Sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, and sample 4 were obtained by performing separate tests on the sample tensile magnification values of 3.5, 4, 4.2, and 4.5, and the aperture ratio of each sample was obtained by averaging four measurements. As shown in fig. 11, for each sample taken, the total area is the area of the selected picture area in the picture, the stretch area is the area of the selected area excluding the holes, and the aperture ratio = 1-stretch area divided by total area%.

In conclusion, if the elastic waistline material is used, the numerical value of the opening rate of the sample 1 pre-stretched by 3.5 times is low, and the air permeability of the sample is poor; sample 2, which was 4 times stretched, had both the disadvantage of poor opening and the risk of cracking of the elastic material; when the pre-stretching ratio of the elastic material of the sample 3 is 4.2 times, the elastic material is more uniformly perforated after the ultrasonic head contacts, the perforated ratio is higher, the processing technology is stable and the air permeability is good when the elastic waistline of the sanitary article body is made by the subsequent process, and the pre-stretching ratio range of the elastic sheet is 4.2 times; therefore, the pre-stretch magnification value of the elastic sheet or the elastic film in the elastic waist band is 3 to 5, more preferably 3.5 to 4.5, and preferably in the range of 4 to 4.5, and the aperture ratio can be maintained at 45 to 50%; a slightly preferable range is 4.2 to 4.5, and the aperture ratio is slightly low, but can be maintained at about 50%; the optimum use value is 4.2 or 4.1-4.3, the open pore rate can be kept at 60%, the optimum value is 4.2, and the average open pore rate is tested to be 64.64%.

Testing the bonding strength among the inner sheet layer, the outer sheet layer and the elastic sheets of the elastic waistline: stretching the prepared perforated elastic waistline by 100%, cutting to 25mm × 100mm, selecting one end as a starting end, peeling 15mm in advance, clamping the peeling end by a material tension meter to perform a peeling force test, wherein the stretching speed is 100mm/min, and the peeling distance is 60mm; and (3) testing the welding strength of the end part of the elastic waistline component, cutting the component welded by ultrasonic waves into 25mm multiplied by 100mm, selecting one end as a starting end, peeling 15mm in advance, clamping the peeling end by a material tension meter to test the peeling force, wherein the stretching speed is 100mm/min, the peeling distance is 60mm, and the elastic waistline with the stretching multiplying power of 3.5, 4, 4.2 and 4.5 is respectively tested.
As shown in fig. 12, the lower the stretch ratio of the elastic sheet, the better the bond strength between the nonwoven fabric and the elastic material, and the lower the bond strength when the stretch ratio of the elastic material is closer to the breaking ratio of the material, because the larger the stretch ratio, the thinner the effective thickness of the elastic material; when the preferred magnification of the hole pattern is 4.2 times, the bonding strength between the material layers is 0.98N/25mm, the strength value is close to the requirement of the interlayer strength of the waist material, the subsequent ultrasonic energy density needs to be adjusted, or the thicknesses of the upper non-woven fabric and the lower non-woven fabric are changed to be optimized and improved, and the interlayer welding strength can also be improved by changing the shape and the area of the ultrasonic head, so that the elastic material of the sample 3 has the best effect when the pre-stretching magnification value is 4-4.5 and 4.2 times in consideration of both air permeability and bonding strength.

The welding strength of the waist edge seal cannot be influenced by the elastic waistline, and the subsequent production of the edge seal mold can be further optimized in a welding pattern mode under a double-row welding model, and the space for selecting the pattern is large because the welding strength is not greatly influenced by the existence of the elastic material.
Example two
Referring to fig. 9 to 10 again, the second embodiment discloses a sanitary product with elastic waistlines, which is different from the first embodiment in that: the sanitary product body is suitable for menstrual period pants, and the length and the width of the sanitary product body are lengthened; the length of the absorber of the absorption core in the back waistline region b is reduced, and the length of the absorber accounts for about 20-60%; the width of the absorber in the rear waistline area is lengthened, and the sanitary product body with the shape is more suitable for menstrual pants.
