when the covering part is located at the first position, the food basin is closed by the covering part, and the feed inlet is closed, so that food is stored in the material storage cavity;
when the cover is located the second position, the bowl is opened, the feed inlet is opened, so that the foodstuff can pass through the feed inlet with the discharge gate falls into in the bowl.
2. The pet food dispensing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the cover is slidably disposed in the housing;
when the cover part is at the first position, the cover part is positioned outside the shell and covers the food bowl;

when the cover is in the second position, the partial gear engages the first set of mating teeth to move the cover from the second position to the first position.

the first set of mating teeth includes: the single teeth are connected with the first side wall through springs;
the second set of mating teeth includes: a plurality of second mating teeth arranged in sequence;
when the covering piece is in the first position, the incomplete gear is positioned on one side of the gear teeth, which is far away from the food basin, and is disengaged from the first matching teeth and meshed with the second matching teeth;
the incomplete gear can rotate around a second direction and is meshed with the second matching teeth so as to drive the covering part to move to the second position;
when the cover is in the second position, the partial gear is located on a side of the gear teeth adjacent the bowl, disengaged from the single tooth and the second plurality of mating teeth;

wherein the driving component is in transmission connection with the switch piece and is used for driving the switch piece to move and the incomplete gear to rotate simultaneously,
