Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected" and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Laundry treating apparatuses such as washing machines have been widely used. The laundry treating apparatus may be classified into an upper drain type laundry treating apparatus and a lower drain type laundry treating apparatus according to a draining manner. Among them, in the case of the upper drain type laundry treating apparatus, it is necessary to perform auxiliary drainage using a drain pump, which pumps water into a drain pipe. In order to prevent the water in the cylinder from being discharged when the drainage pump stops working, the drainage pipe adopts an inverted U-shaped design with a certain height. When the drainage pump stops working during the use process of the drainage pipe, the residual water in the top drainage pipe section flows to the drainage pipe sections at the two sides of the top drainage pipe section due to the self weight and flows downwards. If a water seal is formed at the tail end of the drain pipe, negative pressure can be generated in the top drain pipe section. When the water in the drainage pipe sections at the two sides of the top drainage pipe section falls back, pressure difference is generated at the two sides of the water in the drainage pipe section at one side close to the cylinder body of the clothes treatment equipment, and the water in the drainage pipe section at one side close to the cylinder body of the clothes treatment equipment swings up and down under the action of negative pressure suction. When the clothes treatment equipment enters water next time, a siphon effect can be generated due to the existence of pressure difference, so that the water in the barrel is driven to flow out from the top of the inverted U-shaped structure, the water is fed into the clothes treatment equipment while being discharged, the frequent water supplement of the clothes treatment equipment is caused, and the washing effect of the washing machine is influenced.
In order to solve the technical problem, in the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the application, the drain pipe comprises a first pipe section, a second pipe section and a third pipe section which are connected in sequence, an opening is arranged on the drain channel of the second pipe section, and the opening is blocked by a flexible sealing element. Therefore, on the one hand, the water in the drainage channel can be prevented from overflowing from the opening, so that potential safety hazards caused by the flowing of the overflowing water can be avoided, and the safety and the reliability of the clothes treatment equipment can be improved. On the other hand, when the drainage pump stops working, a part of water in the second pipe section flows back to the first pipe section under the action of gravity, the other part of water flows to the third pipe section, and a water seal is formed at the second end of the third pipe section, so that negative pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure is generated at the second pipe section. Because the flexible sealing element has flexibility and can deform, under the action of the pressure difference between the external atmospheric pressure and the negative pressure in the drainage channel of the second pipe section, the flexible sealing element arches towards the direction close to the drainage channel to deform, so that the gas in the drainage channel is extruded, the pressure of the gas in the drainage channel can be the same as the external atmospheric pressure, the siphonage of the clothes treatment equipment can be avoided at least to a certain extent, the problem of frequent water replenishing of the clothes treatment equipment during water inlet can be avoided, and the washing effect and the reliability of the clothes treatment equipment can be improved. In addition, the flexible sealing element can prevent sundries from entering the drain pipe from the opening, and the operation reliability of the clothes treatment equipment can be improved.
The following describes a structure of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a clothes treatment device. For example, the laundry treating apparatus may be a washing machine such as a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine, a washing and drying integrated apparatus, etc., and is not particularly limited herein. In the following description, a laundry treating apparatus is exemplified as a washing machine.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a laundry treating apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present application, in which a drain pipe is not shown, and fig. 2 is a schematic view of the laundry treating apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present application. The laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a cabinet 1, a drum 2, a suspension system 7, a drain pump 3, a drain pipe 4, and a flexible seal 5.
Referring to fig. 1, the cylinder 2 is disposed in the housing 1. Thereby, the cylindrical body 2 can be protected by the casing 1.
Illustratively, the housing 1 has an accommodating space 11, the cylinder 2 is disposed in the accommodating space 11 of the housing 1, and the cylinder 2 and the housing 1 can be connected by a suspension system 7. The containing space 11 is provided with a tube opening 12, and the tube body 2 is provided with a feeding opening 22 communicated with the tube opening 12. The cylinder 2 has a putting space 21 therein, the putting space 21 is communicated with the putting opening 22, and a user can put clothes into the putting space 21 of the cylinder 2 through the putting opening 22.
