring 9 is pressed by the locking piece 8 to compress and store energy; when the external force disappears to make the moving member 11 release the control of the locking member 8, the return spring 9 automatically extends to release its elastic potential energy, and the force applied to the locking member 8 by the return spring 9 moves the locking member 8 to return to its one side direction. Further, as an alternative, mounting holes are oppositely formed in the hole walls of the locking member 8 and the locking hole 7, and two ends of the return spring 9 are respectively embedded in the mounting holes in the hole walls of the locking member 8 and the locking hole 7, so that mounting and setting are achieved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 to 10, the moving member 11 includes an unlocking handle 11, one end of the unlocking handle 11 is a connecting end 11a and is rotatably connected with the second member 20 through a mounting shaft;
the unlocking handle 11 rotates in a first direction, and the connecting end 11a of the unlocking handle 11 rotates to press the locking member 8 to move, so that the holding part 81 is separated from the clamping groove 61; the unlocking handle 11 is rotated in the second direction, the connecting end 11a is rotated to release the locker 8, and the second restoring member applies force to the locker 8 to move and restore the locker 8.
In this embodiment, the connecting end 11a of the unlocking handle 11 is disposed adjacent to the locking member 8 on the second member 20 and is rotatable on the second member 20 about the mounting shaft. When unlocking is needed, the unlocking handle 11 can be manually operated to rotate in the first direction, the connecting end 11a of the unlocking handle 11 rotates to press the locking piece 8 to move forwards, and the clamping part 81 of the locking piece 8 follows to withdraw from the clamping groove 61 of the second plug-in post 6; when locking is needed, the unlocking handle 11 can be loosened or manually operated, the unlocking handle 11 rotates in the second direction, the connecting end 11a rotates to release the locking member 8, the second resetting member 9 applies acting force to the locking member 8 to enable the locking member 8 to move reversely to reset, and the clamping portion 81 of the locking member 8 follows to be clamped into the clamping groove 61 of the second plug 6. The first direction is opposite to the second direction, the first direction may be a counterclockwise direction or a clockwise direction, and the second direction may be a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction, and is determined according to a specific setting position of the unlocking handle 11.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the connecting end 11a of the unlocking handle 11 is arc-shaped.
In this embodiment, the connecting end 11a of the unlocking handle 11 is arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped surface of the connecting end is in contact with the locking member 8, so that when the unlocking handle 11 rotates in the first direction, the locking member 8 can be extruded along with the rotation of the connecting end to move forward; and when the unlocking handle 11 rotates in the second direction, the unlocking handle can rotate along with the unlocking handle to release the locking piece 8, and the resetting piece 4 applies force to the locking piece 8 to enable the locking piece 8 to move reversely and reset.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the unlocking handle 11 is provided with a magnetic attraction member 1101 for magnetically attracting the second member 20.
In this embodiment, the unlocking handle 11 is magnetically attracted to the second component 20 through the magnetic attraction member 1101 to be attached to the second component 20, so as to prevent the unlocking handle from being rotated due to misoperation, thereby improving the locking stability of the second component 20 and the third component 30. The magnetic attraction member 1101 is magnetically attracted to the second component 20, optionally, the magnetic attraction member 1101 is a magnet, a magnetically attractable metal member is correspondingly disposed on the second component 20 for magnetically attracting the magnet, and the magnetically attractable metal member may be a steel sheet, for example, and is disposed according to the situation. Alternatively, the magnetic member 1101 may be made of magnetically attractable metal, and the second member 20 may be provided with a corresponding magnet, which is selected according to actual conditions.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9 to 11, the other end of the unlocking handle 11 is a free end 11b, the free end 11b of the unlocking handle 11 can relatively approach or separate from the second component 20 with the rotation of the connecting end 11a, and a locking position for dialing is formed between the free end 11b and the connecting end 11 a.
