The light emitting assembly 30 includes a shielding member 31, a first light emitting member 32, a light focusing member 33 and a second light emitting member 34, wherein the first light emitting member 32 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting cavity 226 of the second member 22 of the steering assembly 20 in an outwardly-illuminating manner, and the light emitting member 34 is connected to the inner side end of the light focusing member 33 in a light-permeable manner, while the light emitting member 32 is electrically connected to the electrical control module 40, the second light emitting member 34 is arranged at the outer side end of the light focusing member 33 in an outwardly-illuminating and light-permeable manner, while the second light emitting member 34 is electrically connected to the electrical control module 40, the shielding member 31 is arranged at the outer side of the second light emitting member 34, and the shielding member 31 is hermetically mounted outside the mounting cavity 226 of the second member 22.
The shielding member 31 mainly serves to protect and fix the first light emitting member 32, the light focusing member 33, and the second light emitting member 34 installed in the installation cavity 226 of the second member 22; the first light-emitting component 32 and the second light-emitting component 34 can respectively emit light individually or in combination under the control of the electronic control module 40 to form a plurality of different lighting modes and luminances to meet different lighting requirements; the light-focusing element 33 can focus and emit the scattered light from the first light-emitting element 32 to the outside, so as to improve the light directivity and illumination brightness.
The protective member 31 further includes a protective ring 311 and a lens 312, and the protective member 31 has a light-transmitting hole 313, the lens 312 is mounted and fixed inside the protective ring 311 in a light-transmitting manner, the light-transmitting hole 313 is opened in the protective ring 311, and the inner edge of the lens 312 is connected to the second light-emitting member 34 in a pressing manner.
By pressing the shielding member 31 inward, the first light emitting member 32, the light focusing member 33, and the second light emitting member 34 can be more firmly fixed in the mounting cavity of the second member 22 of the steering assembly 20.
The first light-emitting component 32 is configured to controllably emit light by applying electricity, the first light-emitting component 32 further includes a first light-emitting element 321, a mounting seat 322, and a fixing component 323, the mounting seat 322 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting cavity 226 of the second component 22, the first light-emitting element 321 is connected to the outer side of the mounting seat 322, the first light-emitting element 321 is electrically connected to the electronic control module 40, the fixing component 323 is light-transmittable and fixed to the light-emitting element 321, and the fixing component 323 is light-transmittable and fixed to the light-focusing component 33.
The light-focusing member 33 further has an entrance hole 331, a light-focusing surface 332 and an exit hole 333, the entrance hole 331 is light-transmittable provided at the inner end of the light-focusing member 33, the exit hole 333 is light-transmittable provided at the outer end of the light-focusing member 33, the light-focusing surface 332 is formed on the inner side surface of the light-focusing member 33 between the entrance hole 331 and the exit hole 333; on the other hand, the light incident hole 331 of the light collecting member 33 is fixedly connected to the fixing member of the first light emitting member 32 in a light transmissive manner.
The incident hole 331 of the light focusing member 33 allows light to pass through and enter the inside of the light focusing member 33; the light-condensing surface 332 of the light-condensing member 33 may condense the light whose irradiation direction is dispersed and emit the condensed light from the exit hole 333 of the light-condensing member 33;
that is, the light emitted by the first light emitting element 30 when it is powered on can enter the entrance hole 331 of the light focusing member 33, be converged by the light focusing surface 332 of the light focusing member 33, and then be emitted from the exit hole 333 of the light focusing member 33.
The second light emitting component 34 further includes a second light emitting element 341 and a fixing ring 342, the second light emitting element 341 is implemented as an annular light emitting element, and the second light emitting element 341 is light-transmittable around the outer peripheral edge of the exit hole 333 of the light collecting component 33, while the second light emitting element 341 is electrically connected to the electronic control module 40, and the fixing ring 342 is light-transmittable and fixedly connected to the outer peripheral edge of the second light emitting element 34; meanwhile, the inner edge of the lens 312 of the shield member 31 is press-coupled to the fixing ring 342.
The electronic control module 40 comprises an electricity storage part 41, a control circuit 42, an operation button 43 and an interface part 44, wherein the electricity storage part 41 is electrically connected to the control circuit 42 in an electricity supplying mode, the operation button 43 is connected to the control circuit 42 in a feedback mode, the interface part 44 is electrically connected to the control circuit 42, and the light emitting component 30 is electrically connected to the control circuit 42;