Referring to fig. 1, the drain pump 3 is disposed in the cabinet 1. For example, the drain pump 3 may be located below the drum 2. Referring to fig. 1, the bottom of the cylinder 2 is provided with a water outlet 23, and the water outlet 23 is communicated with the throwing space 21. The inlet 31 of the drain pump 3 communicates with the drain port 23. Illustratively, the drain pump 3 is located below the drain opening 23, and the inlet 31 of the drain pump 3 is connected to the drain opening 23 by a pipe.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the drain 4 may be located outside the cabinet 1. The drain pipe 4 includes a first pipe section 41, a second pipe section 42, and a third pipe section 43 connected in sequence. A first end of the first pipe section 41 communicates with the outlet 32 of the drain pump 3. The second pipe section 42 has a first port 421, a second port 422, and a drain passage 423 communicating between the first port 421 and the second port 422. The first port 421 communicates with the second end of the first pipe section 41. The first end of the third tube section 43 communicates with the second port 422. Wherein the level of the first port 421 is higher than the level of the outlet 32 of the drain pump 3. The second end of the third tube section 43 has a lower level than the second port 422. This arrangement facilitates the drainage of the water flow.
In some embodiments, the drain pipe 4 is formed substantially in an inverted "U" shape. Illustratively, the first pipe segment 41 may extend in an up-down direction (direction indicated by double-headed arrow H in fig. 2), wherein a first end of the first pipe segment 41 faces downward and a second end of the first pipe segment 41 faces upward. The second tube section 42 may extend in a horizontal direction (as indicated by the double-headed arrow I in fig. 2). The third tube section 43 may extend in the up-down direction. Wherein the first end of the third tube section 43 faces upwards and the second end of the third tube section 43 faces downwards. The second pipe section 42 is located vertically above the first pipe section 41 and the third pipe section 43.
In the laundry treating apparatus 100, when the drain pump 3 is operated to drain the water, the water in the drum 2 is pumped out from the drain port 23, and the water flows from the inlet 31 of the drain pump 3 to the outlet 32 of the drain pump 3, then flows from the outlet 32 of the drain pump 3 to the first pipe section 41, then flows through the second pipe section 42, and finally is discharged from the second section of the third pipe section 43.
In some embodiments, the first port 421 is disposed at a level higher than the highest water level of the bowl 2, so that when the water level in the bowl 2 reaches the highest water level, a portion of the water in the bowl 2 is prevented from flowing out of the drain pipe 4.
For example, the first pipe section 41, the second pipe section 42 and the third pipe section 43 may be integrally formed, so that the connection strength between the first pipe section 41, the second pipe section 42 and the third pipe section 43 may be improved, and the water leakage problem may be avoided. Further exemplarily, the first pipe section 41, the second pipe section 42 and the third pipe section 43 may be formed as separate molded parts, and the first pipe section 41, the second pipe section 42 and the third pipe section 43 may be connected by bonding, snapping, screwing, or the like. This arrangement is advantageous for improving the maintainability of the drain pipe 4 and also for facilitating the installation of the drain pipe 4.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of a structure of a second pipe segment and a flexible sealing element after the second pipe segment is matched with the flexible sealing element according to a first embodiment of the present application. The drainage channel 423 has an opening 4231. The flexible seal 5 closes off the opening 4231. The arrangement can prevent water in the drainage channel 423 from overflowing from the opening 4231 on one hand, thereby avoiding potential safety hazards caused by the flowing of the overflowing water and being beneficial to improving the safety and reliability of the clothes treatment device 100. On the other hand, when the drainage pump 3 stops working, a part of the water in the second pipe section 42 will flow back into the first pipe section 41 under the action of gravity, another part of the water will flow to the third pipe section 43, and a water seal is formed at the second end of the third pipe section 43, so that a negative pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure is generated at the second pipe section 42. Because the flexible sealing member 5 is flexible and can deform, under the action of the pressure difference between the external atmospheric pressure and the negative pressure in the drainage channel 423 of the second pipe section 42, the flexible sealing member 5 arches towards the direction close to the drainage channel 423 to deform, so as to squeeze the gas in the drainage channel 423, further enable the pressure of the gas in the drainage pipe 4 to be the same as the external atmospheric pressure, further avoid the siphonage of the clothes treatment equipment 100 at least to a certain extent, further avoid the problem that the clothes treatment equipment 100 frequently replenishes water when water enters, and be beneficial to improving the washing effect and the reliability of the clothes treatment equipment 100. Also, the flexible sealing member 5 may prevent impurities from entering the drain pipe 4 through the opening 4231, and may improve the reliability of the operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100.