In this embodiment, the free end 11b of the unlocking handle 11 is opposite to the connecting end 11a thereof, and a locking position formed between the free end and the connecting end may be formed by recessing the unlocking handle 11 toward a side portion of the second member 20, and the locking position is an operation position provided for a user, so that the user can operate the unlocking handle 11 to rotate conveniently. Specifically, when the unlocking handle 11 is rotated in the first direction, the free end 11b of the unlocking handle 11 is relatively distant from the second member 20 with the rotation of the connecting end 11 a; when the unlocking handle 11 is rotated in the second direction, the free end 11b of the unlocking handle 11 is relatively close to the second member 20 with the rotation of the connecting end 11 a.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the unlocking handle 11 is elongated and exposed outside the second member 20, and the free end 11b of the unlocking handle 11 is provided with a magnetic attraction 1101. In this embodiment, the unlocking handle 11 is shaped like a long strip and has a certain length, and the unlocking handle 11 is located outside the second component 20, so that a user can conveniently hold the unlocking handle. Further, the connecting end 11a of the unlocking handle 11 is rotatably connected with the second component 20, the magnetic attraction piece 1101 on the unlocking handle 11 is arranged at the free end 11b of the unlocking handle, a good adsorption effect is achieved, and the unlocking handle 11 can be tightly attached to the second component 20.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9, the free end of the second stud 6 is formed with a guide slope 62, and when the second stud 6 is inserted into the locking hole 7, the catch 81 is in contact with the guide slope 62 and pressed by the guide slope 62 to move along the guide slope 62 and be guided into the catch groove 61; and/or
The locking groove 61 is an annular groove.
In this embodiment, when the second plug 6 is inserted into the lock hole 7, as the insertion depth increases, the holding portion 81 of the locking member 8 contacts the guiding inclined surface 62 of the second plug 6 and is pressed by the guiding inclined surface 62 to move along the guiding inclined surface 62, and in this process, the locking member 8 is in a moving state of continuously moving in the forward direction; after the second inserting column 6 is inserted in place, the clamping part 81 of the locking part 8 correspondingly moves to the clamping groove 61 of the second inserting column 6, and immediately under the action of the second resetting part 9, the locking part 8 moves reversely to reset, so that the clamping part 81 is automatically clamped into the clamping groove 61 of the second inserting column 6, and locking is realized. That is, in the present embodiment, when assembling, the second plug 6 of the third component 30 is correspondingly inserted into the locking hole 7 of the second component 20, and an external force is applied to relatively press the third component 30 and the second component 20, the retaining portion 81 of the locking member 8 will automatically be clamped into the clamping groove 61 of the second plug 6, so that the second component 20 and the third component 30 can be automatically locked, and the operation is simple and the use is convenient. Moreover, the slot 61 may be an annular groove to be adapted to the retaining portion 81, so that the retaining portion 81 can be conveniently clamped.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 to 7, one side of each of the second member 20 and the third member 30 has a second plug 6, and the other side has a lock hole 7, and the third member 30 is in plug-in fit with the lock hole 7 of the adjacent second member 20 through the second plug 6, or in plug-in fit with the second plug 6 of the adjacent second member 20 through the lock hole 7.
In this embodiment, the second member 20 has a second post 6 and a locking hole 7 on both sides thereof, and the third member 30 has a second post 6 and a locking hole 7 on both sides thereof. When the second component 20 is assembled with the third component 30, the second component 20 can be in front, the third component 30 is behind, and the third component 30 is inserted into the lock hole 7 of the second component 20 through the second insert column 6 of the third component 30 so as to be connected with the second component 20; it is also possible that the third member 30 is in front and the second member 20 is in rear, and the second member 20 is inserted into the locking hole 7 of the third member 30 through the second insertion post 6 thereof to be connected with the third member 30. That is, the assembly direction between the second component 20 and the third component 20 is not limited, which is convenient for the user to assemble quickly; moreover, after assembly, the second member 20 and the second member 30 can be connected to other members provided with the second post 6 or the locking hole 7 and the locking member 8 in the present quick-release structure, respectively.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, a hook 12 and a hook groove 13 for hooking the hook 12 are further provided between the second member 20 and the third member 30.
In this embodiment, the third member 30 may be provided with the hook 12, and the second member 20 may be provided with the hook groove 13; the second member 20 may be provided with the hook 12, and the third member 30 may be provided with the hook groove 13, depending on the actual situation. When the second part 20 and the third part 30 are assembled, the hook 12 and the hook groove 13 are hooked firstly to realize the assembly alignment between the two parts, and then the second inserting column 6 is inserted into the lock hole 7 to realize the quick connection locking. In the locked state, the hook 12 functions to lift and lock the members engaged therewith, and the two members are stably connected to each other.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the second and third members 20 and 30 each have hooks 12 on one side and hook grooves 13 on the other side, and the third member 30 is hooked with the hook grooves 13 of its adjacent second member 20 through the hooks 12 and with the hooks 12 of its adjacent second member 20 through the hook grooves 13.
