Then, the contact of one end of one connector is pressed into another connection position of the mounting unit of the first assembly so that the contact is in electrical contact with the corresponding electrical contact point. Finally, the first assembly is mounted to the predetermined position via the mounting unit in the first assembly, for example, by an adhesive or a non-marking nail on the back surface of the substrate of the mounting unit. The installation process described above is similar to that of fig. 8a, and can be understood with reference to this figure.
For the next assembly of the plurality of assemblies, first, the contactor of the other end of the connector protruding from the previous assembly is pressed into one connection position of the mounting unit of the next assembly, for example, the contactor of the other end of the connector protruding from the first assembly is pressed into one connection position of the mounting unit in the next assembly. Then, the contact at one end of the other connector is pressed into the other connection site of the mounting unit in the next assembly. Finally, the next assembly is mounted to the predetermined position via its mounting unit, for example, by an adhesive or a non-marking nail on the back surface of the mounting unit substrate in the next assembly. The installation process described above is similar to that of fig. 8b and can be understood with reference to this figure.
In a similar manner to that described above, a further next assembly can be mounted to the predetermined position until the mounting of the last assembly to the predetermined position is completed.
It is to be noted here that in only one connection location in the mounting unit of the last assembly, a contact is accommodated which is electrically connected to the corresponding electrical contact point.
Through the mode, the installation unit can be installed to the lamp panel when the lamp system leaves a factory, a user directly presses the contactor of the connector into the clamping groove when the lamp system is used, and therefore the lamp unit can be spliced and combined, and the lamp system is easier and more convenient to install.
The case where the mounting unit is first mounted to the lamp panel and then the connector is mounted has been described above, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the connector may be first mounted on the mounting unit and then the mounting unit may be mounted to the lamp panel.
In the lamp system shown in fig. 7 and 9a to 9c, since the connection position is provided on the substrate of the mounting unit, the connector can be fixed to the mounting device by pressing before or after the mounting unit is mounted to the lamp panel, so that the connector has a larger operation space for connection and the mounting of the connector to the lamp unit is easier to operate.
In the above embodiments of the present disclosure, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have different emphasis, and a part which is not described in detail in a certain embodiment may refer to the related descriptions of other embodiments.
The foregoing is illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the principles of the disclosure, and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the disclosure.
