In this way, after the hard disk 1 is placed in the accommodating space 24, the bottom of the hard disk 1 contacts with the upper surface of the supporting convex hull 23, the height of the supporting convex hull 23 is lower than that of the limiting bracket 21, and the supporting convex hull 23 plays a role of raising the hard disk socket 1b on the hard disk 1 so as to raise the hard disk socket 1b on the hard disk 1, so that the hard disk socket 1b can be accurately inserted and matched with the main control board plug 2a on the main control board 2, but the height of the hard disk 1 is not higher than that of the limiting bracket 21, the limiting reliability of the limiting bracket 21 on the hard disk 1 is ensured, and the supporting convex hulls 23 are arranged at intervals along the second direction; or, the supporting convex hulls 23 are continuous, and the supporting convex hulls 23 extend along the second direction, so that the stress on two sides of the bottom surface of the hard disk 1 is uniform, and the stability of the hard disk 1 is improved.
Alternatively, the hard disk 1 may be slid into the accommodating space 24 through a side of the accommodating space 24 away from the second board 12, or may be directly placed into the accommodating space 24 from an opening of the accommodating space 24.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the base 10 includes a first plate 11 and a second plate 12, wherein the first plate 11 extends along a horizontal direction, the first plate 11 has a first mounting area and a second mounting area, the first mounting area and the second mounting area are arranged at an interval along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and both the two limiting assemblies 20 are arranged at the second mounting area and enclose an accommodating space 24 with at least a part of the second mounting area; the second plate body 12 is connected with one side end part of the first plate body 11 in the second direction, the second plate body 12 extends along the vertical direction, the first installation area is used for installing the main control board 2, and the second plate body 12 is used for limiting the main control board 2; when the main control board 2 is installed at the first installation area, and the hard disk 1 is installed in the accommodating space 24 and is installed in place, the hard disk 1 is in plug-in fit with the main control board 2. It should be noted that, besides the self-riveting process characteristic holes, 4 hanging lug preformed holes are matched on two sides of the front side surface of the second plate body 12, so that the subsequent cabinet hanging lug installation requirements are met.
It should be noted that the main control board 2 is fixed on the fixing hole of the first board 11 by a screw, and the main control board plug 2a on the main control board 2 is connected by a screw.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the main control board plug 2a is provided with heat dissipation holes 30 at least in a second mounting region between the two position-limiting assemblies 20. Like this, the setting of louvre 30 can in time get rid of the heat that hard disk 1 and main control board 2 work produced, prevents that hard disk 1 and main control board 2 high temperature from producing the damage.
It should be noted that the first plate 11 has an assembly hole 3a for fastening the heat dissipation fan 3, and the heat in the box assembly is discharged in time through the heat dissipation fan 3.
As shown in the figure, the box body assembly further includes an upper cover structure 40, the upper cover structure 40 includes a cover plate 41 and three limiting plates 42, the cover plate 41 is disposed opposite to the first plate 11, and the three limiting plates 42 are respectively connected with three edges of the cover plate 41 to form a drawer-like structure; the first plate body 11 is provided with first guide structures 111 at two side edges in the first direction, two of the three limiting plates 42 opposite to the two first guide structures 111 are provided with second guide structures 421, and the upper cover structure 40 is in sliding connection with the base 10 through cooperation between the second guide structures 421 and the first guide structures 111; when the upper cover structure 40 is installed on the base 10, the notch on the upper cover structure 40 is arranged towards one side of the second plate body 12, the notch has a first clamping structure 43, the position of the second plate body 12 opposite to the first clamping structure 43 has a second clamping structure, and the upper cover structure 40 is clamped and limited on the base 10 through the first clamping structure 43 and the second clamping structure. Like this, upper cover structure 40 includes apron 41 and three limiting plate 42, and base 10 includes first plate body 11 and second plate body 12, and the installation is accomplished the back, including whole parcel of box subassembly and hard disk 1, main control board 2 and radiator fan 3, plays the guard action to hard disk 1 and main control board 2 and radiator fan 3.

Optionally, the first clamping structure 43 may be a folded edge structure, the second clamping structure is a plug hole, the folded edge structure is inserted into the plug hole, and the number of folded edges of the first clamping structure 43 is determined according to actual conditions.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, at least one of the three limiting plates 42 is provided with a heat dissipation hole 30. In this way, the heat dissipation holes 30 of the limit plate 42 and the heat dissipation holes 30 of the first plate 11 construct an air duct for dissipating heat to the hard disk 1 and the main control board 2 in the case.
It should be noted that, in the present application, an assembly method of the box assembly, the hard disk 1, the main control board 2, and the heat dissipation fan 3 of the video recorder is given with reference to fig. 2, and it should be noted that the base 10 and the upper cover structure 40 of the box assembly are also in a disassembled state, specifically as follows:
the main control board 2 is fixedly arranged at a first mounting area on a first board body 11 of the base 10 by screws, meanwhile, the main control board 2 is also connected with the second board body 12 by screws on the side of the second board body 12 facing the base 10, so as to ensure the installation stability of the main control board 2, and then the limit end is switched to the avoiding position by drawing the force application part, and the hard disk 1 is arranged in the accommodating space 24, it should be noted that the hard disk 1 can slide into the accommodating space 24 through the side of the accommodating space 24 away from the second board 12, or can be directly placed into the accommodating space 24 from the opening of the accommodating space 24, and the hard disk 1 is lapped on the supporting convex hull 23, so that the hard disk socket 1b on the hard disk 1 can realize accurate splicing and matching with the main control board plug 2a on the main control board 2, then, the heat dissipation fan 3 is installed at the assembling notch 111a of the first plate 11 of the guide base 10, the assembling notch 111a is opened at the first guide structure 111 at one side of the first plate 11 in the first direction, meanwhile, the assembly notch 111a is also provided with two assembly holes 3a for fastening the heat radiation fan 3, the heat dissipation fan 3 is fastened at the assembly notch 111a through the two assembly holes 3a and the two screws, finally the position of the upper cover structure 40 opposite to the heat dissipation fan 3 is aligned and the heat dissipation fan 3 is placed in the space enclosed by the base 10 and the upper cover structure 40, and then the upper cover structure 40 is slid from the second installation area to the first installation area along the extending direction of the first guide structure 111, so that the first latch structure 43 on the upper cover structure 40 is inserted and matched with the second latch structure on the second board body 12, thereby completing the assembly of the box body assembly, the hard disk 1, the main control board 2 and the cooling fan 3 of the video recorder.
In addition, the disassembly process and the assembly process of the box body assembly, the hard disk 1, the main control board 2 and the cooling fan 3 of the video recorder are opposite, and the details are not repeated here.

