Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a cooking appliance including a pot body case 10, a panel assembly 20, a panel bezel 30, and a base case 40, wherein the panel assembly 20, the panel bezel 30, and the base case 40 are independently mounted to the pot body case 10. In this way, the assembly connection of the panel assembly 20 and the pot body shell 10 only involves the connection between two elements, and no assembly error is accumulated, so that the assembly connection between the panel assembly 20 and the pot body shell 10 is more reliable; likewise, the fitting connection between the panel decorative ring 30 and the pot body case 10 involves only the connection between the two elements, and does not accumulate the fitting error, so that the fitting connection between the panel decorative ring 30 and the pot body case 10 is more reliable; the fitting connection of the base shell 40 and the pot body shell 10 also involves only the connection between the two elements, and no assembly error is accumulated, so that the fitting connection between the base shell 40 and the pot body shell 10 is more reliable. It can be seen that the panel assembly 20, the panel decoration ring 30 and the base shell 40 are respectively and independently installed on the cooker body shell 10, so that the assembly connection among the panel assembly 20, the panel decoration ring 30, the base shell 40 and the cooker body shell 10 does not accumulate assembly errors, the connection reliability is high, the conditions of forming gaps and segment differences are avoided, and the product quality can be ensured.

It is understood that the cooking appliance further includes other elements of the heating assembly, the pot body, the cover, etc., and the other elements of the cooking appliance will not be described in detail since the present application relates only to the assembly connection of the pot body housing 10, the panel assembly 20, the panel bezel 30, and the base housing 40.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, further, the pot body case 10 is provided with a panel mounting portion 11, and the panel assembly 20 is mounted at one side of the panel mounting portion 11, so that the panel mounting portion 11 provides a mounting position for the panel assembly 20. In this embodiment, the panel mounting portion 11 protrudes toward the outer side of the pot body shell 10, so that the panel assembly 20 can be partially accommodated in the back of the panel mounting portion 11, that is, the surface of the panel mounting portion 11 facing the inner side of the pot body shell 10. The panel bezel 30 is mounted on the periphery of the panel mounting portion 11 through the second fastening structure, that is, mounted through the fastening structure, and compared with the scheme of mounting by using screws, the structure of the fastening structure is simpler and easier to mount.

Further, the second fastening structure includes a second hook 32 disposed on the panel bezel 30 and a second fastening position 14 disposed on the peripheral side of the panel mounting portion 11, and the second hook 32 is fastened to the second fastening position 14 to mount the panel bezel 30 on the peripheral side of the panel mounting portion 11. Like this, through pressing panel decoration circle 30 towards panel installation portion 11, can make second clasp 32 and the lock of second knot position 14 to accomplish the assembly connection of panel decoration circle 30 and a kind of deep pot body shell 10, the assembling process is very simple, easy to operate.

Further, the second clasp 14 is a through hole penetrating through the pot body shell 10, and the second clasp 32 penetrates through the through hole and is fastened to the inner side of the pot body shell 10. In addition, the second hook 32 is fastened to the inner side of the pot body shell 10, so that the second hook 32 is prevented from being exposed to the outer side of the pot body shell 10 to affect the appearance of the pot body shell 10.

It is understood that the panel bezel 30 is provided with the second hooks 32 around the periphery thereof, and correspondingly, the panel mounting portion 11 is provided with through holes around the periphery thereof, wherein the through holes in the panel mounting portion 11 have downward openings.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 9 to 12, further, the base shell 40 is mounted at the bottom end of the pot body shell 10 through a third fastening structure. Thus, the base shell 40 is mounted through the snap structure, which is simpler in structure and easier to mount compared with a scheme of mounting by using screws.

The third snap-fit structure includes a third snap-fit hook 16 disposed on the base shell 40 and a third snap-fit position 42 disposed on the inner side of the base shell 40, and the third snap-fit hook 16 is snapped at the third snap-fit position 42 to mount the base shell 40 on the bottom of the pot body shell 10. Thus, the third clasp 16 can be buckled with the third clasp 42 by pressing the pot body shell 10 towards the base shell 40, so that the assembly connection between the base shell 40 and the pot body shell 10 is completed, and the assembly process is very simple and easy to operate.

The third clasp 42 is a rib disposed on the inner side of the bottom of the base housing 40, and the third clasp 16 is fastened to the top surface of the rib. Therefore, the structure is simple, the installation is easy, and the connection is firm.

Further, the third clip structure further includes baffles 18 disposed on both sides of the rib, and when the third clip 16 is fastened to the top surface of the rib, the third clip 16 is located between the two baffles 18. Therefore, the third hook 16 is prevented from shaking relative to the third fastening position 42, so that the connection between the third hook 16 and the third fastening position 42 is more reliable.

It is understood that, in one embodiment, the pot body shell 10 and the base shell 40 are both made of plastic, and the panel decoration ring 30 can be made of plastic or metal.

Claims (11)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising a pot shell (10), a panel assembly (20), a panel bezel (30), and a base shell (40), the panel assembly (20), the panel bezel (30), and the base shell (40) each being independently mounted to the pot shell (10).

2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pot body shell (10) is provided with a panel mounting portion (11), and the panel assembly (20) is mounted to one side of the panel mounting portion (11) by a first snap structure and is located inside the pot body shell (10).

3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the first fastening structure comprises a first clasp (12) disposed on the panel mounting portion (11) and a first fastening position (22) disposed on the panel assembly (20), and the first clasp (12) is fastened to the first fastening position (22) to mount the panel assembly (20) on the panel mounting portion (11).

4. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the first fastening location (22) is a protrusion disposed on a peripheral side of the panel assembly (20), and the first clasp (12) is fastened to a side of the protrusion away from the panel mounting portion (11).

5. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pot body shell (10) is provided with a panel mounting portion (11), and the panel bezel (30) is mounted to a peripheral side of the panel mounting portion (11) by a second snap structure and is located outside the pot body shell (10).

The cooking utensil of claim 5, wherein the second buckle structure comprises a second clasp (32) disposed on the panel decoration ring (30) and a second buckle position (14) disposed on the peripheral side of the panel mounting portion (11), the second clasp (32) is buckled with the second buckle position (14) to mount the panel decoration ring (30) on the peripheral side of the panel mounting portion (11).

7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the second clasp (14) is a through hole penetrating through the pot shell (10), and the second clasp (32) passes through the through hole and is buckled inside the pot shell (10).

8. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the base shell (40) is mounted to the bottom end of the pot shell (10) by a third snap structure.

9. The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the third snap structure comprises a third snap hook (16) disposed on the base shell (40) and a third snap location (42) disposed on an inner side of the base shell (40), and the third snap hook (16) is snapped in the third snap location (42) to mount the base shell (40) on the bottom end of the pot body shell (10).

10. The cooking utensil as claimed in claim 9, wherein the third hook (42) is a rib disposed on the inner side of the bottom end of the base shell (40), and the third hook (16) is buckled on the top surface of the rib.

11. The cooking utensil as claimed in claim 10, wherein the third snap structure further comprises a baffle (18) disposed on both sides of the rib, and when the third snap hook (16) is snapped on the top surface of the rib, the third snap hook (16) is located between the two baffles (18).
