The lamp housing 100 is provided with a waterproof joint 160 which is matched with the lamp housing 100 to fix the conducting wire 300, the waterproof joint 160 is provided with a perforation 170 allowing the conducting wire 300 to pass through, and the waterproof joint 160 also has a first end part and a second end part which are opposite, wherein the first end part is positioned in the lamp housing 100 and extends into the groove 500, and the second end part is positioned outside the lamp housing 100; the sealant filled in the groove 500 can seal the gaps between the waterproof connector 160 and the housing and between the lead 300 and the through hole 170.
The waterproof connector 160 can be of various types, for example, in one embodiment, the waterproof connector 160 comprises a connector body 161 and a nut 162 (fig. 3), wherein the connector body 161 has a through hole 170 and one end extends into the lamp housing 100 for the lead 300 to penetrate; the nut 162 is sleeved on the joint body 161 in a threaded fit manner; the end of the connector body 161 is provided with a claw, and the nut 162 has a hemispherical closed end, so that after the nut is screwed in place, the claw can position the wire 300, and the wire is prevented from being torn off from the light emitting assembly 200 by external force.
The electrical connector 400 may be a PCB having a plurality of pads, the number of the pads is the same as the number of the wires 320 in the wires 300, and the pads are welded to the exposed portion 330, referring to fig. 4, the PCB has three pads, which are a first pad 410, a second pad 420 and a third pad 430, respectively, wherein the ground wire E is welded to the first pad 410 and fixed by a screw 440, the live wire L is welded to the second pad 420, and the neutral wire N is welded to the third pad 430.
The existing LED lamp further comprises a driving power supply which is independently configured, the driving power supply is connected with the light-emitting assembly through a wire penetrating through the lamp housing, and the problems of large occupied space, complex wiring, poor safety and the like of the driving power supply exist. To solve these problems, in one embodiment, the substrate 210 is provided with a plurality of electronic components 600 for driving power, see fig. 3; the electronic component 600 and the substrate 210 are integrated into a whole, so that the LED lamp beads 220 can be driven to work, the complex wiring operation is omitted, and the occupied space of a driving power supply is reduced; in addition, these electronic components 600 are located in the sealed lamp housing 100, and safety is high.
The substrate 210 includes a central region for arranging the LED beads 220 and an edge region surrounding the central region and used for mounting the electronic component 600 of the driving power supply; the layout mode can avoid the interference of the driving power supply to light emission and simultaneously improve the driving efficiency.
To facilitate the provision of the recess 500, in an embodiment the edge region is provided with a notch 211 avoiding the recess 500, see fig. 2.
In some embodiments, the lamp housing 100 includes a bottom plate 110 and a light-transmitting plate 120, wherein the bottom plate 110 has a cavity, the light-transmitting plate 120 may be made of a glass material, the light-transmitting plate 120 and the bottom plate 110 cooperate to enclose the cavity to protect components in the cavity, and a side of the LED bead 220 facing the light-transmitting plate 120 is a light-emitting surface. The bottom plate 110 is defined by a side wall 111 and a bottom wall 112, the through hole 170 is disposed on the side wall 111, the light emitting element 200 is disposed against the bottom wall 112, the recess 500 is defined by the side wall 111 of a baffle 510 disposed on the bottom wall 112, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the baffle 510 is U-shaped.
In order to improve the light emitting effect of the LED lamp, in an embodiment, a reflective cover 130 is disposed between the transparent plate 120 and the bottom plate 110.
In some application scenarios, the irradiation angle or range of the LED lamp is required to be adjustable, and therefore, in an embodiment, the LED lamp includes a U-shaped bracket 700 and a mounting seat 800, see fig. 1 and fig. 2, wherein the U-shaped bracket 700 is connected between the lamp housing 100 and the mounting seat 800 and is rotatably connected with the lamp housing 100, so that the lamp housing 100 can rotate flexibly; the mounting base 800 is connected to the middle of the U-shaped bracket 700 to keep the balance of the rotation of the lamp housing 100. Referring to the drawings, the side wall 111 of the chassis 110 is provided with two connection lugs 140, and the two connection lugs 140 are respectively movably connected with two ends of the U-shaped bracket 700 through first bolts 150; the middle part of the U-shaped bracket 700 is provided with a mounting hole 710, and the mounting seat 800 and the U-shaped bracket 700 are fixed by a second bolt 900.