meanwhile, the power storage part 41 is installed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the grip assembly 10, the control circuit 42 is installed and fixed in the first housing 211 of the first part 21 of the steering assembly 20, the operation button 43 is operatively and outwardly disposed in the operation portion 213 of the first part 21 of the steering assembly 20, and the interface part 44 is electrically connectable with the outside and disposed at a side of the operation portion 213.
The power storage part 41 is used for storing the electric energy required by the steering flashlight 1 to illuminate, and the power storage part 41 supplies the electric energy to the light-emitting assembly 30 through the control circuit 42;
further, the power storage part 41 includes a battery element 411 and a battery holder 412, the battery holder 412 is surrounded on the side of the battery element 411, and the battery holder 412 is fixed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the grip assembly 10, that is, the battery holder 412 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the grip part 11 of the grip assembly 10.
Preferably, the battery element 411 is a rechargeable battery, such as a lithium battery or the like.
Preferably, the battery holder 412 is a flexible material that can be deformed by compression, such as a sponge or the like.
Because different components have certain tolerance in production, when the power storage component 41 is installed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the grip assembly 10, the battery holder 412 capable of being deformed by compression can well compensate for the gap between the battery element 411 and the accommodating cavity 13 of the grip assembly 10, so that the battery element 411 can be stably fixed in the accommodating cavity 13 of the grip assembly 10; meanwhile, the deformable battery holder 412 can buffer part of the impact force when the steering flashlight 1 is impacted, so as to reduce the damage to the battery element 411.
The first light emitting element 321 and the second light emitting element 341 are electrically connected to the control circuit 42, the control circuit 42 is configured to supply power to the first light emitting element 321 and the second light emitting element 341 of the light emitting module 30, and control a light emitting manner of the light emitting module 30 according to a user operation, and the control circuit 42 may control illumination, extinction, and illumination brightness of the first light emitting element 321 and the second light emitting element 341 by receiving a signal of the user operation of the operation button 43.
The operation button 43 is operated by a user, converts an operation action into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the control circuit 42, and then the control circuit 42 controls the light-emitting assembly 30 according to the signal;
the operating button 43 further includes a switch button 431 and an adjustment button 432, the switch button 431 and the adjustment button 432 being operatively disposed outwardly of the operating portion 213 of the first member 21 of the steering assembly 20, respectively, with the switch button 431 and the adjustment button 432 being feedback-ably connected to the control circuit 42, respectively.
The switch button 431 is used for being operated by a user and controlling the light-emitting component 30 to emit and extinguish through the control circuit 42; the adjusting button 432 is used for being operated by a user and controlling the illumination brightness and the illumination mode of the light emitting assembly 30 through the control circuit 42.
The interface unit 44 is configured to be connected to an external power source and charge the battery element 411 of the power storage unit 41, the interface unit 44 further includes a power source interface 441 and an interface protection member 442, the power source interface 441 is electrically connected to the control circuit 42, the power source interface 441 is disposed at a side of the operation portion 213 to be electrically connected to the outside, and the interface protection member 442 is detachably connected to a side of the operation portion 213 of the first unit 21 of the steering assembly 20.
The power interface 441 is used for connecting with an external power source, and the interface guard 442 may be blocked outside the power interface 441 to prevent dust or liquid droplets from entering the power interface 441.
Fig. 3A to 3D show some typical usage modes of the turning flashlight 1 according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the turning flashlight 1 can be held by a single hand for illumination, and can also be adsorbed on a surface made of ferromagnetic material for illumination.
As shown in fig. 3A, a user can use the steering flashlight 1 by holding it with one hand in the manner of a normal flashlight, and then turn on or off the light emitting component 30 by operating the switch button 432 of the operation button 43 of the electronic control module 40, and adjust the brightness or illumination mode of the light emitting component 30 by operating the adjustment button 432 of the operation button 43 of the electronic control module 40.
As also shown in FIG. 3B, the steering assembly 20 can be rotated by a user to form an angle of 90 degrees with the steering assembly 20. This configuration allows the user to use the steering flashlight 1 in a comfortable grip without the user's wrist being compressed or stretched.
As shown in fig. 3C and 3D, the steering flashlight 1 may be used in a certain engineering environment, such as pipeline maintenance, internal maintenance of large equipment, etc., and there may exist parts made of ferromagnetic materials such as iron, etc. in such an environment, the steering flashlight 1 may be better attached to the surface of the fixed part of the iron part by being mounted on the magnetic base 122 of the sealing member 12, so as to release the hands of the user, and provide great convenience for the user in working.