In this embodiment, the second member 20 has hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 on both side surfaces thereof, and the third member 30 has hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 on both side surfaces thereof. When the second component 10 is assembled with the third component 20, the second component 20 can be in front, the third component 30 is in back, and the third component 30 is hooked in the hook groove 13 of the second component 20 through the hook 12 of the third component to be connected with the second component 20; the third member 30 may be in front and the second member 20 may be in rear, and the second member 20 may be coupled to the third member 20 by hooking the hook 12 of the second member 20 into the hooking groove 13 of the third member 30. That is, the assembling direction between the second component 20 and the third component 30 is not limited, which is convenient for the user to assemble quickly; also, after assembly, the second member 20 and the third member 30 may be connected to other members provided with the hook 12 or the hook groove 13 in the present quick-release structure, respectively.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the hook 12 and the hook groove 13 and the second post 6 and the lock hole 7 have two or more pairs;
two or more pairs of hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 are positioned at the lower parts of the second part 20 and the third part 30, two or more pairs of second inserting columns 6 and lock holes 7 are positioned at the upper parts of the second part 20 and the third part 30, and each pair of hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 and one pair of second inserting columns 6 and lock holes 7 are arranged diagonally.
In this embodiment, when the second member 20 and the third member 30 are assembled, the hooks 12 at the lower parts of the two are hooked with the hook grooves 13, and then the second insertion posts 6 at the upper parts of the two are inserted into the lock holes 7 to realize the integral locking. Optionally, two pairs of hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 are disposed on the lower portions of the second member 20 and the third member 30, the two pairs of hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 are symmetrically disposed, two pairs of second insertion posts 6 and locking holes 7 are disposed on the upper portions of the second member 20 and the third member 30, the two pairs of second insertion posts 6 and locking holes 7 are symmetrically disposed, the two pairs of hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 are approximately distributed at four corners of the second member 20 and the third member 30, and when the second member 20 is connected to the third member 30, the two pairs of hooks 12 and hook grooves 13 and the two pairs of second insertion posts 6 and locking holes 7 are used for realizing connection at the four corners, so that the connection is stable.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, the present invention further provides an expansion frame 100, which includes frames 110, wherein the frames 110 enclose a mounting window for mounting a filter, and adjacent frames 110 are connected to each other through the aforementioned quick-assembly-disassembly structure;
the front surface of the frame 110 has the second post 6 in the aforementioned quick-release structure, the back surface of the frame 110 has the locking hole 7 in the aforementioned quick-release structure, and the side edge of the frame 110 is provided with the locking member 8 in the aforementioned quick-release structure.
In this embodiment, the specific structure of the quick-assembly/disassembly structure refers to the above embodiments, and since the expansion frame 100 adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all technical effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated here. The expansion frame 100 is provided with at least one filter in an installation window surrounded by the frame 110, and when the expansion frame 100 is provided with a plurality of filters, the plurality of filters are stacked on the expansion frame 100.
Further, when a plurality of expansion frames 100 are provided, adjacent frames 110 of the plurality of expansion frames 100 are connected to each other by a quick-release structure. Specifically, the front and back surfaces of the frame 110 are respectively provided with the second inserting columns 6 and the locking holes 7, and the side edges of the frame 110 are provided with the locking members 8, it is easy to understand that the second inserting column 6 on the front surface of one frame 110 can be correspondingly inserted into the locking hole 7 on the back surface of the other frame 110, and is locked by the locking member 8 of the other frame 110. In this way, the frames 110 of the expansion frames 100 can be sequentially butted and connected one by one through the quick-assembly and disassembly structure.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12, the side edge of the frame 110 is provided with an unlocking handle 11, the outer side of the side edge is provided with a flared limiting groove 110a, the limiting groove 110a is used for accommodating the unlocking handle 11, and the free end 11b of the unlocking handle 11 is magnetically connected with the groove wall at the flared part of the limiting groove 110 a; and/or
The rotation axis of the unlocking handle 11 extends in the forward and backward directions of the frame 110.
