The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, a battery pack disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes an upper cover assembly 1, a module assembly 2, and a lower case 3. The upper cover assembly 1 is connected with the lower box body 3, and the module assembly 2 is positioned in an accommodating space formed by the upper cover assembly 1 and the lower box body 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the upper cover assembly 1 includes an upper cover 11, and a seat cross member 12 and a reinforcement beam 13 provided on the upper cover 11. The number of the seat cross members 12 is two, the number of the reinforcement beams 13 is one, the two seat cross members 12 and the one reinforcement beam 13 are provided in parallel on the upper cover 11, and the longitudinal directions of the seat cross members 12 and the reinforcement beams 13 are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
Referring to fig. 2, the upper cover 11 has a line arranging area 112 and a receiving area 111, the receiving area 111 is located at one side of the upper cover 11, and the receiving area 111 is protruded away from the module assembly 2, that is, a recessed area can be formed at one side facing the module assembly 2, and the recessed area can receive a part of the structure of the module assembly 2. The wire arrangement area 112 is disposed along the length direction of the upper cover 11, and one end of the wire arrangement area 112 is communicated with the accommodating area 111, the wire arrangement area 112 is also protruded towards the direction far away from the module assembly 2, and the wires of the module assembly 2 can be arranged through the wire arrangement area 112.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present application, the upper cover assembly 1 is connected to the vehicle body of the vehicle as the underbody, so that the overall structure of the battery pack can be simplified, the weight of the battery pack can be reduced, and the space in the Z direction (i.e., the vehicle height direction) of the vehicle can be provided.
Referring to fig. 3, the module assembly 2 includes a liquid-cooled plate 21, a battery module 22, and a protection plate 23. Specifically, the liquid cooling plate 21 may be connected to the upper cover assembly 1 by bonding, and the liquid cooling plate 21 mainly plays a role in dissipating heat and cooling the battery module 22. The battery module 22 is positioned between the liquid cooling plate 21 and the protection plate 23, one surface of the battery module 22 is bonded with the liquid cooling plate 21, and the other surface of the battery module 22 is bonded with the protection plate 23; the battery module 22 supplies power to the entire battery pack. In order to reduce the weight of the battery pack, in the embodiment of the present application, the battery module 22 is a blade battery. One surface of the protective plate 23 is bonded to the battery module 22, and the other surface is bonded to the lower case 3, and the protective plate 23 mainly functions to protect the battery module 22.
Referring to fig. 1, the lower case 3 has a certain accommodating space, and after the lower case is connected to the upper cover assembly 1, an accommodating space is formed between the upper cover assembly 1 and the lower case 3, and the battery module 22 can be placed in the accommodating space. Meanwhile, at least one longitudinal beam 31 is arranged on the surface of the lower box 3 facing the upper cover assembly 1, the length direction of the at least one longitudinal beam 31 is perpendicular to the length direction of the seat cross beam 12, i.e. the length direction of the longitudinal beam 31 is parallel to the length direction of the vehicle body, and the longitudinal beam 31 is fixedly connected with the upper cover 11 through a bolt, so that the lower box 3 and the upper cover assembly 1 can form a whole.
In the present embodiment, only one longitudinal beam 31 is provided, and in other embodiments, two, three, four, or more longitudinal beams 31 may be provided, but in order to reduce the weight of the battery pack, the number of the longitudinal beams 31 is not more than two.
According to the battery pack provided by the embodiment of the application, on one hand, the upper cover assembly 1 is used as a vehicle body bottom plate, so that the structure of the battery pack can be simplified, and the weight of the battery pack is reduced; on the other hand, the longitudinal beams 31 provided on the lower case 3 can improve the rigidity of the battery pack itself, and the seat cross beam 12 and the reinforcing beam 13 integrated with the upper cover 11 can improve the strength of the battery pack, thereby improving the anti-collision ability of the battery pack and further increasing the service life of the battery pack.
Further, the module assembly 2 further comprises a control module and a support frame. Wherein the control module is connected with the battery module 22 for controlling the use of the battery module 22, and the control module can be disposed in the accommodating area 111 of the upper cover 11, so as to facilitate the integration of the vehicle body.