Claims (24)

1. A steering flashlight, comprising:
a holding assembly;
a steering assembly, said steering assembly further comprising a first member and a second member, said second member being steerably conductively connected to said first member, said first member being conductively connected to said grip assembly;
a light emitting assembly mounted in said second section of said steering assembly to emit light outwardly; and
an electronic control module electrically connected to the light emitting assembly.
2. The steering flashlight of claim 1, wherein the grip assembly includes a grip member and a sealing member, and wherein the grip assembly has a receiving cavity, the sealing member is detachably connected to one end of the grip member, the receiving cavity is opened in the grip member by two ends, and the first member of the steering assembly is conductively connected to the other end of the grip member.
3. The steering flashlight of claim 2, wherein the grip further comprises a first end and a second end, and the grip has a grip surface, the first end and the second end being formed on opposite ends of the grip, the grip surface being formed around the sides of the grip; simultaneously, the sealing member is removably coupled to the first end portion, and the first member of the steering assembly is conductively coupled to the second end portion; the receiving cavity is open in the gripping part between the first end and the second end.
4. The steering flashlight of claim 3, wherein the sealing member further comprises a sealing cap removably coupled to the first end of the grip member and a magnetic base secured to a bottom of the sealing cap.
5. The steering flashlight of claim 4, wherein the magnetic base is made of a strong magnetic material.
6. The steering flashlight of claim 5, wherein the magnetic base is made of neodymium iron boron magnets.
7. The steering flashlight of claim 3, wherein the first part further comprises a first housing, a connecting base, an operating portion, a fixing clip and a connecting ring, and the first part has a first inclined surface, a first guide hole, a connecting groove and a retaining groove, the first housing is conductively connected to the second end of the grip member of the grip assembly, the operating portion is integrally formed with the first housing, the fixing clip is fixed in the connecting base, the connecting base is nestingly fixed in the first housing, and the connecting ring is rotatably disposed in the connecting groove; the first inclined plane is formed on the outer side of the connecting seat in a way of facing obliquely upwards, the connecting groove is formed in the middle of the first inclined plane, the first guide hole is formed in the middle of the connecting groove, and the limiting groove is formed on the periphery of the connecting groove in a surrounding manner;
the second component further comprises a second shell, a shaft body and a limiting piece, and the second component is also provided with a second guide hole, a second inclined surface and a mounting cavity, the second inclined surface is formed on the inner side of the second shell in a way of facing obliquely upwards, the mounting cavity is opened on the outer side of the second shell outwards, the shaft body is connected to the middle part of the second inclined surface, the second guide hole is opened on the middle part of the shaft body in a conducting way, and the limiting piece is arranged on the upper part of the second inclined surface;
the first inclined surface of the first component is movably attached to the second inclined surface of the second component, the connecting ring of the first component is fixedly connected to the bottom of the shaft body of the second component, the upper part of the shaft body is rotatably mounted in the first guide hole of the first component, the fixing buckle of the first component is movably clamped on the upper part of the shaft body, and the limiting piece of the second component is slidably embedded in the limiting groove of the first component.
8. The steering torch of claim 7, wherein the limit groove of the first part is implemented as an arc-shaped groove.
9. The turning flashlight of claim 7, wherein the first and second inclined surfaces of the first and second parts each form an included angle of 135 ° with the grip assembly.