In this embodiment, when the unlocking handle 11 is attached to the side of the frame 110, the unlocking handle 11 is accommodated through the limiting groove 110a so as to partially hide the unlocking handle 11, thereby reducing the possibility that the unlocking handle 11 is rotated by misoperation. And, the free end 11b of unblock handle 11 still is connected with the cell wall magnetism of the flaring department of spacing groove 110a to tightly adsorb unblock handle 11 in the side of frame 110, further avoid unblock handle 11 to be rotated by the maloperation, promote the locking steadiness between frame 110. In addition, the rotation axis of the unlocking handle 11 extends in the front-back direction of the frame 110, and the unlocking handle 11 rotates in the outer direction of the frame 110 during unlocking, thereby avoiding interference of other photographing components in the front-back direction of the frame 110.
Furthermore, when the user detaches the expansion frame 100, the user holds the unlocking handles 11 on the two sides of the expansion frame 100, so that the detached expansion frame 100 is held by both hands of the user, the detachment safety of the expansion frame 100 is guaranteed, the whole detachment action is to rotate the unlocking handles 11, the expansion frame 100 is detached, and the detachment action is rapid and simple. Moreover, the connecting end 11a of the unlocking handle 11 is located at the upper part of the frame 110, the free end 11b of the unlocking handle 11 is located at the lower part of the frame 110, the whole unlocking handle 11 is long in length, good leverage is achieved, and the unlocking action is labor-saving.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12 to 14, the front and back surfaces of the frame 110 are provided with magnetic attraction portions 110b, and the magnetic attraction portions 110b are used for attracting two adjacent expansion frames 100.
In this embodiment, when two adjacent expansion frames 100 are assembled, the magnetic attraction portion 110b on the front side of the frame 110 of one expansion frame 100 and the magnetic attraction portion 110b on the back side of the frame 110 of the other expansion frame 100 are magnetically attracted to each other, so as to achieve automatic positioning during the docking process of the second plug 6 and the lock hole 7. The number and the positions of the magnetic parts 110b are set according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein. Specifically, the magnetic attraction part 110b disposed on the front surface of the frame 110 may be a magnet block embedded in the frame 110, and the magnetic attraction part 110b disposed on the back surface of the frame 110 may be a magnetically attractable metal sheet attached to the frame 110.
In some embodiments, the expansion frame 100 is used for detachably mounting a plurality of filter frames 200, the plurality of filter frames 200 are located in the mounting window, the filter frames 200 are provided with filter sheets, the frame 110 is open and includes:
a first side 111;
two second sides 112 arranged oppositely, each second side 112 is connected to one end of the first side 111, a plurality of slots 112a are concavely arranged on the surface of each second side 112 facing to the other second side 112, a plurality of pairs of slots 112a are correspondingly formed on the slots 112a of the two second sides 112 one by one, and each filter frame 200 is inserted into one pair of slots 112 a.
In this embodiment, the filter on the expansion frame 100 is provided in the form of a filter frame 200, the filter frame 200 is provided with filter elements, and a plurality of filter frames 200 are located in the installation windows when installed on the expansion frame 100. The frame 110 has a first side 111 and two second sides 112 respectively located at two opposite ends of the first side 111, and the frame 110 is substantially U-shaped and is open. In practice, the lengths of the first side 111 and the second side 112 of the frame 110 may be adaptively designed according to the length and the width of the filter frame 200. During installation, the filter frame 200 enters the frame 110 from the opening of the frame 110, the two opposite sides of the filter frame 200 are correspondingly inserted into the slots 112a of the two second sides 112, i.e., the pair of slots 112a, and the filter frame 200 abuts against the first side 111, so that the installation is convenient and the setting is stable. On the frame 110, the slot 112a is disposed along the length direction of the second side 112. The number of pairs of the insertion grooves 112a is set as required, for example, two pairs or three pairs are not equal, so that the corresponding number of filter frames 200 can be inserted.
Alternatively, the slot 112a of the first side 111 may be configured to seamlessly engage with the slot 112a of the second side 112. Furthermore, the filter frame 200 can be inserted into the insertion slot 112a of the first side 111, so as to further improve the installation stability of the filter frame 200.

In other embodiments, the filter assembly may be provided with multiple types of expansion frames 100, and each type of expansion frame 100 may be provided with a different number of filter frames 200. For example, the expansion frame 100 includes a first type expansion frame 100 and a second type expansion frame 100, two filter frame frames 200 may be disposed on the first type expansion frame 100, and three filter frame frames 200 may be disposed on the second type expansion frame 100.