Claims (14)

1. A case assembly, comprising:
a base (10);
the limiting assemblies (20) are arranged on the base (10), at least two limiting assemblies (20) are arranged, the two limiting assemblies (20) are arranged oppositely, at least one part of the surface of one side of the base (10) where the limiting assemblies (20) are arranged and an accommodating space (24) for accommodating a hard disk (1) are enclosed by the two limiting assemblies (20);

2. A box assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that each of the retainer assemblies (20) has at least two of the retainer ends thereon.

The box body assembly according to claim 1, wherein each limiting assembly (20) is provided with a force application part, the force application part on the same limiting assembly (20) is in driving connection with the limiting end, when the force application part is pulled out, the limiting end is switched from the limiting position to the avoiding position, and when the force application part is loosened, the limiting end is switched from the avoiding position to the limiting position.
4. A cabinet assembly, as claimed in claim 3, wherein the stop assembly (20) comprises:
the limiting bracket (21) is arranged on the base (10) and extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and two avoiding through holes (211) are formed in the limiting bracket (21);
the two ends of the limiting mechanism (22) are movably arranged at the two avoiding through holes (211) respectively to form two limiting ends.
5. A tank assembly as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that said limit bracket (21) comprises:
the support limiting plate (212), the two ends of the support limiting plate (212) in the length direction are provided with the avoidance through holes (211);
the assembling block (213), the assembling block (213) with support limiting plate (212) and deviate from the surface connection of accommodation space (24) one side, and set up with the contained angle between the two, the assembling block (213) through fastener (214) with base (10) fastening connection.
6. A box assembly according to claim 5, characterised in that the stop mechanism (22) comprises:

when the limiting structure (222) exits from the accommodating space (24) under the action of external force, the spring (223) is in a compressed state, and when the drawing action of the external force on the limiting structure (222) is cancelled, the spring (223) restores to deform and provides elastic force extending into the avoiding through hole (211) for the limiting structure (222).
7. The cabinet assembly of claim 6, wherein the retaining structure (222) further comprises:
the force application device comprises a force application disc section (2221), a guide column section (2222) and an abutting column section (2223), wherein the force application disc section (2221) is connected with a first end of the guide column section (2222), a stop ring (2224) is arranged on the outer peripheral side of a second end of the guide column section (2222), a spring (223) is sleeved on the outer peripheral side of the guide column section (2222), and the abutting column section (2223) is connected with the end portion of the second end of the guide column section (2222);

8. The tank assembly of claim 7 wherein the limit mechanism (22) includes the force applying portion, the force applying portion including:

the force application structure (224) can be arranged in a folding mode along the extending direction of the two avoidance notches (2242) at the same limiting hole (2241), so that the force application disc section (2221) can penetrate through the limiting hole (2241);
when application of force disk section (2221) passes behind spacing hole (2241), application of force structure (224) are located a side surface at the hole edge of spacing hole (2241) with the inside wall face butt of application of force disk section (2221), application of force structure (224) are located another side surface at the hole edge of spacing hole (2241) with the tip surface overlap joint of the second end of fixed sleeve (221).
9. A cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stop assembly (20) further comprises:
a supporting convex hull (23), wherein the supporting convex hull (23) is arranged in the accommodating space (24), the supporting convex hull (23) is arranged adjacent to the limiting bracket (21), the height of the supporting convex hull (23) is lower than that of the limiting bracket (21), so that the supporting convex hull (23) provides supporting force for the hard disk (1), wherein,
the number of the supporting convex hulls (23) is multiple, and the supporting convex hulls (23) are arranged at intervals along the second direction; or the like, or, alternatively,
the supporting convex hull (23) is a continuous one, and the supporting convex hull (23) extends along the second direction.
10. A box assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the base (10) comprises:
the first plate body (11) is provided with a first mounting area and a second mounting area which are arranged at intervals along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the two limiting assemblies (20) are arranged at the second mounting area and enclose the accommodating space (24) with at least one part of the second mounting area;
the second plate body (12) is connected with the end part of one side, far away from a second installation area, of the first plate body (11), the first installation area is used for installing the main control board (2), and the second plate body (12) is used for limiting the main control board (2);
when the main control board (2) is installed at the first installation area, and the hard disk (1) is installed in the accommodating space (24) and installed in place, the hard disk (1) is in plug-in fit with the main control board (2).
11. The box assembly according to claim 10, wherein at least the second mounting region between the two position-limiting assemblies (20) is provided with a heat dissipation hole (30).
12. The cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 10, further comprising:
the upper cover structure (40) comprises a cover plate (41) and three limiting plates (42), the cover plate (41) is arranged opposite to the first plate body (11), and the three limiting plates (42) are respectively connected with three edges of the cover plate (41) to form a drawer-shaped structure;