The steering flashlight of claim 1, wherein the light assembly includes a protective member, a first light emitting member fixedly mounted to the second member of the steering assembly for emitting light outwardly and being light-permeable coupled to an inner end of the light collecting member while being electrically coupled to the electronic control module, a light collecting member disposed to surround the light collecting member for emitting light outwardly and being light-permeable coupled to the electronic control module, and a second light emitting member disposed to surround the light collecting member for emitting light outwardly and being electrically coupled to the electronic control module, the protective member being disposed to an outer side of the light collecting member and being hermetically mounted to the outside of the second member.

The steering flashlight of claim 10, wherein the shield further comprises a guard ring and a lens, and wherein the shield has a light hole, and wherein the lens is mounted and fixed in the guard ring in a light-permeable manner, and wherein the light hole is opened in the guard ring, and wherein an inner edge of the lens is press-connected to the second light emitting member.
12. The steering flashlight of claim 11, wherein the first light emitting member further comprises a first light emitting element, a mounting base and a fastener, the mounting base is fixedly mounted inside the second member, the first light emitting element is connected to an outside of the mounting base while the first light emitting element is electrically connected to the electronic control module, and the fastener is light transmissible fixed to the light emitting element while the fastener is light transmissible fixedly connected to the light focusing member.
13. The steering flashlight of claim 12, wherein the light focusing member further has an entrance aperture, a light focusing surface and an exit aperture, the entrance aperture being light-permeable at an inner end of the light focusing member, the exit aperture being light-permeable at an outer end of the light focusing member, the light focusing surface being formed on an inner side of the light focusing member between the entrance aperture and the exit aperture; at the same time, the light-incident hole of the light-focusing member is fixedly connected to the fixing member of the first light-emitting member in a light-transmittable manner.

The steering flashlight of claim 13, wherein the second light emitting member further comprises a second light emitting element and a retaining ring, wherein the second light emitting element is light permeable around a peripheral edge of the exit aperture of the light focusing member, wherein the second light emitting element is electrically connected to the electronic control module, and wherein the retaining ring is light permeable fixedly attached to a peripheral edge of the second light emitting element; meanwhile, the inner side edge of the lens of the protective component is connected with the fixing ring in a pressing mode.
15. The turning flashlight of claim 14, wherein the second light emitting element is a ring light emitting element.
16. The steering flashlight of claim 7, wherein the electronic control module includes an electrical storage member, a control circuit, an operating button and an interface member, the electrical storage member being electrically and powerably connected to the control circuit, the operating button being feedback connected to the control circuit, the interface member being electrically connected to the control circuit, the light emitting assembly being electrically connected to the control circuit;
meanwhile, the electric storage part is installed in the receiving cavity of the grip assembly, the control circuit is installed and fixed in the first housing of the first part of the steering assembly, the operation button is operatively disposed outwardly in the operation portion of the first part of the steering assembly, and the interface part is disposed at a side of the operation portion in an electrically connectable manner with the outside.

The steering flashlight of claim 16, wherein the power storage member further comprises a battery element and a battery holder, the battery holder being circumferentially enclosed on a side of the battery element, the battery holder being held within the receiving cavity of the grip assembly, the battery holder being fixedly attached to an inner wall of the grip member of the grip assembly.
18. The steering flashlight of claim 17, wherein the battery element is a rechargeable battery.
19. The steering flashlight of claim 17, wherein the battery retainer is a flexible material that is deformable by compression.
20. The steering flashlight of claim 16, wherein the operating button further comprises a switch button and an adjustment button, each of the switch button and the adjustment button being operatively disposed outwardly within the operating portion of the first component of the steering assembly, and each of the switch button and the adjustment button being feedback-ably connected to the control circuit.

The steering torch of claim 16, wherein the interface part further comprises a power interface and an interface guard, the power interface being electrically connected to the control circuit, the power interface being externally and electrically connectable to a side of the operating portion, the interface guard being removably connected to a side of the operating portion of the first part of the steering assembly.
22. The steering flashlight of claim 3, wherein the grip assembly further comprises a clamping member fixedly attached to the second end of the grip member.
23. The steering torch of claim 22, wherein the clamping member further comprises a connector fixedly attached to the second end of the grip member and a clamping member integrally formed and resiliently flexibly attached to the connector.