Illustratively, the flexible sealing member 5 may be rubber, silicone rubber, which has good deformability. It should be noted that the flexible sealing member 5 may also be made of other materials besides rubber and silicone, which is not limited in the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of a structure of a second pipe segment and a flexible sealing element according to a second embodiment of the present application after being engaged. The second tube section 42 comprises: first sub-segment 424 and second sub-segment 425. The first port 421 is disposed at one end of the first sub-pipe 424 in the length direction (the direction indicated by the double-headed arrow I in fig. 4). The second port 422 is disposed at the other end of the first sub-segment 424 in the length direction. The first end of the second sub-segment 425 is connected to the outer peripheral wall of the first sub-segment 424 and communicates with the first sub-segment 424. The second end of second sub-segment 425 extends away from first sub-segment 424. The second end of second sub-segment 425 forms an opening 4231. With the above arrangement, the installation of the flexible seal member 5 can be facilitated.
Illustratively, the second sub-segment 425 may be located at a middle portion of the length of the first sub-segment 424. Illustratively, the second tube segment 42 is generally formed in a "T" shape. This arrangement may reduce the difficulty of machining the second tube section 42 and may also improve the aesthetics of the second tube section 42.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the first sub-segment 424 extends in a horizontal direction (as indicated by the double-headed arrow I in fig. 4). Second sub-segment 425 extends in a vertical direction (as indicated by double-headed arrow H in fig. 4). Second sub-segment 425 is positioned above first sub-segment 424. Thus, when the water in the first sub-pipe section 424 wants to enter the second sub-pipe section 425, the self-gravity needs to be overcome, thereby increasing the difficulty of the water in the first sub-pipe section 424 entering the second sub-pipe section 425, facilitating better prevention of the water in the water discharge pipe 4 from entering the second sub-pipe section 425, further facilitating deformation of the flexible seal 5, and further facilitating improvement of the safety and reliability of the laundry treating apparatus 100.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a flexible sealing member provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a structure, circled at a, of the second pipe segment illustrated in fig. 4 after being engaged with the flexible sealing member. The flexible seal 5 comprises a deformation 51. The deformation portion 51 faces the opening 4231. This arrangement facilitates deformation of the deformable portion 51 under the force of atmospheric pressure.
The deformation portion 51 is provided with a buffer protrusion 52. The buffer convex portion 52 protrudes from the surface of the deformation portion 51 close to the drainage channel 423, and the buffer convex portion 52 is recessed from the surface of the deformation portion 51 away from the drainage channel 423. This arrangement facilitates deformation of the deformable portion 51, allowing the flexible sealing member 5 to better compress the gas in the drain channel 423, thereby allowing the gas pressure in the drain pipe 4 to be more quickly maintained in conformity with the gas pressure outside the drain pipe 4.
Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the buffer protrusion 52 may not be provided on the deformation portion 51. The difficulty of processing can be reduced by the arrangement, so that the cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, fig. 7 is a top view of the flexible seal illustrated in fig. 6. The buffer protrusions 52 are annular extending in the circumferential direction of the opening 4231. The arrangement is more favorable for the deformation of the deformation part 51, and simultaneously can reduce the processing difficulty of the flexible sealing element 5 and the production cost. Illustratively, the buffer protrusions 52 are semicircular in vertical cross section.
Please continue to refer to fig. 6. The relief projection 52 is located within the opening 4231. The outer peripheral surface of the buffer convex portion 52 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the opening 4231. This arrangement facilitates the assembly of the flexible seal member 5 and also facilitates the deformation of the deformation portion 51.
On this basis, in order to facilitate the installation of the flexible sealing member 5, please continue to refer to fig. 8 and 9, in which fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a clothes treating apparatus provided in a second embodiment of the present application, a gland is not shown, and fig. 9 is an enlarged view of a portion encircled at B of the clothes treating apparatus illustrated in fig. 8. The flexible seal 5 comprises an annular extension 53. The extended portion 53 is connected to the outer peripheral edge of the deformed portion 51. The extension 53 is fixed to the outer peripheral wall of the second sub-pipe section 425. This arrangement facilitates the securing of the flexible seal 5. Illustratively, the flexible sealing member 5 may be directly fitted on the outer peripheral wall of the second sub-pipe section 425, or the extension portion 53 may be connected to the outer peripheral wall of the second sub-pipe section 425 by bonding or the like.
In some embodiments, the extension 53 and the deformation portion 51 may be a single piece, which may improve the connection strength between the deformation portion 51 and the extension 53, and also improve the sealing performance of the flexible sealing member 5. In other embodiments, the extension 53 and the deformation 51 may be a single piece, so that the facility may reduce the manufacturing cost.
With continued reference to fig. 9, the outer peripheral wall of the second sub-segment 425 is provided with a mounting groove 4251. The extension 53 is fixed in the mounting groove 4251. The installation of the flexible sealing element 5 can be completed only by fixing the extension part 53 in the installation groove 4251, and the installation efficiency of the flexible sealing element 5 is improved.
Referring to fig. 10, a laundry treating apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present application is schematically illustrated, wherein the laundry treating apparatus includes a pressing cover. The gland 6 is pressed with a flexible seal 5. Gland 6 is secured to second sub-segment 425. The arrangement can protect the flexible sealing element 5 through the gland 6, avoid the damage of the flexible sealing element 5 caused by a sharp object, and is favorable for improving the safety and the reliability of the operation of the clothes treatment equipment 100. On the other hand, the flexible sealing member 5 can be fixed for the second time, and the flexible sealing member 5 can be prevented from falling off. Illustratively, the gland 6 may be coupled to the second sub-segment 425 by a threaded connection, an adhesive, or the like.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is an enlarged view of a portion circled at C of the laundry treating apparatus illustrated in fig. 10. The portion of the gland 6 facing the deformation portion 51 is provided with an air pressure adjusting hole 61. Therefore, when a pressure difference exists between the inside and the outside of the drain pipe 4, the air outside the drain pipe 4 can exert a force on the flexible sealing member 5 through the air pressure adjusting hole 61, so that the air pressure inside and outside the drain pipe 4 is kept consistent.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a top view of the gland illustrated in fig. 10. The air pressure adjusting hole 61 may be plural. The plurality of air pressure adjusting holes 61 may be arranged in a plurality of rows and columns.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, fig. 13 is a schematic view of a laundry treating apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present application, wherein the laundry treating apparatus includes an air hole, and fig. 14 is an enlarged view of a portion of the laundry treating apparatus illustrated in fig. 13, which is circled at D. Air holes 4241 are provided on the portion of the peripheral wall of first sub-tube segment 424 that is within the first end of second sub-tube segment 425. In a direction from second sub-segment 425 to first sub-segment 424. The cross-sectional area of the air holes 4241 gradually decreases.