The support frame is located box 3 down to be provided with a plurality of connecting blocks of being connected with the support frame at battery module 22's tip, still set up the hole of dodging that corresponds with the connecting block on the protective plate 23, make the support frame pass through bolted connection with the connecting block in the hole of dodging. The support frame can support the battery module 22, thereby better protecting the battery module 22.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a battery pack, in which the protection plate 23 includes a first plate 231, a second plate 232 and a third plate 233, wherein the second plate 232 is located between the first plate 231 and the third plate 233, and the second plate 232 is connected to both the first plate 231 and the third plate 233.
Specifically, the first plate 231, the second plate 232, and the third plate 233 may be connected by bonding. The first plate 231 and the third plate 233 may be made of a polyurethane composite material, so that the weight of the battery pack is reduced, and the first plate 231 and the third plate 233 may block a heat conduction path between the battery module 22 and the lower case 3, thereby increasing the heat insulation effect of the battery pack.
The second plate 232 is made of a metal material, so that the protection plate 23 has certain rigidity and strength to better protect the battery module 22. For example, the second plate 232 may be made of aluminum, which has better rigidity and strength and lighter weight, so as to further reduce the weight of the battery pack. Meanwhile, in order to further reduce the weight of the second plate body 232, a plurality of honeycomb holes may be opened on the second plate body 232, and the plurality of honeycomb holes penetrate through the second plate body 232 and are uniformly distributed on the second plate body 232.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a battery pack, in which a plurality of bolt holes are formed in the edge of upper cover 11 and the edge of lower case 3, and the bolt holes in upper cover 11 and the bolt holes in lower case 3 are in one-to-one correspondence.
Specifically, the upper cover assembly 1 and the lower case 3 may be bolted together through bolt holes. And in order to increase the sealing performance of the whole battery pack, a sealing glue is also arranged at the joint of the upper cover 11 and the lower box body 3. And a part of the bolt holes is used for connecting the upper cover assembly 1 with the lower box body 3, and a part of the bolt holes is used for connecting the battery pack with the vehicle body. For example, when the upper cover assembly 1 and the lower case 3 are connected, every other bolt may be used for connection, and the remaining bolt holes not used for connecting the upper cover assembly 1 and the lower case 3 may be used for connection of the battery pack to the vehicle body.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a reinforcing rib 32 is provided on a surface of the lower case 3 away from the upper cover assembly 1, and the strength of the lower case 3 can be further improved by the reinforcing rib 32, thereby improving the strength of the battery pack. In the embodiment of the present application, the reinforcing rib 32 is a part of the lower case 3, and specifically, a plurality of protrusions are formed on the surface of the lower case 3 as the reinforcing rib 32 by a stamping process. Of course, other structures may be provided as the reinforcing ribs 32, which will not be described herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, referring to fig. 5, the present embodiment discloses a vehicle body structure that includes any one of the battery packs as described above in the present embodiment, and that further includes a rocker beam 41 and a quarter gusset 42.
Specifically, the threshold beam 41 and the front side panel 42 are disposed on both sides of the vehicle body in the length direction, and the upper cover assembly 1 is fixedly connected to the threshold beam 41 and the front side panel 42 on both sides through bolts, so that the upper cover assembly 1 is connected to the vehicle body.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application also provides a vehicle, which comprises the vehicle body structure as described in the embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the vehicle may include a small passenger car, a medium passenger car, a large passenger car, a truck, and the like. Through setting up foretell automobile body structure, can alleviate the weight of battery package to guarantee the intensity and the rigidity of battery package, thereby increase the life of battery package.

at least one longitudinal beam (31) is arranged on the surface, facing the upper cover assembly (1), of the lower box body (3), the length direction of the longitudinal beam (31) is perpendicular to the length direction of the seat cross beam (12), and the longitudinal beam (31) is connected with the upper cover (11).
2. The battery pack according to claim 1, wherein:
the module assembly (2) comprises a liquid cooling plate (21), a battery module (22) and a protection plate (23);
the liquid cooling plate (21) is connected with the upper cover assembly (1), and the protection plate (23) is connected with the lower box body (3);

a plurality of honeycomb holes are formed in the second plate body (232), and the honeycomb holes penetrate through the second plate body (232).
