Further, two or more of the elements in the drawings may be implemented in a single element or a single element shown in the drawings may be implemented as multiple separate elements without departing from the concepts of the present disclosure.
Fig. 1-4 illustrate a gate arrangement 100 according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure. The door arrangement 100 may be e.g. a slidable door arrangement for an automatic door of an elevator or building, comprising two opposing door panels 20, a guide rail 30 and a door guide arrangement 10. The door arrangement 100 is provided in an opening of a landing door of an elevator, or some other access opening of a building, such as an entrance to a building or a part of a building. The door panel 20 preferably receives a driving force of an actuator (not shown), such as an electric motor or a linear motor.
The door guide apparatus 10 is mounted to the lower edge 21 of the door panel 20 for guiding the movement of the door panel 20 of the door apparatus 100. It is considered that the upper portion of the door panel 20 is generally supported in a floor of a building or the like or in a door frame upper beam of a doorway, and the lower portion, particularly the lower edge, is not required to provide a supporting force in the vertical direction but is required to guide the movement of the door panel 20 in the direction of the guide rail 30 to open or close. For example, the door guide 10 is mounted to the lower edge of the door panel 20 by bolt and nut 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the guide roller 2 of the door guide 10 is arranged to roll along the guide rail 30, thereby guiding the movement of the door panel 20 along the guide rail 30.
It should be noted that fig. 4 shows the guide roller 2 having a gap with the side wall of the guide rail 30, which is merely an example. In actual operation, the guide roller 2 will be in contact with one of the two side walls of the guide rail 30 by the action of a transverse force, thereby rolling on that side wall.
The structure of the door guide device 10 according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 5 to 9.
As shown in fig. 5, the door apparatus 100 may include, for example, two door guides 10, each of which is symmetrically disposed. A mounting panel 40 may also be provided between the two door guides 10 for reinforcing the connection of the door guides 10 and the door panel 20. For simplicity of description, door panel 10 is not shown in FIG. 5.
Fig. 6 to 8 exemplarily show the structure of one of the door guides 10. The door guide 10 includes a guide panel 1, a guide roller 2, and a mounting plate 3. The guide panel 1 is L-shaped, also referred to as a guide shoe, provided with a plurality of mounting holes 12 and can thus be fixedly connected to the door panel 10 by means of e.g. bolt and nuts 6 as shown in fig. 4.
An opening 11 is provided at an end of the guide panel 1, and the opening 11 has a step-like cross section and penetrates the entire guide panel 1. The opening 11 may be provided with a through slot accommodating the mounting plate 3, and the mounting plate 3 may be inserted into the through slot and fixedly disposed in the opening 11. The mounting plate 3 may be connected to the through slot of the opening 11 by interference fit. Alternatively, the mounting plate 3 may be connected to the opening 11 by means of screws, welding, adhesive, or the like.
The guide roller 2 is rotatably connected to the side of the mounting plate 3 remote from the opening 11. As shown in fig. 6 to 8, an opening 11 is provided at a lower portion of the guide panel 1 and directed downward, and the guide roller 2 is connected to a lower side of the mounting plate 3.
As shown in fig. 9 (a) and (b), the guide roller 2 may for example be a roller bearing, the diameter D ranging between 10mm and 15mm, preferably 12mm. The guide roll 2 is connected to the mounting plate 3 by means of a bolt 4, the bolt 4 comprising a threaded section 41 and a smooth section 42. The threaded section 41 cooperates with a threaded hole of the mounting plate 3. The smooth section 42 is in interference fit with the guide roller 2, in particular with the inner edge of the roller bearing, so that the bolt 4 forms the axis of rotation of the guide roller 2. The guide roller 2 is rotatable about a rotation axis R, on which the rotation axis is located, which is perpendicular to the extension direction of the guide rail 30 after being connected to the mounting plate 3 and thus mounted to the guide panel 1.
In order to prevent the screw connection of the bolt 4 and the mounting plate 3 from loosening, a locknut 5 may be further provided between the mounting plate 3 and the guide roller 2.
Referring to fig. 8, the diameter D of the guide roller 2 is set to be greater than the thickness T of the guide panel 1 so that the guide roller 2 can be combined with the guide rail 30 as a guide surface. Optionally, the guide roller 2 may also extend at least partially out of the opening 11, preventing the guide panel 1 from directly contacting the surface of the guide rail 30.
In conclusion, the door guide device and the door device comprising the same change the sliding motion between the door guide device and the guide rail into rolling motion with simple structure and low cost, so that the door panel has smaller friction resistance, is easier to open and close, and can effectively overcome the chimney effect of the elevator.
The exemplary embodiments of the door guide device and the door device including the same according to the present invention are described in detail herein with reference to the preferred embodiments, however, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and changes may be made to the above-described embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and various combinations of the various technical features and structures of the present invention may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
